Intex after sales service is pathetic. My job sheet num is[protected]T001.The serial number of the main product- [protected].My contact num is [protected].I had surrendered my Intex aqua i7 on october, 30th at borivali (West) service centre of Mumbai. I was been told that it had some "mic"issue and it will be resolved in a week's time. When I went after a week, they said that it was not "mic" issue but indeed "motherboard" issue. The executives were themselves not sure how long it will take for them to repair. I was given many dates in a month's time but i din't got the phone repaired. The worst part is that I had to visit the service center everytime to get the information/status about my product.The phone numbers on the jobsheet were either not reachable or unanswered. Finally, after a month, I was been told that i will get replacement of the product but not sure of the date. Today, its been 45 days and counting and i haven't got the delivery of the product from Intex. I am waiting for JUSTICE to happen and counting on the days when INTEX will give me the delivery of the unrepairable Intex phone. So, guys My ADVISE to you will be to AVOID PURCHASING INTEX Phones because of their pathetic AFTER SALES SERVICE. Following are the reasons why one should NOT GO for Intex: [1] Limited number of Service Centers. [2] No information/status is given to customers about their product. [3] Customers will have to regularly visit the service center for the status about their product. [2] Toll Free number displayed on website & Intex bill, i.e,[protected] does not exist. [3] No time period for repairs/replacement. [4] NO backup or standby phone to customers until repair of phone is done. [5] Phone calls to service center number ([protected]-Borivali Service Center) goes unanswered/switched off everytime.[6] Sending them emails to their email id like "[protected]@intextechnologies.com" or "[protected]@intextechnologies.com" is a waste of time as you won't get response from them either. I am really sick and fed up of Intex after sales service. First of all, I have to travel a long place for the Service Center. Second, the problem is not sorted out whereas I am being given "waiting time over and over again". So, people who are planning to buy Intex, My advice will be to avoid buying Intex because of its pathetic and sickening after sales service. When I visited the Service Center, i realised that i was not alone but there were many like me, who were told to wait for weeks and months. If people doubt me, they can just visit the Borivali Mumbai office service center and can realise and experience whether I am right or not.

    I am Amit, I have bought Intex Hunk (GREY) mobile through Intex website. I got this phone after 10 days. It was Dead ( Not working). I called Customer Care They told me go to nearest customer service operator. Instead of Caring about my one day Salary I went there. I have returned mobile there they have given me proof for returning the phone. Only one thing I want from Intex Please Send New Hunk (grey) mobile phone to my home, I can not go to customer service centre and loose one more day salary, It my genuine demand I have purchased it through COD. One more cheat I have ordered this phone on 01/12/2014 but in Invoice it is written as 12/1/2014 Amit Kumar Mobile [protected] Invoice number : EMP/DEL/2014-15/12 Buyers NUMBER : 42 Date of order : 1 December 2014

      I am using intex aqua marvel for 2 years and activated the mobile tracker and forgot the password. Now i have change the phone and put another sim. But very frequently I am receving a message that imei1: [protected] and slot 2: [protected] is using my phone and deducting Rs 1 each time from my balance. Please help me to reset the mobile tracker password for the imei no [protected]. Daily 10 to 20 rs is being deducted from my balance. my email id is sunilkumar.[protected]@gmail.com

        Respected sir i am mohammed zafar ansari fron indore M.P. I have an intex aqua i14 smart phone. After 2 month of purchase my mobile camera stop working so i went intex service center at yashwant plaza near railway station indore they checked my mobile phone and sad i have to submit it for repairing so i submitted my phone over there Dear sir from the date of my mobile submission 15 working day has been completed but still they are unable to solve my problem and make an excuse that part is not available and say come after another 15 working days.in this 15 days i have suffered a lot sir without my phone please help me.

