      As i went through the consumer complaints, i would like to say that i also became a victim of he same as my a/c was been deducted twice with 955 rs while trying to recharge my airtel hotspot. Next day morning when i tried logging in it showed my a/c has been suspended and i was not able to log in back. I would request the consumer division to take actions against them as they are been stealing money from people online without any hesitations.

            I made Airtel recharge for Rs.200 vide SBI Netbanking. Amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. A mail from [protected]@irechargeonline.com informed that the amount will be credited to e-wallet for later recharges.

            There is no e-wallet and I checked for rising a new ticket for refund of Rs.200/-. But it was showing an error :Your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator ([protected]@irechargeonline.com)

            I had wrote to account administrator and no reply from him.

            if any one suggest me to get back my money.

But till date I have not got the refund. It seems that the company had the habit of duping customers. If it is not resolved within next week I am sure to take some stringent action.                         I had sent complaint to [protected]@irechargeonline.com, i immediately got a call on my mobile from vodafone number [protected] and the person was asking me all the details of my debit card including ccv. I refused to give the ccv, he then called from another mobile number [protected], and asking the same. And now their mobile numbers are not able to connect. Kindly do the strict action against such fraud people. They may be online hackers want to hack the bank accounts.

                            As my transaction got failed on[protected] still no refund from irechargeonline tried manually following as per the knowledge base details.
                            After a week also I am not able to login to my account to create New support ticket.
                            I am getting same error message saying (your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator ([protected]@irechargeonline.com)).
                            I tried as per the knowledge base but it din't worked out, with error support id and password is incorrect,
                            when i tried to do forgot password it was not working on that side also.
                            This is absolutely a false firm kindly advice what to do next?
