Sir .. i purchased my intex aqua5 on 11 july 14 but its battery was nt wrkng properly so that i submit my phone to service center on 6 dec14 they give me sheat no. n say that i will take 20 days to rectify on 8 jan15 i received my cell phone .but its not even switch on now... so can i do sir they spend my 30 days but not repaire my phone ..but they damaged it too much. so sir plzz take an action againsed it plzz. regards..

Dear Sir, I have given my cellphone "Intex Aqua Style Mini" to my nearest Intex Service Center "Karuna Enterpriseson" Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh) dated -10.12.2014, but still today (07.01.2015) i did n't get my cellphone . R/Sir, How long does it take you to service a cellphone ? But according to your company policy it takes within (15 Days only) .1 Month is about to be done i did n't receive my cellphone . I was repaired my phone in intexcare in jamnagar before 20 days their was display problem in my phone, and i was repaired my phone in jamnagar, Yesturday i was go their place and there was said that my phone display was not change because company went no stoke to that phone display ans they have give me a old phone the model no. Y17+ and that was also problem in the betray and my old job no. is[protected]t001. Then i was not accept that phone and they have ans me the company was do not give your phone with new display and i was not accept the old phone and their was give me a new job , new job are attached their. Please give me a my phone with new display their was in the warranty period please ans my that which time i was receive my phone. i was do not received any other phone. Sir I have submitted my cell phone in 1 Dec. Due to some problem in switch key and when i take it back on 1 Jan. its condition is became worse than before and again they said it will take 20 -25 days.This is the worst costumer service I have ever had.And even they did not respond to my call even I logged complaint in their website. I have download Pc suite as told by your custumer care executive but it not work. Please solution as soon as possible. Dear Sir, I have purchased Intex Aqua Curve on 06.05.14. After few months the screen of phone malfunctioning and I have send it to service centre on 11.11.14 vide job card no.[protected]T001. After 20 days I have received the cell phone on 29.11.14, but the problem remain same and I have again send the phone to service centre on 02.12.14. Vide job sheet no.[protected]T001 and after a month I am still waiting for my phone repaired. Since it has been only 7 months to purchase the phone, it is in service centre from past two months I Don, 't want this set anymore kindly replace it with another one and give me new set. Hello, I would like to inform that, I had purchased index mobile Aqua Curve Mini EMI No. [protected] on 1-10-14 of 7000 Rs from Deoband Saharanpur and after few battery started problem. I had submitted battery for replacement on 13-11-14 to Ashok Mobile Care Saharanpur but until today I do not got any replacement Work Order No. 2818 when I approach them for update unfortunately didn't receive any responsible answer from them. Kindly advise on this issue as soon as possible.

I had submitted my phone Intex Cloud Y2 on 7/10/2014 to Shri Hari Solutions, Rohtak with Jobsheet No.[protected]T001. They had replaced my phone on 13/11/2014 with Intex Aqua Y2 but I had given it back to them on 13/11/2014 as the price of my previous phone was higher than this new one. dear sir, 1) i purchase INTEX mobile GSM Dual cloud Y handset on15/04/14 from vishal comunication SHOP kolkata -700004, within one month, set was giving problem, and it got completely Dead, i was very surprise, because such a big company mobile, why quality not being maintained and how mobile within short time out of order, when i have given this mobile to your service centre.at chandni chowk, they just format the mobile & give back to me within and said we can;t help much more than that.but the mobile has so many probles: prolem no, 1) we can, t make a call when it was charging 2) speaker:s volumn gets up & down most of the time 3) the cell goes to safe mode for 4 to 5 days in a month 4)some times is shows factory set up and hang up for 2 to 3 days

hi, I Karan Kumar R/o 123, Street No. 4, East Azad Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Delhi 110051. I Purchased a Intex mobile phone model Aqua Y2 Black on 15/09/2014. One month after using this phone the phone start giving problems. The phone is auto lock by the password and i am unable to unlock the phone then i visited intex service center on around 13th november 2014 at sai mobile care, gandhi nagar, delhi. the person at the center submit my phone for around 10 to 12 days for this small issue as i receiverd my phone i face some new issue in the phone like as i play any song in the phone it will automatically switch to the next song and the other problem is as i start using google play store it is not working. the build in version of play store in my phone is 4.5.10 it is working on this version but after some time it will automatically updated in new version 5... something and google play store stop working. i visited again at intex service center at laxmi nagar delhi, he is not doing anything and return my phone asitis. he is just doing updated my phone software, but the problem is stand as it is. Then I decided to visiting at the gandhi nagar service center(sai mobile care) on 10th december, 2014 he is submit my phone again with a promise to solve the issue this time. I got back by phone on 19th Dec., 2014 And unfortunately The issue is not resolved. I am very much dissipointed with the services of Intex.
