I have tried to pay bill of my vodafone (postpaid)mobile N0. [protected] for an amount of 173 Rupees, but unfortunately the recharge was failed but deducted from my account a sum of 173 Rupees.     Paid vodafone postpaid bill amount of 1500 for mobile number [protected] on 26th October 2015 with transaction Id D92NA0D07AO88J19DKBT and EBS Payment ID 43934245. In my credit card the amount as been debited but the bill was not paid. And a mail was sent from iRechargeOnline.com

    I paid 660 on irecharge to pay my reliance postpaid bill, but my money got deducted and payment was failed.
    even I was said that I l receive money on e-wallet,
    also my email acc got suspended on irecharge.
    this seems to be a frawd company
    they have not mention any contact no on their website
    I think we should take a legal serious action

    Hi,

    While paying idea postpaid mobile bill through Irechargeonline recharge got failed.Transaction date[protected].
    However my money got debited from my account.
    As my transaction got failed on[protected] still no refund from irechargeonline tried manually following as per the knowledge base details.
    After a week also I am not able to login to my account to create New support ticket.
    I am getting same error message saying (your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator ([protected]@irechargeonline.com)).
    I tried as per the knowledge base but it din't worked out, with error support id and password is incorrect,
    when i tried to do forgot password it was not working on that side also. Please help me.


    Also pls let me know is there any helpline number for call and initiate refund process.
    Please refund my amount and do the needful ASAP.

    I want my money as refund not on e-wallet.

    I have recharge of Rs.310 dated on 14 may 2016 but I haven't got recharge. The amount deducted from my account after that I have got mail saying that recharge is failed the amount will be added to e wallet but my registered account on irecharge suspended . Don't know why? Please do something it's cheating. My recharge details as follows

      Every one is fade up to services of Travel E point which is running a another company www.rechargeepoint.com which is providing mobile recharge services through mobile and sms recharge which is totally third class and you can see complaints in different platform.

      Now company has started a new portal irechargeonline.com to attract new investors. This company is proving all travel services with RAIL which is ban by IRCTC.

      We recommend you to search about company and pay after confirmation.

      Thanks for providing free publicity to the firm. The firm invites anyone to experience its services & verify the claims made by someone who is not using our services at all.
      The complaint is nothing but due to human biased nature. Officer handling the company thinks to go of his own way and if it does not materialise at one point of time, irritation arise; hence such like complaints.

      No substance in the complaint.

      We are also dealing with company and found upto the mark as per business standards.

      Mera bhi distributor Id Hai Recharge e point me (DSWB5007718).
      Last two months log in nahi ho raha hai, jab bhi log in karte hai ("Your Account is Not Yet Activated Please Contact Administrator") ye error aata hai.
      50 se jyada bar mail 30 se jyada bar phone kar ne ke baad bhi problem solve nahi hua, har yahi sunne me aata hai wait kijiye.

      In response to your comments, we would like to draw your attention that there are thousands of retailers working well with the company. Hence raising unsubstantiated allegations does not befit anyone especially in service sector/s. It must also be noted that in a B2B business, a lot of policies are governed by primary operators rather than intermediaries like us. We would appreciate if concerned parties show maturity in resolving their issues.
