        I have used irecharge for my idea postpaid bill payment mobile no.[protected] on dated 18/05/2016 via account no[protected].money 700 deducted from my account but recharge not done please back my money to my account...so i want return my money as soon as possible this is not a way to irritate costumer..

              Yesterday(6th April 216), I did on line recharge for a prepaid vodafone connection twice ( transaction of Rs.250/- twice) for a total amount of Rs.500/-. After following all the steps, the message I received was transaction successful (amount debited to my cr.card account), but recharge failed.
              Now, I want to know why the recharge was failure and what will happen to my money which is debited to my a/c. The recharge process was done thro' my mobile phone. I understand that such complaints are there quite frequently.
              A prompt reply may boost the customers confidence.

                    i have did the recharge through same website of RS 700, the amount is debited from my credit card but recharge was unsuccessful. They give confirmation over mail that this amount will get credited into your e-wallet but till now no response, even when i am trying to login my account its showing your account is suspended.
                    What the hell is this. i will go in consumer court against such kind of frauds these people doing.

I was told via e mail that the amount will be transferred to my e wallet but i could not find any such e wallet of irechargeonline. And neither i can establish any other means of communication with the company as they have not given any contact details on their website.                                         I had recharged my Tata docomo, it showed that the transaction had failed yet the amount of recharge was deducted from my account. You cannot contact for support at all. The people behind this should be put behind the bars! Such a nuisance on the internet!
