When i was recharging my number all process go smoothly but at last movement it's failed. 1000/- amount deducted from my account which was not refunded to my account till now. Payment made, but recharge failed three times

I have made recharge payments for my bsnl pre paid mobile number. The payment was made but recharge failed three times. It is observed from the website of irecharge that 95% of the customers have problems and most of the cases are unresolved. It appears the company is a cheater appropriate action must be taken against them.
Please verify and refund the amount paid to you rs 750/-.
