Dear sir your service center is not working properly, I'm face contact auto deleting problem, I call to your service center they said to visit sector 14 old dlf I visit and said my problem and they take my phone and after 30 minutes they gave my phone and told your problem was solved but my problem is not solved they didn't repair my phone I really upset of your service please take my complaint seriously.

I am a victim of botched surgery on my injured right leg knee at hosmat hospital, bangalore and post surgery incurable multiple injuries on my he-man physique.

Whereas actually immediately after motor vehicle accident that injured my knee, i was admitted to a nearby hospital, but advice from wellwisher, i got discharged and ferried to hosmat hospital since hosmat hospital is known to be one of best in orthopedic surgery. But surgery on my injured knee at hosmat hospital got backfired and resulted in post surgery incurable multiple injuries on my he-man physique.

Whereas at the time of myself admitting to hosmat hospital with just a knee injury and other than there was no other external or internal injuries on my physique since the said motor vehicle didn't hit on my leg or any part of my body. The speeding motor vehicle hit on my two wheeler on left side of my vehicle and my right leg got stuck on road and thus my knee got injured.

Whereas surgery on my knee injured at hosmat hospital got backfired and instead of fixing my knee injury and put me onto my feet and back to my executive chair, botched surgery on my knee injury resulted in post surgery incurable multiple injuries on my he-man physique just within 48 hours right in hosmat hospital bed. Post surgery injuries damaged my perfect skilled brain, paralyzed my muscular right hand and fingers and lost balance in three of my right hand fingers.

Whereas i am not handicapped by birth or handicapped due to any motor vehicle accident or any other accident. Hosmat hospital botched surgery on my injured knee and post surgery incurable multuple injuries on my he-man physique totally handicapped my physique and pushed me to bedridden for life.

Whereas i escaped from total body paralyze since i got immediate treatment at hosmat hospital, since the effect of bone marrow clot right from depth of my knee injury during botched surgery by so called qualified orthopedic surgeons at hosmat hospital travelled right across to my brain that got stuck in my brain resulted in paralyzed my muscular right hand and cippled and loss of balance in three of my right hand fingers just within 48 hours post surgery right in hosmat hospital bed.

Whereas if on the other hand, had the effect of bone marrow clot that got struck in my brain due to botched surgery, had it been after discharge, my entire body would have totally got paralyzed and put me to rest in peace.

Whereas on day i got admitted to hosmat hospital with only knee injury and other than i had no medical complications whatsoever. I was not suffering from diabetic, no heart problem, no blood pressure and no other incurable diseases. I was healthy, strong and in he-man physique.

Whereas i am qualified senior level professional typist since past 30 years. My typing speed at 48/56 words per minute and that too without looking at keyboard and monitor. Everyday i was typing-out 30 to 50 pages legal documents, preparing project report and students notes etc. But hosmat hospital botched surgery on my injured knee and post surgery multiple injuries wrecked my fingers and totally destroyed my ability to continue my typing profession for my livelihood.

Whereas now when i put my fingers on keyboard keys, and try to type, my right hand fingers go north and south and press wrong keys. My livelihood depends on my profession and to carry on my typing profession; i need all my ten fingers precisely placed on keyboard keys to type at speed at 45-58 words per minute.

Whereas hosmat hospital unskilled surgery on my injured knee, axed my fingers, my profession and my livelihood. A surgery on knee injury resulted in bone marrow clot in my brain, paralyzed my muscular right hand and crippled and lost balance in three of my right hand fingers.

Whereas loss of balance in three of my right hand fingers, hosmat hospital botched surgery axed my profession and wiped-out my 30 years professional typing profession, 40 years of business goodwill down the drain. Botched surgery wrecked my he-man physique and as such, unable to continue my profession, i had to wind up my well established business and allied services and as such, i incurred heavy financial losses due to abrupt windup of my business due to hosmat hospital botched surgery on my injured knee and post surgery multiple injuries paralyzed and handicapped my he-man physique and pushed me to bed ridden for life in state of living dead.

Whereas hosmat hospital reckless surgery on my injured knee, my right leg knee has gone crocked and slanting towards my left leg. Now i am unable to bend my right leg, i climb and get down staircase on one leg.

Whereas i am unable to pick food from plate and while try to pick food from plate with my right hand fingers, the fingers get fold and overlap on its own and some food i manage to hold within my right hand fingers would fall back to plate before i put into my mouth. Also i am unable to hold pen and write with my right hand fingers, while try to write, my right hand and fingers are shaking and written words are in odd shape. This entire handicap is outcome o[censored]nskilled surgery and negligence on my injured right leg knee and post surgery multiple injuries on my physique by the so called qualified orthopedic surgeons at hosmat hospital.

Whereas hosmat hospital botched surgery on my injured knee hit me below my belt and left me high and dry.

Whereas surgery failure is not an accident since surgery is performed by qualified surgeon / group of surgeons after though investigation and planning. Injuries / multiple injuries during an accident is part and parcel of an accident since an accident do not come calling.

