I have purchased a mobile on[protected] from shop but problem is when I am going in lift or roaming area network it is showing full network but it shows call barring and call are not connected when I switch off and on my mobile starts working properly I have to do this every time from last 2 days and flash light is also not proper it shows very dim light. I have visited 6 service centre today out of which 4 were closed only 2 were open but both of them were unable to give me proper service today was the last date of replacement I had already sent you a mail and attachment of the bill so I am requesting you please give me proper suggestion I have already talked with your service center number even they were unable to give me proper service and suggestion.

I have visited 6 service centre today out of which 4
were closed only 2 were open but both of them were unable to give me proper
service today was the last date of replacement I had already sent you a mail
and attachment of the bill so I am requesting you please give me
proper suggestion I have already talked with your service center number even
they were unable to give me proper service and suggestion.

service centre regarding my handset fault (Intex Aqua Star 5.0). last
time I have submitted my handset on 28-01-15 after that I have also
visited so many time in service center and call to customer care . They
told me since 20 days that your handset is replaced (intex Aqua Star HD) and
pending for dispatch from company.
I request please help me regarding this issue.

I have purchased a new intex mobile on[protected].on the second day of my purchase, i have a problem regarding to that mobile.Data connectivity is not working, if the mobile is restarted it works for two hours and again it stops working.so i kindly request the team to provide me a proper solution to my problem regarding the mobile.

I have a problem in my mobile phone. My mobile Phone is charging but not giving Battery Back-up, Mera mobile kal 523Minutes Charge Hua And sirf 2 Huors mein Hi Discharge ho gaya.
yeh charge toh ho rha hai per Battery Back-up bilkul bhi nahin de rha hai.

    Sir/Madam, I have brought intex aqua HD mobile dt.09.11.2013, It has been already repaired two times from Thane service center within warranty period (both time Same issues). Now the third time i have submitted the mobile at Thane service center on dt. 17.10.14, after submission i got diffrent status from service center that is given below Sr. No. Date Status given by service center 1. 17.10.14 Mother board issue-parts is not available (they issued Job Sheet) 2. 20.10.14 Phone Not received by service centre whole day (3 diffrents Number Tried) 3. 21.10.14 Phone Not received by service centre whole day (3 diffrents Number Tried) 4. 22.10.14 Parts Not available-u will get mobile repaired soon when parts will received 5. 28.10.14 In Process 6. 30.10.14 they told me that your warranty is over due to liquid damage, and you will have to pay for this (but my question is i have submitted this mobile well conditioned then how it became liquid damage, also they gave me status on dt.20.10.14 & 21.10.14 that when parts will received u will get the mobile repaired.) I am not satishfied with service of Thane service center, I hope i will get the mobile repaired as free of cost.       1.purchase INTEX Aqua i-7 on 29.11.2013 from M/s Sai the Mobile hub, 31, jyoti shopping compex, zone-1, mp nagar, bhopal, (MP), 2. given to service centre for display problem on 08.09.2014 at M/s Morning Star Enterprises, jyoti cineplex, MP Nagar, Bhopal, 3. recieved back the phone on 29.09.2014 without rectification, deposited to the service centre again on 29.09.2014 4. recieved back the phone on 29.10.2014 But dislpay problem is still not rectify

        I buy Intex Aqua Star power on 25.09.2014. on 19.10.2014 (within 25 days) my handset display turn off during a call, i was restart so many time but it not work, when i approach service centre there is no one in the service centre to repair my phone, even they made excuse due to shortage of electricity they not repaired, what the hell is wrong with you. my phone is not repaired yet, i had already filed a complaint in consumer care but they did'nt reply. Please Either You Solve my Trouble or I will Fill a PIL against Intex company as a whole to leave India, not to make People Fool, Don't Play with Public Money... You Suck. even u don;t have sense to Doing Business..