          Hi, I am very frustrating on the intex mobile company in india, I have bought new Mobile device of Intex india company and it gets problem within usage of 3 month atleast and there is noone to hear my complaints at there company's service station, They taken my device till 1 month and when I receveid there has some new bugs so in this process I have to submit it to company service station for 3 months and after total 6 month my device warrenty void still its not working and now company says your warrenty is complete, we can not do anything.             Hi, I am a customer of Intex as I owne an Intex Aqua i7 and want to bring this into your notice got the worst post service that Intex provides. My smartphone had no issues just the touch on the bottom left corner of the screen was not responding though it was working all fine. One very bad day (12th Nov 2014) I decided to take this to the service center at Nehru Place (address below) and they told they would have to look for the fault so have to keep it with them. I gave my 6 months old phone in good condition except for the issue I was facing. I as told to get it collected after 4 days and when I went to the place they told its been given at the head office ( Okhla ) for repairs and have to contact them. I have been contacting the head office via phone and personal visits and was told again that I could collect it after 4 days since then I didnt receive any confirmation from their end. Today I visiting to check up on my phone's status and was given some other Phone and that too wasn't working at all which I didnt accept as I want mine. I asked about my phone they told it cannot be returned for some reasons. It is very bad that a phone which didn't have any serious issues was getting replaced by phone which wasnt powering on at all. If this kind of service customer's would get then I dont think the products would sell. As you know the products are purchased on the basis of the post service quality. My brother has a Micromax canvas 4 and its the best post service I ever seen. when it was given to the service center they told it would take 2-3 days and the original piece was returned in 2 days only. if Intex cannot provide post service then I dont think that anybody would like to buy any of its product. Personally from now on I wont recommend anybody for an Intex product at all. Please get me my original phone or at least a new one not the ones they are showing me.               Respected Sir/Madam, I have purchased Intex Aqua Y2 on 18.08.2014. Within a period of 01 month, I observed that mobile was not getting charged and also data cable was not properly working. I went to service centre situated at HUDA Rohtak. The said Service centre kept the mobile for an hour and replaced the data cable. After few day we again observed similar problem, My wife went to service centre situated at Chottu Ram Chowk Rohtak, they kept mobile and asked to come in evening, In evening they had handed over the phone and also changed the Data Cable. Again after some days we faced similar problem again, my wife again went to service centre on 23.10.2014. Again they kept the mobile and handed over in evening and again gave new data cable. Again after sometime we observed that data cable was not properly fitting with mobile socket which result in problem in charging of Mobile and also mobile was not reading SD Card & compatible with computer and above all ear phone is not working. I went to Above Service Centre situated at Chottu Ram Chowk Rohtak, on -03.12-2014 and narrated entire problem faced by me. They kept my mobile and asked to come after 1 hour. I went to the service centre at 04.30 p.m. where Service centre employee narrated that I had repaired mobile phone to outside mechanic (false allegation)as screw was not mounted inside and some thing written on charger socket is erased. I protested their version and narrated that above entire story, but they were reluctant to listen my voice and returned my mobile. In this context I want to present that once warranty is alive why I should go to private mechanic. Further there is laxity on the part of service centre to mount screw in previous repairing and blaming to me that I went to private mechanic. In the last 04 months I am suffering not company's employee. Further after coming to home it is found that now nothing is working earlier before giving to service centre mobile phone was in working condition except problem stated above. I am respectable person why I tell lie for just an amount of Rs 4500/- The entire episode made me annoyed I am bound to complain this issue to company's forum If you donot resolve my problem either by repairing mobile Phone or by replacement.                 plz some one help ASAP. i bought this cellphone some some 8 months ago it has some overheating problem and battery drainage and moreover now the display is not working i submitted to the service center now i came to know that the parts are not available and the company will refund the 75% of amount . so should i accept it or should i ask the full money??

I haven't receive till[protected] Today when I am going to your service center at Laxmi nagar (Globe Connections), I am very shocked to saw the condition of my mobile, the back cover is almost break my you & You are not service my phone you are totally tell me lie, The display problem of this phone is same as. I am too much disturbed after saw all these issues your customer care center & your distributer (service Center) always give us wrong statements. I also drop a mail to you regarding this but you also not given me any response. If you are still not go through this or ignore all my complaints, then I have to take action on Intex company.                   Dear Sir/Mam
                  I had submited my intex Aqua Y2 mobile phone on 21st nov 2014 at intex service center (SAI mobile care, 1648 main road gandhi nagar)
                  bcoz my phone was hanging and any kind of software updates was not working in my phone .

                  the service center person told me to collect it by 28 nov 2014 but still i haven't recieved my phone,
                  and this is second time i had to wait
                  in past case i had submitted my phone at same place regarding display broken on 6 oct 2014 and after so many calls so many complaints to their coustomer care contact no.[protected]
                  i got my phone on 10 nov 2014 .

                  i think this is the worst kind of after sale service i have seen by any mobile phone company

                        dear sir, 1) i purchase INTEX mobile GSM Dual SIM GRAND handset on 23/09/14 from shree Khedapati SHOP DEWAS MP, within one month, set was giving problem, and it got completely Dead, i was very surprise, because such a big company mobile, why quality not being maintained and how mobile within short time out of order, i am having other company mobile also but i purchase it, because as a new company your quality should be much better . 2) send sock i got when i have given this mobile to your service centre .of MY CITY DEWAS (service request sheet attached herewith), your service man told me that deposit here and come after one month, i was having NO CHOICE, i gave him and till now waiting for it, i do'nt understand why your service is like this why such long time in such a small problem and you know that service, delivery, and cost compitency, will attract customer and increase your business . please let me know how i can get my mobile duly repaired or replaced at earliest and by when REGARDS please reply on MY Email : rajendra.[protected]@stisanoh.com

                          i have purchased intex aqua i7 on 19th of april 2014. and i was facing some software related problem from oct. i have subbmited my phn to there service center located in Rohini sector 2 (SG Solutions) near HDFC atm on 10th of oct 2014 under job sheet no. [protected] and now after 35 days they said that we have received your phn from intex technologies under return without repair.and when i received my phn its totaly diffrent. they given me a white phn and that was totally dead was unable to on. i refuse to take that phn. and said that my phone is under warranty and you should give me a new phn aqua i7. but they refuse to do so. as intex refuse them. and now i m facing so much problem. that was humiliating and now i they said take the phn away nothing could happen. if you want to complain then do it. we didnt bother. so i request you to see in this matter asap.

