I have online recharge for my bsnl prepaid mobile no.[protected] for rs.290 on 19/04/2016 from my hdfc bank credit card. Amount was deducted from account, but recharge was not done and not returned to credit my account till date. I have repeatedly contact with both bsnl customer care and hdfc bank credit card, but till date they have not resolved. Today i got all credit card bills to bsnl and hdfc bank. They told me that, you have to talk with irecharge customer care or complaint to irecharge. You are requested to kindly do this and please do the needful.

                On 22/4/16, I made two successful vodafone recharges of Rs. 2000/- each on irechargeonline.com, and received Payment success acknowledgements IDs : 52773819 & 52773797 for Rs. 200/- each. Immediately the money ws also deducted from my HDFC bank accounts. Now 3 months have passed, and inspite of continuous reminders on emails and their only phone number which I managed to find somehow, [protected], neither has vodafone received the payment, nor the amount has been refunded back to me. I received emails from irechargeonline that the amount has been refunded and will be credited to my account in 7 to 10 days, and the same thing was promised to me by the person speaking on their phone, but now almost 2 months have passed, but there is no sign of any refund. Now they have even stopped responding on their phone.

                I didnot get my 220 rs back done on 2 separate transactions for 110 each.
                those transactions got failed and amount has not refunded till now.

                              I have on 04 Apr tried to recharge Reliance digital TV for Rs 500 with order ref no TGO75AP924QZDA3089TT, EBS payment ID 51812539. Money has been debited from my account, but TV has not been rechrged. On may 10th the matter has been intimated through e mail, reply has accordingly been recd, but refund not recd. e mail reminders have been forwarded on 04 & 19 Jun. But nothing has come up.                                 Money deducted but recharge has not been done and still now it was not refunded. They said there is a e wallet and it will be transferred, but it is unavailable in website. No contact numbers available. I request to take action through mail but did not get any response from them.

                                Please help me to solve the issue.

                                  From my bank account an amount of rs.200/- while recharging to sun dth, but failed. I tried my level best to make a complaint and refund the amount, but your website is not accessible to make a complaint. It appears to be a fraudulent one and cheating the general public. I have gone through the net that 95 % of the customers are facing the same problem and their money refunded by irecharge. The customers who are using the paytm, quickpay, etc. Are not facing such kind of problems. Why not you.

                                  I am giving the following details of transaction:

                                  Ebs payment id: 53774897

                                  Payment mode: visa

                                  Amount rs.200/-

                                  I was asked to request for refund of money through bit. Ly/iro-refund

                                  More than 20 days over. But the money was not refunded so far. Kindly request you to do the needful to get the money refunded

                                    I got a call from i recharge person swapna chouhan from [protected] she took RS - 3000 / - from my icici a/c through PAYTM . If the amt is not credited i'll take legal action. total amount 3550/- rs from morning she called more than 15 times to this no [protected] .

                                    On 18 Apr 2016 through netbanking I paid Rs 2000/ in two transactions to recharge my mob [protected] . though the money has been credited to your acct but the mob has not been charged. When I failed to contact Irecharge by any means, on 28 May 2016 I lodged a complained for this Consumer forum, within 30 mins I was contacted by your rep RaviSharma Mob no[protected] with the promis to repay the amount immediately and took some details from me regarding the payment made. Instead I find the next day a sum of RS 19500/- has been transferred to my bank to Companies like One 97 communication Rs 9500/, Vodafone billdesk Rs 5000/ and paytem noida rs 5000/ . It shows that either some of your employees aor a gang of cheater are cheating the people. On 18 Jun 2016 when i lodge a complaint to you, some one againcontacted me immediately from Mob no[protected] and stared asking information about my acct from which i had made the payments, This time I was little alert and did not passon the info .
                                    The transaction No are[protected] irecharge_EBS SBIPG and[protected] irecharge_EB SIBPG both dt 18 APr 2016. Pl arrange to refund the money .And if the cheats are your employees take action against them and refund the my money RS 19500 / which they have swindled. Also pl make your care system userfraindly. I expect a reply from the management of i rechargeonline

                                      From 05th may'2016 repeatedly wrote a mail and after 10 days received a mail
                                      On 14th may'2016
                                      We are sincerely sorry about the trouble you faced. The recharge failed due to bad server response. We have fully refunded this amount back to the same card that was used during the payment.

                                      The amount should get credited back in 7-10 working days.
