Sir, I applied to recharge my Dth Tata sky, through 'irecharge online.com'. Amount Rs.710 deducted two times from my bank account since I applied two times, but dth recharge failed two times, also. When I try to contact that company 'irecharge online.com', for complaint, they are not responding. I am not understanding as how I would be refunded my money from that
