    Hello sir, i booked a flight ticket from dehradun to srinagar, name is reyaz ahmad ganie, by using this app my login id is [protected]@gmail.com, and the amount of the ticket is debited which is 1104rs but my ticket is not showing in this app, while i was used coupon code money for five huge rs cashback ixigo money, and my ixigo money also redeemed which is 250rs.

      Today on 4th january 2018 in morning around 9.15 am. I was booking train tickets for 03 adults in 19322- rjpb-indore exp for 4th may 2018 from jaunpur to indore jn. Altough the money i. E. An amount of rs 1241/- was deducted but no booking occured. It showed that money will be refunded in 10 days. Kindly ensure an early return of money plz.

I have pay it by online but i didn't receive my ticket and tried to contact to contact ixigo customer care service but they didn't answer our call. I want to get a ticket or else money back.         I have booked 2 tickets from BVI to BRC with PNR [protected] and BRC to BVI with PNR [protected].And cancelled on 27 December. Ixigo ID is IXITR[protected] and [protected].But I don't get my refund yet. Can you please update me when I get my money.

          Sir i deduct my money from my account through ixigo app in mobile for booking a train ticket from tatanagar to mumbai on 23/12/2017 ticket was not booked and msg comes that within 10 working days money will be refunded in the account booking id is [protected]..             about railway ticket cancel, booked by ixigo apps

            I booked a train ticket for my journey from secundrabad (Sc) to manchiryal (Mci) on dated 02/01/2018 by telangana express (Train no. 12723) by ixigo apps, my journey date on 02/01/2018, unfortunately my train was late more then 8 hours. I want to try cancel my ticket on irctc site a message is reflecting that this ticket has not been booked through irctc site. I am also try to contact with ixigo customer care no. So many time no any reply...

                            Actually i booked a train ticket from bangalore to coimbatore through kcvl ypr ac express on (12.12.2017) but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the session got expired and i had received a mail about the refund of money.. Saying it would be credited in 10 working days. It's already been 10 days and i have not received it when enquired they say it have been initiated to the bank and when checked i have not received it i want help regarding this refund...

                              Sir i travelled 2 times from flight (Bom to bbi, bbi to bom), some days after i mailed to ixigo cashback team that i didnot get any cash back money on my citrus wallet then they mailed me that yours money expired. On the flight booking window they are flashed up that cash back amount there we provide all our credential details on booking time. If suppose any costumer not claimed on that day then why not citrus/ixigo not trying to notify to the costomer by call/mail? Then whats the purpose of to given all this details on the booking time?
                              Ixigo just play with costumer money.

                                  I booked a ticket today for bangalore from srinagar dated 17 jan 2018. Balance was deducted but didn't get the ticket yet. I tried calling indigo but they refused to help. I have provided u the required information i[censored] want any more information then plz mail

                                    Dear team,

                                    It is extremely disappointing that i booked my ticket from ixigo, the whole amount got deducted but no ticket was generated. It is shameful that you are fooling your customers. I want full refund of 940rs that was deducted for booking. Following are my details:
                                    Irctc id - aleyaakbar
                                    Ticket from-habibganj
                                    Ticket upto - gwalior
                                    Date of journey - 16/12/17

                                    I want to know how much the it will take.
                                    I had booked a flight ticket from blr to amd on 4th december 2017 using ixigo.As per the ixigo terms, cashback of Rs 500 should be received within 48hrs once the ticket is booked.But unfortunately i did not received it yet.Please make sure that i receive cashback as soon as possible.
