I have submitted my mobile handset (intex aqua glory) at Mumbai - Borivli (w) service center on 16-aug-14, for Bluetooth application not working & to change my display screen. I have followed up personally by visiting 4 times. since more than 40 days have been passed I have not yet received my handset. Every time at my visit the lady person at service center is asking me to wait for more 7 days(at every visit)

I purchased intex cloud y+ mobile, after purchasing within 5 days there was a problem in the mobile but it will be replaced by the company.model aqua n4 white color. But now again it is having problem of auto restart and low volume problem with auto Internet on. I again submit mobile on date 11.9.14.now I want pl replace the piece with high version or return the amount of mobile. The process of your company for any problem is too slow I am suffering without mobile.so please do fast and give positive response.Almost 13days has gone to submit mobile.

Sir i have buyied intex aqua octa on 27/5/2014. Price 20, 200. Imei no-[protected]... it has been 4 months now and i have been to the service center more then 5 -6 times...everytime i gave my mobile for repair some new problem comes up...i hav asked the officials many times to replace my handset but they didnt response...everytime i give my set to repair they keep it for more then 10 days a(sometimes more) . i cannot go ann to rhe service center every month for repair and imoreover i have'nt given 20, 200 for such a cheep stuff ...i want my set to be replaced as soon as possible.please c into the matter seriously.

Hello sir, I have purchased a intex mobile (model cloud y13 white color dual sim[protected] price 6100/- on 19/4/14, invoice no-856 and serial no of product is [protected] from New fair business center Lucknow (UP). It is just five month old and still in 1 year warranty but it do not working as per its specification. The charging battery is damaged, also the mobile speaker is not working. So now the mobile is worth less for me. I have given my mobile to the below service center at lucknow mobile clinic b74 tejkumar plaza apposite darul shapha near hazratganj Gpo I had buy this mobile from one of the reputed company with some faith but now the mobile is meaningless for me and I am totally fedup now. I have Purchased a Intex Mobile Aqua I15 from Anupam Stores Borivali, i have not use at all phone on 4-Sep-2014 saw some Lining coming on my screen, I immediately approached to Nearest Borivali Service Centre for repairing, As per assurance of Service Centre Lady my phone will be repaired within the week but till date my phone is not repaired nor they are not giving proper status, Always when i approach to centre they give same problem " your phone is new difficult to find display", I requested them please give me replacement then...No one is given me proper answer please guide My Job Sheet no:[protected]T001 & Lot No:[protected], my product IMEI No: [protected]... Dear Sir, I have purchased a intex mobile (model cloud z6) price 7100/- on 8/4/14 IMEI NO. [protected] from Sampark communication. Its address is B/6-A/12, Jairaj complex, soni chwal odhav. It is still in 1 year warranty but it do not working as per its specification. I have given this mobile twice at that shop where i have bought but they said “This mobile cannot repair by them they suggested me to go to intex mobile care center. i went their and they repaired but it is still not working properly. Dear Sir, i had purchased intex mobil model cloud Y-1 IMEI NO[protected] ON 04/04/14 FROM APEX THE MOBIL SHOP it was under warranty for one year just after one month it was stoped not workinkg i had given to company outlet workshop at AYUSH ELECTRONICS M-115 YASHWANT PLAZA NO[protected]. But till date it is nor repaired properly the problem is still there and from last three months i am running behind the workshop people but no results. kindly look in the matter i will be thankful because i am now fedup totally.

sir, i have bought aqua 3g phone on dated[protected] from satyam electronics, jaipur. while traveling screen was slightly spotted black. when i contacted at your service centre m/s shubham creations, t-8-9, 3rd floor, salasar plaza, indira bazar, jaipur, person told me that screen has to be replaced and charged rs 1200/- for this. i demanded rate list but that person (owner) refused. after replacing scrren, when i demanded invoice, he again refused. but when i insisted on invoice, owner of service centre gave me invoice of shubham creation instead off intex online invoice. is it your practice not to declare rate list or not giving service centre's invoice for paid services? this was clearly a loot at your service centre. i have to buy another mobile, but this experience lessoned me that always go for big branded like samsung, htc, sony rather than u because of their after sale support. (invoice of shubham creations' invoice doesnt show that while repairing my warranty lapsed or not.) Dear Sir, I would like to inform you i am the one of the valuable customer of your company & i was purchase one mobile from your company which warranty period is not over so i give my mobile in Ayushi Electronic on dated 31/07/2014 regarding service purpose but till date they are not solved my problem & today also i compelling about my service request but they confirm, my mobile is send to head office & it will be return another 15 days.

