When i was recharging my number all process go smoothly but at last movement it's failed. 1000/- amount deducted from my account which was not refunded to my account till now. Request you to kindly refund my amount in my account. And also provide your toll number where we will confirm the process to refund the amount.

    On 18.04.2016 i made online recharge of rs:1323/- using this website, the transaction was failed, but till now my amount was not refunded to me.
    The transaction reference no is:t00489a6uf9az88jj242. And as per their guidelines i have contacted for customer support for refund amount, but they were not supporting, and also there is no customer care number or contact number for the irecharge online website, so file a complaint against them and refund back my amount as early as possible.

            Today (3/5/2016) i made vodafone postpaid payment for rs.450 with my debit card. Amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. A mail from [protected]@irechargeonline.com informed that the amount will be credited to e-wallet for later recharges.

            There is no e-wallet and i checked for rising a new ticket for refund of rs.450/-. But it was showing an error :your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator ([protected]@irechargeonline.com). Im not sure what next to be done. Kindly let me know the refund procedure via mail on [protected]@gmail.com as irecharge dont have a customer care number. This is a trap and i would take it furture as these type of website is a scam and should be legally handled.

              I have made recharge payments for my bsnl pre paid mobile number. The payment was made but recharge failed three times. It is observed from the website of irecharge that 95% of the customers have problems and most of the cases are unresolved. It appears the company is a cheater appropriate action must be taken against them.
              Please verify and refund the amount paid to you rs 750/-.

              Sir,
              I thank you so much for forwarding my complaint to irecharge.com for refund of my money paid for recharge of my prepaid bsnl connection, but recharge could not be done thrice and amount of rs 750/- has been paid to irecharge.
              I have received a call from [protected] asking me to part with my debit card number and cvv no or my bank account number with login and password

              It clearly confirms irecharge being a fraud company and may be cheating people.
              The above telephone number doesn't have receiving facility. On dialing it says please check the number you have dialled.
              If immediate action is not taken against irecharge.com. They may run away with huge money.