          My name is Aditya Nema and I bought an intex aqua N4 mobile on 12/05/2014. after three months the phone suddenly get shut down and was not starting So, I gave it to the service center for repair on 27/08/2014 after 20 days it came back but it was not repaired, the people of the service center said that they will be replacing the whole set because the whole set is faulty.then i gave the box for replacement on 19/09/2014, it's been a month but the mobile st is not replaced.             Dear Sir, This is to Inform you that myself Arvind Sxaena has purchased one Intex Mobile ModeL No :- GSM CloudY13+ from your Distributor Arpit Enterprises Bareilly.. After purchasing of 4 Months my mobile Display got Defective so on Dated 28th August'14 I submitted the mobile to service center Arpit Enterprises Bareilly . After so many Visits and Followups i have not get up my Mobile Set Till date and they are making fool time on time.. Moreever Mr. Girish Mobile No:-[protected] always speak in very rudely manner to me.. How is this impacting your Brand. Just Think.. Need your Urgent Support in Getting my Problem sorted .                 Dear concern, I purchased an intex smartphone named intex aqua i4 plus on 11 march 2014 from a retail store. Actually i was samsung user earlier but after so many benifits which sales person has shown me I choosed to go with intex. And i was completly satisfied with device. but after 4 months it fells and display is broken. Then I checked in local market where display is for 1000. but instead of local display i've ordered for the same in intex service centre. branch- abhaypur panchkula. ph. 5018302 but after 15 days when i got it back the display was very cheaper in quality.visual quality was very poor. and their person has purchased that phone from me in 1600 /-because he said all displays of intex are chineese and they can't fix this fault. sold 7500 /- phone in 1600 /- I went there to get it repair but unfortunately had to sold to him. and now i came out of intex family and would suggest to every one not to use an intex phone. guys a device can bse trustless bcoz its a machine after all but customer service should be reliable.                 This is Srikanth from Hyderbad, I bought Intex Aqua Y2 1Month ago,

                Recently it has been dead with no reason and i contacted the servicing center (Prime tech) which is at Abids on 17th of this month.

                Owner of the servicing center (Shyam) informed me issue may be fixed in 2days, Visited the center after 3 days and he asked to wait another 2 days i was still ok for that .

                Visited the third time told me to wait another day at last i got my phone back today with the IMEI number and the mobile changed ..

                The phone which i got its not mine only the sticker of IMEI inside the phone is mine

                My IMEI number is 1.[protected], 2.[protected]

                The phone IMEI number which i received from the servicing center 1.[protected], 2.[protected],

                I would request u guys to take an action on him, got to tell u so many things plz contact me as early as possible on this num: +91-[protected].

Actually, They are not sure how long will they take to repair. I am in Trouble because of it have lost all contacts and life is so difficult without cellphone. Actually intex cell phones are a failure company This company is a complete china based company Plz don’t buy intex Phones but any body can respond me

                      Dear Intex Team, I bought the Aqua i7 mobile set order through amazon.in on 19th December 13. The set was working fine when it was received. But after one month mobile started giving problem. When i did the enquiry with company i have asked to give the phone to AVS Computer at Pune. AVS computer kept the phone for one week & then given back to me. On very second day it got hanged & on restarting all data erased off. Then i have asked to go to Wagholi where they have there warehouse / workshop. They reloaded the software & given to me. Phone was working ok for 6 months & again it started getting off when i am on phone call. It was given back to Wagholi wear house. They said its mother board has gone & it need to be change. For which it will take 5 to 6 days. Now its been more than 20 days passed but they are saying its not ready. I have asked them to change the hand set but they are giving lots of excuses & neither they are repairing nor replacing set. Kindly look in to it and make the set replacement ASAP .

                          Respected Officer, Hi, My name is Prakash Kumari living at Hyderabad (Mob No.[protected]) & I purchased Intex Aqua I7 from from Master communication Punjagutta Hyderabad 82 on[protected] with a cash of Rs.24000/-t Mobile should be under warranty. Now after 6 months my Mobile got some problem and stop working i visit more than 6 times.(on 18.04.14 Ref No[protected] TW Replaced circuit board, 25.06.14 Ref No[protected]TW- Replaced Phone set, 17.09.14 on 17.09.2014Ref No-[protected]TW- delivered Phone without repeating on30.09.2014 service center is not properly replying it will not get repaired, also i had informed via email to Intex Customer care but no any response or any action been taken.                           I bought intex Aqua_Q5, Android version 4.4.2. It is not working properly from the day I bought. It shows a message like this" unfortunately Google play stopped", or "unfortunately, Google app has stopped", or "unfortunately, gallery has stopped", ...
                          and screen can't show anything or it show dots or small boxes or dim.. It shut down itself, it is a bad mobile.
                          I given it to do repair in Intex service center, they cann't give correct response, they given it back after 2 weeks but the result is same. they done nothing... just wasted my time.
                          For me Rs 5000/- is big amount. Intex Moblie is discouraged and disguided with adds, it is not good...

