I paid my mobile bill with transaction id : p9qllb41ndk90u8c266n rupees 1500 but recharge was failed. I'm trying to make a complaint to regarding website support page. But i'm unable to make complaint because the page shows (Your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator) & unable to login on support page.
Please do some needful.

    Dear all,
    i recharged my airtel mobile for Rs 390 through irechargeonline.com on 23/4/2016 . The amount deducted from my bank a/c was Rs 390 . however i didn't recieve any credit on my airtel number .. i also recieved an e-mail from irechargeonline.com suggesting that my transanction has failed ... i tried to contact the concerned authorities but to no avail ..kindly help me avail my refund

    I have recharge online credit cad payment for 950/- Were as my account debited. But bill not cleared. I have sent 3mails on refund request no reply yet. The issue has to be taken further level. It's been cheated to many of customers.

      I tried to recharge my airtel dth through i recharge.com for rs 275. Amount of rs 275 has been deducted but no recharge was made by the company. To my dismay, the i recharge neither recharged the airtel dth nor refunded the amount of rs 275. It is astonishing that, i recharge is silent in the matter. As a matter of fact, the amount should have been refunded same day. I therefore request you to please refund the amount immediately.Lack of sincerity on the part of i recharge office will definitely cause confidence in them.
      Customer support is not working properly and on siging up vital details of my email/profile are demanded.
      It seems that i recharge is not reputed service provided. From the number of complaints lodged and solution provided by them, credentials of i recharge seems doubtful
      Through this forum, i request the i recharge to immediately refund rs 275 immediately.

      Please do the needful.

      Sir, irecharge has not responded to the complaint. It seems they are not genuine service provider and are not responding to the complaints and making money from the general public by way of such means.
      Please look into the matter and credentials of irecharge.

      I have tried to lodge a ticket for refund of the failed recharge, but login is not possible. It seems to be false firm and extracting money from the people. No customer care number is available.

I got a formal mail saying ‘We will transfer the amount in your e-wallet at irechargeonline.com. The amount in e-wallet can be used to recharge your devices later’ but I could not see any E-wallet in my account & also I did't get my money refunded.                     I have tried to recharge my fathers mobil with 350+350= 700 rs. Recharge get failed. I have mailed them and asked them to return my money. Only one formal mail i have received and yesterday i have put the complaint on this site with in a minute i get the call and he was asking for my credit card number i said call u back rite now i am driving. Till than that number but it is switched off. Wat a fake site this is. I am sending a mail to information and technology minster to teach them lesson. So they can not cheat anybody.

                                  After filing complaint about the captioned subject i received call from irechargeonline asking for my bank card number, expiry date and secret validity code for a refund which i feel is unsafe to provide over the phone as my a/c can easily be debited by anyone with above details and as per the company policy they can't refund the amount unless i provide them above details, i suggested them to have my a/c details for a refund purpose but they denied my request. Site does not have any customer support number for such queries and i m left clueless now as to how to get my money back.

                                  After filing the complaint I received call from Irechargeonline stating that they are not going to refund me my money as I m not providing them card details and abruptly disconnected the call without showing any concern at all to my surprise. Being a Banker I know that any one can deduct money from your account if Card no, it's expiry and security no (which they are asking for) is provided so I can't take tht risk over the phone.
                                  Plzz help I m in a real trouble
