        I tried recharging my phone connection and it failed, but i see that money has been deducted from my bank account. Following are the transaction id's

        When a complaint has been raised they asked me to use the money in ewallet to recharge the money again. I don't see ewallet option when i login to the website. Request you to take immediate action to refund the money, else i have to take action against it.

                                Today (17/05/2016) i made two times bsnl prepaid payment for rs.150 with my sbi debit card. Amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. A mail from [protected]@irechargeonline.com informed that the amount will be credited to e-wallet for later recharges.

                                There is no e-wallet and i checked for rising a new ticket for refund of rs.300/-. But it was showing an error :your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator ([protected]@irechargeonline.com). Im not sure what next to be done. Kindly let me know the refund procedure via mail on [protected]@gmail.com as irecharge dont have a customercare number. This is a trap and i would take it furture as these type of website is a scam and should be legally handled.

                                        Today morning I used ur site to make tata sky DTH payment u guys went ahead and deducted my money from credit card but never paid tata sky instead sent me payment failure to tata sky notification email. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in
                                        U have sent me an email stating money has been put to my wallet but no wallet visible in account.
                                        When I click on support icon it says to re logon to file a support ticket it says my account is been locked by the administrator I fail to understand when i can logon to check the general account it allows but when I try to login to raise a support ticket it doesn't.. I need my money back in my credit card account asap
