Dear Intex.I have purchased INTEX AQUA I6 from Rajkot Gujarat Shriji communication on April 2014 with Imei No : [protected].But then in one month i am facing problem in camera & battery & almost in operate in phone calls & out going calls.phone automatically switch off etc..Then i go to intex service station in rajkot they told me that they replace the peace with new phone & then they take my phone & after 1 month they give another INTEX AQUA I6 old peace with box/bill only hand set in plastic bag with Imei No : [protected]. and still i am facing same problem & i constantly visit intex service station but they dont reply me any kind of response. you fraud with customers & making them full i want my phones refund amount or replacement with new box packing peace.Waiting for you favorable reply otherwise i am going to consumer court.Satish FichadiyaRajkot087349304759924436166

Sir, My self I am an mobile shop keeper.mobilE sales is my business.But I was suffered many times with intex mobiles.repetEd problems has escalated to service center.But its totally invain.please take necessary action.Many customers has facing this problem.

espected sir, i have purchase intex jazz mobile from kundan mobile store at surat.which is in warranty period.(date 10/07/2014) it has a problem, when i select gujarati language.all menu will hang and mobile is restart and stop working. i gave it to your service centre (look & like, puna gaum surat.) it takes about 20 days.and after they told me it is no repairable. so plz, change my instrument.i have also complaint in intex service care.but still they not giving me any answer.

I purchased one platinum a9 mobile on 20.12.2014. But my display screen of mobile is broken due to fall on the ground. I have give it to customer care for replacement of display scrren on 24.01.2015. But till date i have not yet received it, according to him it is sent to bhubaneswar.

sir, i have purchased a new mobile (Intex Aqua xtreme IMEI no-[protected]) on 24/01/2015 from Cheeka Electronics shop no-11/12 Mandir Market, Mata rani Road Ludhiana.After reached home i found that the screen of the mobile is not working properly. So, on the very next working day i took the mobile to the intex care centre(Manarva Complex Ludhiana-141007).The person over there, made a DOA of the mobile and told me to take this DOA to the Shopkeeper for the Replacement of the mobile on the spot. The shopkeeper told me that your handset will be replaced by the company, but the company don't have stock of this handset.Even shopkeeper already have the stock in his store but not ready to replace my phone. Its 1st feb today. and i have not recieved the mobile yet.Its my humble request to you pls resolve this matter as soon as possible.I shall be very thankful to you for this. I am Sonia Salwan purchased an Intex Mobile cloud XI on 07/09/2013 from at Rs.3500/- from an authorized dealer of Intex mobile. After 6 month of purchase Some problems has been occurred, due to which have gave my phone to service centre. After servicing it was working better and worked 4 month and after that it stopped working. Again i had visited its service center and explained all the problem. They had suggested that the problem is in battery and it is needed to change its battery. I had requested them to arrange a new battery so that i can purchase that. But they asked me for some days to arrange it. Again and again when i called or visit them they always gave some excuse like they are continuously trying to arrange. I have also visit the dealer from where i have brought my phone he took my mobile to arrange its battery. After 15 days he returned me by saying that company has stopped its production and its battery will not be available. In whole process warranty period has been out of date. Now i want to get my money back from the company who launched this useless mobile as it is only a scrap For me. I just want my right

Sir I have handed my aqua curve for repair followed by jobsheet No.[protected]t001 To meenu mobile care center, rohtak on dates 25/12/2014 in warranty period but after repeated many request mobile phone did not hand over to me till so far and made concoted story to us. kindly please solve our problem

sir, I have purchased intex speaker system, IT 11500 SUF, 15 days back. Within 15 days it stop to work for two times . I complained two times vide my complaint nos[protected][protected]. but it still not working till date. One time engineers from intex came with some tool and rectified temporarily, after two days it again stop working. Till date no one visited to my house from intex . If a product fail to work two times within 15 days where is the satisfaction of money which a consumer spend.

Respected Sir, With Ref To. subject matter INtex AQUA 4x Mobile is Pending for replacement and job sheet no.[protected]T001 dt 24/12/2014 still pending and no proper answer to us .When we submitted 10 days was assured time for resolution or replacement by your dealer Shree Mobile Services in Pune Maharashtra.They Have taken our mobile for display purpose and it was starting booting also only white screen comes no problem with switch on off button and volume button. But now with our regular and vigorous followup on 05th jan they assured us that they will give us on last Monday12th jan 2015 but now when we reach to collect as assured again he new problem problem with switch on off button and volume button. why they have not checked t before the total problem and resolved accordingly.So better we called your call center today [protected] got from a guy at the service center and called the reply was very ready-made that it will be resolved within 7 days which is not acceptable to me another 7 days i can not spare it is already 1 moth i hve lost and my business has got loss of more than 10000/- at-least for which i use this cell phone. I have aquve curve mini. My IMEI number is [protected], I taken it on 18 November 2014, My ear phone is problem i taken it to exchange in service shop CHETAN ELECTRONICS, Shimoga, Karnataka-577201, he given me local ear phone which one not hearing perfectly it has INTEX company band it is semi pasted but I receive SMS (Dear Customer, Your product received for repair vide Jobsheet No.[protected]T001We will inform you once product is repaired. Assitance Call.[protected]), if my ear phone should be send to company and you should inform that then how can he give another ear phone with in a hour. And he remove my mobile back side that is attached to motherboard by using screw driver, is it ear phone in motherboard, while asking he told me we should enter the serial number that is inside the mobile, and he also changed my battery.

Hello I am Ashutosh Tiwari having a intex mobile model no. INTEX AQUA Y2, IMEI NO. [protected], date of purchasing was 12/09/2014. with 1 year warranty. My mobile having some problem regarding switched on and i went to service centre on the date on 05/01/2015 at "AA TELE SERVICES J-32 Ramesh Nagar New Delhi 110015." They register my complain and said mobile has been dead, it will take 15 days in repair. At that time Job Sheet number was[protected]T001. When I went to take my mobile on the date of 19/01/2015 they said it has been replaced. They give me a used old mobile which IMEI number (which show on the back side of battery) was different from actual IMEI number when i checked their IMEI number by dialling *#06#. That mobile has so many photos and massages and many more things their back camera was also damage. When I said all these thing they are misbehaving with me and used abusing language. After so many bad conversation they register a new complain regarding back camera damage and said come after 15 days, new JOB SHEET NUMBER[protected]T001. They all are making fools to customer from changing of the real IMEI number in the mobile handset. It is illegal please take action against him otherwise I will take. I had purchase intex i7 Aqua on[protected] with IMEI no [protected]. form SANDERI MOBILE, kalol, Gujarat. within 4 day mike was not work. i meet him and next day he return me without proper work. after 4 day same problem arise i again meet him still today no proper answer from his side... it's very poor service i ever face...

sir i submit my cell phoe on 6 dec 14 to service center it was one year warranty .n i puchase it on 11 july 14 .. they told me that it will be rectify in 20 days. now on 9 jan 15 they give me cell phone but now not even switch on.. so what i can do now sir. plz take naccesary action againsd them. regards .