Whereas since past three years i have sent several mail to hosmat hospital, dr. Thomas .A. Chandy (Senior orthopedic surgeon), chairperson and managing director, for sizable sum compensation for botched surgery on my injured knee and post surgery incurable multiple injuries on my he-man physique, damaged my brain, paralyzed my muscular right hand and lost balance in three of my right hand fingers resulted in total loss of my typing profession and livelihood. But till date not a single reply.

i give my mobail intex eqva car mini to jodhpur intex service center by jobsheet number[protected]t001 on 03/06/15 due to charging problem and senser problem. service center check the mobail and tell me that they will send this to jaipur for repair .they tell me that after 15 to 25 this will be ready and call me. after 38 days waiting to phone, i call them today then told by jodhpur service center that this mobail will not repair in warantee period due to charging socket is damage, if i want to repair they take charge. when i give mobail and they check and make job sheet and tell me that sent jaipur do, nt tell about this.

I have submitted my Mobile on 27th June, 2015 because of touch problem. My job sheet number is[protected]T001 in the name of Harshit M. Shah Executive has taken my mobile and told me that they have to send my mobile to company at Delhi. And told me also that it will take 25 days to get repair my phone. Almost 12-13 days have gone and still they people telling me that it would take 1 week more. I can not understand that why company takes 25 days to get my mobile repaired. The retail shoppers can do it in 2 days only, and your company is taking much more time. And also I have not provided any other instrument from the company to use. So now what to do? I think, It is most annoying policy of your company, at least company have to arrange to give instrument to customer in against of damaged instrument. If I'll not get my mobile within 2 days, I'll register complaint to Consumer Forum.

i have purchased the phone intex Aqua 2 on 14th June, i went on service center after two days as the mobile was not working good, all aps stoping frequentlly, mobile reboot automatically but due to no option of backup phone i had returened to home without complaint . but now the phone is stop working at all. i have subbmittied the phone at Intex service center with below detials. He said they will give phone after 2 days. But now he said to provide the phone after 15july and no backup phone provided by them. when i asked to provide the DOA for phone he refused that intex not provide it. Dear Sir/Madam I purchased intex mobile having model aqua STAR HD worth Rs. 9000/- from one of their distributor named STAR CELLPHONE in panipat on 27/10/2014. The phone worked properly up to 3-4 months but after that it gave battery problem.( battery goes down suddenly but as we put it on charge battery is full. Also phone is switched off in auto) And as the warranty of battery completes on 26/04/2015 the phone is switched off in auto. Till then I am going to the service centre LUXMI TELECOM in PANIPAT. But they are not giving satisfactory reply. When I asked them to replace the phone they changed the phone at their own end but they do not tell me about this and they didn't send the phone to the company. He said to me that phone has been replaced with the same model. The phone was received by me after 10 days. Still there is same problem. They are not telling whether it is battery problem or there is any fault in phone. I have sent e-mails at Intex mail 3 times but their reply is always same I. E. Go to the service centre. Perhaps this is the poorest customer service that I have ever seen. Sir I want that my phone should be replaced actually. Please do the needful for the above.

I had submitted my mobile phone at your service center in hubli on 05.06.2015 (Jobsheet no.[protected]t001) with a complaint of sensor problem. At the time of submission i was told that i will be handed over the repaired phone within 25 days.
When i called the service center on 01.06.2015 i was told that the replacement set was being sent will be received by 04.07.2015
When i did not get the set on the said date i called them and i was directed to your toll free number, where i was told that the spare is not available and to wait for some days.
Today when i called the same number for a update i am told the same old thing" we understand your problem" your person is repeating the sentence but not updating with the information about my phone.
Now do advice me on my next action as i am fed up with waiting for your response and thinking about approaching the consumer court.

Hello, I purchased an Intex Aqua HD smartphone from intex mobile in Feb 2015. First time problem: Phone was hanging and was not working properly. I get it to intex service center in Apr. After 15 days I got my mobile repaired. Second time: After getting from service center, There was no network in the mobile. I was again at the service center to next day. Again was waiting to get it repaired. Then got it again repaired. Third time: Again touch was not working.. phone was getting hanged... Again submit it to service center on 17th June, 2015... but from this date to till now, I didn't get repair my phone. Now I want to replaced my phone or refund my money. i am Raj and i bought intex mobile handset from amazon on 22/02/2015..Due to battery problem i went to service centre and i am very much disappointed with the service centre staff.The handset is in the warranty assurance. They clearly told me that it is a water damage but when i told them that the problem is in the battery as there is no battery backup and charging problem ;then they misbehaved with me and were using very rude language. dear sir, last month m buying a new intex Aqua Slice cellphone. Its working Properly for few weeks after that the display of phone is fully black out. so i took my cellphone in intex mobile service care in Panipat at the date[protected]. they take my cellphone and said after a week you collect your phone. but they dont repairing my phone on the giving date. 3 weeks has been passed but they cant give me back my cellphone.

I have purchased a Intex aqua power plus smartphone on 27.05.2015. after 19 days of purchased the microphone of the phone got damaged. i gave it to repair at TELI TECH, mangalabagh, cuttack, authorized service center of intex mobile. Vide Job sheet No - TTCTC/1285 on dated 27.06.2015. After checking they said that there is a problem in the board. They said that it will take 7/8 days to repair. After 9th day when i inquired my job sheet status they are telling again it will take 7/8 days if the spare part is available unless it will take one month. Now i want know that what the hell is this.How much times you take to repair a single mobile? If this repairing takes 1 months then whats about the my warranty period, you should extended it for those days you take to repair it. And you should not sale this kind of defective product in the market. I will complain about this matter in consumer court against your company. I want my mobile back in good condition with extended warranty...

Now yesterday i was giving my phone on service center and they told me that the IC is burnt and it is Chargeable and they told me to submit 1250Rs to resolve the problem.