I am trying to call below mentioned Intex's service center which I found from intex website but they don't answer the call. I dropped the message but they don't even reply my message. The service center is: CAARE COMMUNICATION 30, GREENVILLA COMPLEX, OPP SMITA TOWER, NR. VISHRAMNAGAR, GURUKUL ROAD, AHMEDABAD-380052 Mobile No: [protected] / [protected] Another one is: DRISHTI TECHNOLOGY SHOP NO 1, SECOND FLOOR, SATYAM TOWER, OPP. MANINAGAR RAILWAY STATION, MANINAGAR, AHMEDABAD-380008 Mobile No: [protected], [protected] Both of them have blocked the unknowns' numbers and they don't even reply if you send message to them. This is really irritating.

                              I purchased a mobile handset of Intex which model is CLOUD X4. I gave this your service centre Bharatpur before 4month (about). But I have not any mobi. This set have warranty till january 2015. I want a new headset of same model of intex.

                                I have deposited my intex aqua wonder mobile phone at Rewari center because of suffering from low battery run on 5th September. After one week they told me that it will cost 6000 rupees for motherboard repair. I have refused to repair the phone and asked them to return it in the same condition in which I have deposited. But it has 2.5 months passed they are not giving me any response and told that they will inform after receiving phone from Gurgaon center. After one week they told me that it will cost 6000 rupees for motherboard repair. I have refused to repair the phone and asked them to return it in the same condition in which I have deposited. But it has 2.5 months passed they are not giving me any response and told that they will inform after receiving phone from Gurgaon center.                                   today its 6 november...16 days after i handed my dead handset to the company but yet its not repaired due to lack of spare parts in the company...i dont know why they scarcity of spare parts...my INTEX mobile phone was simply charging and after charging it remained off ...when i took it to service center they call it dead and transfered that handset to company center of LUCKNOW on 20 october..and now i m finding myself fool to buy that redeculous INTEX handset..my 6000rs are just waisted..i would like to recommand all the customer not to buy any handset of INTEX company...since they are incapable of providing services...and rectify defects ... my contact no is [protected]

                                    Dear Sir, I have bought the intex aqua curve mobile in Feb 2014, after one month we are facing problem in hand set. So submitted the phone in service station 2 month back, this phone got repaired three time but problem not solved. In this we lost almost 3 months. Now again submitted in this week for repair. Customer care is not taking responsibility to refund or phone change. Service people not lifting the phones and not answersing the mails. How to take it ? Just loosing time & money.

Item code no:[protected], Order No -[protected].Sub Order No-[protected].IMEI NO-"[protected]. Seller -Krishna Telenet Pvt Ltd Khasra No 1097 3/3, Gali No-8 Main Firni Road- Village -Kapashera, near Falad Nala, -Delhi, pin-110037. The hand set through SnapDeal courier.from day one the hand set had number of problems, specially the Battery, which was completely defective and there are other problems.I immediately lodged a complaint with Intex, and asked them to change the hand set, they asked to contact their service centre, when i approached the service centre, after checking they told me it is a minor soft ware problem, they will repair it.But nothing happened the problem is still very much alive and i am unable to use, the Intex co is now stopped receiving my calls and not responding to my mails.I would like to request you to Immediately take action against such fraud company.                                       So far there is no formal communication from INTEX Mobile, it seems they are used to such complaints.It is a clear case of cheating and as consumer i want strict action should be taken against such fraud company.
                                      I purchased Micromax Canvas Power A96 Black mobile on 6.2.2015, Invoice No-S6F08B/ 14-15/34071. Item code no:[protected], Order No -[protected].Sub Order No-[protected].IMEI NO-"[protected].

                                      The hand set through Snap Deal courier. from the same within some hours hand set had never switch on, even keeping handset for long time on charging through mobile and through its Charger provided with it. The battery works, when I checked in same other handset. The handset was completely defective and there are other problems.I immediately lodged a complaint with Snapdeal for refund and return back. Who provide me its Support Request No.15901384, 15904578, but nothing had been done uptil now.

                                      It is to be noted Sir, that when I checked company's VAT TIN/CST No.[protected] online on Income tax site, it shows wrong. Kindly take action against such fraud company, which are cheating public as well as to Government in number of ways.

                                        I went to your consumar service on 31/10/2o14 at swapn bunglow, Krishna Nagar, Gujaraw gas circle, Adajan. Surat to repaire the emplifire of my mobile But sorry to say that they not accept my mobile n informed that come on Monday to day I went same service station they informed me that come tomorrow. They denied to accept my mobile. My deficulty is that today is the last date of worrantee period. They do so with mala fide intention not provide service for which I am entitle.