                            I wish to complain your failure model intex aqua I7 phone that I purchased on 19.09.2013 from Master communication Punjagutta Hyderabad 82 I am complaining because heating up, hanging, not charging properly, log off etc, To resolve this problem I would like you to Refund your failure model intex aqua I7 phone amount. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted intex service center secunderabad Near CTC, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair i visit more than 6 times.(on 18.04.14 Ref No[protected] TW Replaced circuit board, 25.06.14 Ref No[protected]TW- Replaced Phone set, 17.09.14 on 17.09.2014Ref No-[protected]TW- delivered Phone without repeating on30.09.2014 I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.                             I would like to complain your failure model intex aqua power + phone that I purchased on 20.05.2015 from Spice Retail Ltd Ashok vihar . i am complaining because this phone already repaired from goel communication Peera garhri @ Job No[protected]T001 on dt 25/01/2016 and given back on 06/12/2016 @ Recipt number 283 with the charges taken of Rs 1550/- For this phone Mr Amit knows every thing . My Phone again gives the same problem and dont wont to keep or repaired again this set, To resolve this problem I would like you to Refund/replace with brand new with your failure model intex or phone amount.                                 Namaste sir, I have an intex aqua marvel+ mobile whose battery discharges very fast and now is out of order. So I visited Intex Service Center (Rajkot-Gujarat) and didn't got satisfied by the service I had there as they don't give their full attention to the customers and they even don't have the battery in the stock for 20 days...even the other customers present their didn't liked the service of your agents much because they just don't have an immediate answer to the problem faced by the customer. I am sorry to say but we too are busy with our schedule and if we need to go again and again to the service center begging them to provide us the service then nothing worse could happen with us! We regret of buying your companies product just because of the service you provide us.

After a 20 days of my purchase my phon network goes slow so i think that there was a problem due to my sim so i interchange my sim again after 8 days network goes down so i again interchange my sims but at that time after interchanging sim when i restarted my phon than no network found again i have swtch off my phon and than again interchange sims but still there is no network coverage so next day i was gone to intex service station on Dt.[protected] but they refused to take my phon for service in reason they ask me we are liable to take 32 or 35 phones per day so i register complaint using toll free no with complaint no [protected] Next day i was send my phon with my brother again they refused to take my phon under service but my brother given phone to service station forcefully than on Date[protected] i got a confirmation of my phone received from service station " Dear Customer, Your product received for repair vide Jobsheet No.[protected]T001We will inform you once product is repaired. Assitance Call.[protected]" After this i have contacted service station on[protected] but they replied my phone was sent in service station for check and its status is part pending than i go from there again i contacted on[protected] still they given me same answer as before after 15-09 i was tried twice a week to contact service station but same reply at last on 26-09 they told me that your phon will be received after 3 days so today[protected] i have sent my brother to take my phon back when my brother asking a person on a service desk a person replied your phon is not under warranty because it a physical damage and we was sent your phone to company after your confirmation on Dt.[protected] I have requested a person many time that my phone is not physically damaged and you never contacted me about this problem but service person not hearing my request so warned him and take my service job sheet back from him without take my phon back because a service person trying to fraud with me please do needfull for me sir. Regarding this I talk to your customer care executive many time but they are not responding me properly. When ever I called again they said for taking some time more. As per talking your customer care executive my phone reached in your Company on 18/09/2014 but still nobody telling me properly that when I will get my phone.                                         I had purchased Aqua 3G somewhere in July 2014, just after 1 month it started malfunctioned and its battery would drain out in a short span even without using the phone. I had given my mobile phone for replacement on 26th August against job number[protected]T001 and the same is pending since last 1 month. Even your customer care is not able to give proper information on the same and every time they repeat that it will be resolved within 7 days. Every time I call, they give me some other number to call but after calling that number also the resolution has not been done for the last 1 month.
