Dear concerned, i had booked 5 tickets from mangalore to bengaluru for the date of 31st march 2018. Train number: 16518, pnr: [protected]. Trwo tickets got rac and the rest 3 was not confirmed. I have not received a single penny as my refund nor i have received any notification regarding the refund. I would like to have my refund asap.

Please be informed in case where e-ticket issued for travel of more than one passenger, some
passengers have confirmed reservation and others are on RAC or waiting list, full refund of fare,
less clerkage, shall be admissible for confirmed passengers also subject to the condition that the
ticket shall be cancelled online or online TDR shall be filed for all the passengers upto thirty
minutes before the scheduled departure of the train.
