I had recharge my Videocon DTH on 01/05/2016 at 11:30 PM but due to some error the same has not been recharge but my ICICI Bank Credit card debited by Rs 483+550 =1033/- only.

        I got an online recharge done for BSNL data card for INR 821 from their website.but the recharge amount has not been transferred on my number yet.my bank account money has been deducted.after that these frauds suspended my account from the same login and password they had provided me.plus they dont even have a contact number.the customer support email is just for namesake.

          I ill check vodafone customer care they said my bill amount is not received still but the amount is deducted my account

            I have cross check with the banks also but they didn't confirm me.

              Hi irechargeonline,

              I have paid rs/-113.00 for vodafone for postpaid amount on 27th april 2016 with the reference number is: '9w33439q703r92ne383f' and cheque number is: '892904' through hdfc debit card online.

              But it is not transferred to vodafone customer till now (7 days). So vodafone stopped the service.

              Please resolve the issue asap.

              This website is a fraud website non of he customers have got the recharge in this website. Please do not wast your money by doing online recharge in this website. Merchant is not responding to any mails and calls. File a charge back case on this merchant to your respective card issuing banks for get the money back to your accounts.

                    Today i.e. on 4th May 2016, I was trying to do mobile recharge
                    (Amount Rs. 300/-) for my number [protected] (Idea) at 15:46:51 for the first time thru iRecharge.

                    But Rs. 300/- was deducted from my credit card but recharge was not done.

                    I received the message of deduction of Rs. 300/- from my credit card from the credit card's bank.

                    But I did not receive any message from Idea about successful recharge of my mobile. Even when I checked recharge balance for my number it was not showing amount Rs. 300 added to my balance.

                    Please either repay this amount back to me or do the successful recharge of the same amount as soon as possible.

                    Otherwise I will never use your website for any kind of recharge again and I will give the same advice to others.

                              Myself Naveed, I tried to recharge my Airtel number [protected] for an amount of 50 Rs twice on[protected] at 10:54:00, but later i received a message saying Recharge failed and meanwhile amount of 100 Rs deducted from my SBI account. Till now amount has been not refunded to my account. I kindly request you to refund the amount as early as possible.

                              Myself Avijit, I have tried to recharge my wife Airtel mobile number, the amount of 100 as on[protected] at 13:30:00, but later i have received a message mentioning Recharge failed and meanwhile amount of 100 Rs deducted from my ICICI Bank account. and two different times two mails i have received, 1st mail contain is "Your payment for the Order with Reference number KC9O7912L5T9R7C29W11 on the Merchant Website : irechargeonline.com has been successfully processed" and next mail is "We are unable to obtain authorization for the following Payment 53644677 ., and EBS payment ID is different "EBS Payment ID : 53644964" and "EBS Payment ID : 53644677", i think this type of online easy recharge are fraud, and i want to complain against this crime, i have attached two images of my details.

                                  I did recharge from this site but recharge got failed & amount was deducted from my visa gard i did refund process but its always get login failed.. i want my money back at any how.. and i want ur reply as soon as posible .i[censored] cant give the service so why are u opening this site and etc .no cal no msg no mail.how are u became irresponsible like this .u deducted the amount in a withim a mints.but while reufunding time no one is giveing reply for my mail.i m not satisfied from ur process.