About one month ago i bought my aqua3g phone .I have a problem that whenever i am trying to install any app from google play or any other site it is showing that there insufficient space on your device therefore i bought new 8 gb memory card then i again tried to install then also it is showing insufficient space I want to clear that my memory is detected by the device then also it is showing insufficient space. Please tell me what should i do for it.

I had give the handset for repair for display problem as on dtd.28.07.2014, still as on date i had not received my handset or money against that.

So i am kindly request you to please do the needful action as early as possible because it has already more than one months passed.

I have purchased 15 headsets but after 2 days out of 15/13 are not working, ...I have given 10 headsets in Janakpuri service center but its more then 30 days of following headsets are not yet repaired...The guy who picked the call name - Sk Sharma number is [protected] picked the phone and said headsets are not ready and do what ever want to do it will take more time. I think employees are making fool of customer and i have invested 7000/-Rs and i want my money back Name- Alok Contact number- [protected]

I complain on 18th August 2014 for my INTEX LCD MODEL NO. 2602, due to not display/no screen when i start nor blue light ON/OFF at the bottom of LCD. My complain No. is[protected]. your customer care Executive ask, we send Engineer within 3-4 working days. After 3 days I regular call to your customer care they always give new contact Nos. of engineer. I called on [protected], first of all hold me for 5-7 minutes, again he gives me another no. [protected]. again i called he asked we can't solve your problem pls.call to [protected]. i got another phone no. Again i call to [protected] (Mr. RAJIV) on 22 August at 1:38 pm. He told me that i arrange an engineer for you and i call back to u withing 30-40 minutes. I wait until 4pm but not any response his no. is out of coverage or switch off. Again I called him next day at 10:30, he said engineer coming by evening, Engineer came, he check all of things, but after some time some parts are sparking like SMPS or others. He said SMPS has been gone burned, and after i talk to Mr. Rajiv he arrange this part on Monday 25th of August. I am waiting for call on Monday but I not got any call from Mr. Rajiv, then again i call to Customer Care no. [protected], executive transfer my call to Mr. Deepak, ( he issued me new complaint no. [protected]) and promised to solve by 26/27 August 2014, Tuesday/Wednesday. Today is 29th again engineer came and check again, said this part is not match from your LCD MODEL 2602, who check its mean that Technical Department is totally Nontechnical, I send my LCD with engineer. also talk to Mr. Vinod ([protected]) & Mr. Rajiv, they said solved your As soon as possible. on 29th of August 2014, still my problem, no any body solve my problem.Me and my family members are suffer and frosted. Today is 3rd of September 2014.Just think sir, why i written if my problem is solved within one week. I am totally frosted now. and I think why I purchase INTEX product everybody me stop for this purchasing. Pls. solve my problem as soon as possible. Dear Sir, we have Bought an Intex 32 inch lcd from Karnal by the name of DEV DUTT KHURANA, & there was some fault in LCD Picture, & Launched the Complaint in local service center, on 20.08.2014 & there was no resonse after that again on 26th We visited the Service Center with LCD & They Launched the Complaint with the Complaint No :[protected] & after 2 Days on 28th August the problem was detected & told to us that there is some fault in the LCD, they have to send the same to gurgaon for repair, but till 2nd september there was no action taken by them, please resolve my issue on priorty as there is n such solution from company, request you to please resolve the same Thanks & Regards [protected]

I have purchased Intex Acqa i5 Model vide cash Memo no.6706 dtd.19.11.2013 for Rs.11200/- from M/s Sachdeva Mobile Point Shop No.24, 4-5 Chowk, K.C.Road, NIT, Faridabad. There is spot on touch screen of the Mobile from inside which is looking very bad. I visited at Customer Care Centre of Intex Mobile at Neelam Chowk, NIT, Faridabad but staff at Customer care told that in opening the set it may got damaged. Therefore he did not take any interest in rectifying the problem. Therefore, I request you please to look into the matter and resolve the problem or replace the set. I have Intex Aqua i2 Mobile. But it's have a charging socket problem, that's why i have send it to SERVICE CENTER "NEW SIDDHI VINAYAK" FIRST FLOOR, TOWN HALL, JYOTI TOWER, JAMNAGAR- 360001, GUJRAT Mobile No: [protected] on 20/06/2014..
