Team, It is to inform you that I have submitted my Handset Intex Aqua Power HD having IMEI Number:[protected] at your Intex service station located at Surat, Gujarat, india on dated 25.05.2015 for repair, I am in continuous touch with that service station owner but they are lingering the matter since last two months, every time I visit their shop I am asked to come after 4 to 5 days, today when I asked them to return...

I have Intex acqua star HD Mobile phone which is still on warranty. while using my handset i am suffering from several problems like hanging, auto-switch on/off, application not working & touch problem . i had submitted my handset to INTEX SERVICE CENTER on 02/07/2015 and received my Handset on 13/07/2015 that is after 12 days with the same problems.Then again i had submitted my handset on 16/07/2015 for same problem and received it on 25/07/2015 and on the same day again i had submitted my handset for same problem and till now 10/08/2015 i have not received my handset .

Sir my mob EMI NO IS [protected] is purchase in month of march 2015 .after a gap of 2 month my mob shows only intex . due to that i place my mob to service centre vide job sheet no[protected]T001 at diwakar agency on june 29 2015 . after more than one month service centre return my mob in same status i.e on my mob screen only intex show .no application functioning . in view of that i am very sad.my mob is AQUA POWER HD (BLACK)

Hello please i am having lots of problem with aqua star set like disappearing contact details, auto switch off etc. I have contact to authorized dealer for 3 times, for 2 times they just updated software and returned back my set which was fresh one but same problem repeated after 3-5 days.After then for a 3rd time they have just hold it down in office. It became 5 days i have left it there but they don't have any feedback yet and maintenance too. I am not satisfied with the team and product of Intex. I am from Nepal. For the better reference you can check with below serial ID [protected]. Even i have been disappointed through the rude way of dealing by front office people as well.

I purchased the intex mobile from gwalior in month of July. When I open my box the charger found damaged, and I changed the charger at gwalior service station. But the charger again fused and sent to balaghat, Madhya Pradesh service center but they don't change the charger and said that show the mobile also. I am army personnel and posted in interior of balaghat so I couldn't go there. Please look after this complaint.

My intex aqua curve is under warranty. It's touch pad is not working so i am visit intex service centre for service. My mobile in service centre. My complain dt. Is 22/7/15 but my mobile is not repair in this 18 days.my jobsheet no. Is[protected]T001. I am not happy of warranty service.

Dear sir/mam i have purchased mobile phone intex aqua v3g on 21-jun-2015.and it is not working from 7-July-2015. i have given to service center at ( jain imfotech, in front of railway station near ICICI bank, mill road district ashoknagar-821, 115 state MP.) by this service center mobile is received and submit in intex company system.after servicing i got intex aqua R2 instead of intex Aqua v3g.which Aqua V3g mobile phone mobile i hav given to service center so this mobile phone Aqua v3 g I m to take.please kindly u r requested that please provide me my intex Aqua v3g phone. job seat no.[protected]T001 created on date- 7-July-2015. i bought aqua speed mobile on 19/03/2015 from BR ENTERPRISES City batala dist gurdaspur punjab. but after using it for just four months i found many problems in the phone.the biggest problem i am facing right now is its battery has stopped working. a 100% charged battery hardly works for half an hour. if someone calls on the phone it gets switched off. when i went toNATIONAL MOBILE CENTRE the official service centre of intex mobile in Batala city, they told me that battery needs to be replaced. my phone and battery is under the period of Warranty but the service centre owner is denying to replace the battery and trying to sell me the battery. owner of service centre has utterly rude behavior .please also explain how the battery of phone could resist for only four months, whereas the mobiles of other companies that i use are working in good condition even after two three years.when i sent a complaint i got only auto generated reply...

I have submitted my Intex Aqua Y2 mobile phone to G-29, Ground Floor, Janpath Tower, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar, vide job sheet no.[protected]T001 on 06.07.2015 which has not been serviced till date. However, I have communicated my problem with customer care on regular intervals but they have only given time for 1-2 weeks more and the problem was not resolved and they are regularly saying that the parts are not available. Today, i.e, 07.08.2015, i have also talked to your CCE Himanshu Sharma at 5:30pm and he has also stated that parts are not available and you have to wait for more time. I think i have done my life's biggest mistake by buying your mobile phone which i will not repeat ever.

Dear madam/sir, I was purchase new intex smartphone but after few month my phone creat mistack in display so i going to nearest service center and given for service on 17/06/2015 but after 2 month the service center owner not return my phone and any satisfy reason so please sir given my phone in 2 days nither i going to consumer form for claim and phone... dear sir i have purchase on new intex auqa extreme mobile date:25.12.2014 but after 6 months my phone is not working and problem so i have go to service center on 16/06/2015 and submit my phone with full box and also customer service executive is comment for next 25 day to resolve your problem but 45 days completed still today is 02/08/2015 but i m not got my phone . 14 July 2015 se mera mobile switch off ho gya h. mobile lete smay mujhe bola gya tha ki agar koi bi problem hota hai to, INTEX ke service center me repair ho jayega. But bilaspur chhattisgarh location me service center nhi hone k karn phone nhi ban pa rha hai. Meri aapse request h ki aap mere mobile ko repair kre ya refund de. dhanyawad

Poor servicing taken maximum time for servicing even giving a recipt it takes 2 hours. They dont have proper sitting arrangements. Its cause mentaly harassment.it take much time for a minor to minor problem. compony has not establish a proper service center.its a humble request to u please take necessary action against him.

i own an intex aqua xtreme mobile. it is six month old. it has a battery problme battery swelled. it has inbuilt battery . i give the mobile for repairing on 10th july . they said they do it in 7 days . i went there on 20th july. but they said it has some screen and other issues . but since i am using it does not had any issues. noe i went again on 31st july they said it will take 20 days more. they dont let me tell about my problem accurately. didnt pick up my calls . provides me wrong info. and they also not repaired my cell proprely and it got issue due to their irresponsibility.

Bought Intex Aqua Power Plus mobile in May 2015. The mobile mike create prohblem after 1 months. I gave the mobile in Intex service center (Uttam Nagar). After 22 days service center says that the parts are not come and wait for 5-7 days. I am very distraught. So i want the solution.
