Respected sir,
I've booked a train ticket from kannur to thrissur using ixigo train app on 14th of april 2018 sunday, order id ixitr[protected]. Due to some network issues the booking wasn't confirmed and the ticket charge was debited from my bank account. It was informed that the refund is on process and will be initiated in 5 working days. Now it's 22nd of april and so far i haven't received the refund. The ticket price was 290/- i hope you'll consider this complaint seriously and do the needfull.

    Today[protected] i booked a bangalore sf express from ernakulam to banaswadi. The payment got deducted from my account but the ticket is not confirmed. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. I had tried ixigo for the first time and had a negative experience. Order id - ixitr[protected]. I will attach the screen shot for the further reference.

      I have booke dthe ticket on monday (I, e on 16/4/2018) from arakonam to bangalore cantonment through online with the help of ixigo. The booking was not confirmed but the payment went through successfully the message has come stating money will be returned within 5 days almost 5 days over still money has not credited in my account please raise the complaint on this issue.

        My booking payment successful but train booking not confirmed
        Somthing worng regarding irtc password and booking not confirmed
        Page not allowed to go further and stated that if not confirmed mail to web pages
        I have send mail but train booking not confirmed not proceed further
        Customer care numbers wrong number
        No other way to complain or talk directly
        Requested to provide alternative number
        They not provide any number or help provided and my amount about 24000 held up i can't stat

        If i get refund i book alternative
        Alternative these fraud company hack irtc website and do booking

                    I had applied for refund request on 27 th march for canceling a flight ticket from hyderabad to chennai pnr no. Pfty5q. I got a mail from sasti on 27 th march 2018 that refund has been initiated. But still after 10 working days, refund is still pending.

                      But ticket booking was not confirmed and money is deducted from my account of rs 2175 and we got a email from your office that money will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days but unfortunately i didn't got it after 20 days

                            Total 4 train tickets I had booked out of which I need to cancel 2 but there is no option in Ixigo app to cancel the ticket.

                            Ixigo so big site and app but there are no customer contact number and mail id point to contact them.

                            Suggesting government should not allow such app and site were there is no proper channel to reach the company.

                              Dear concerned, i had booked 5 tickets from mangalore to bengaluru for the date of 31st march 2018. Train number: 16518, pnr: [protected]. Trwo tickets got rac and the rest 3 was not confirmed. I have not received a single penny as my refund nor i have received any notification regarding the refund. I would like to have my refund asap.

                              Please be informed in case where e-ticket issued for travel of more than one passenger, some
                              passengers have confirmed reservation and others are on RAC or waiting list, full refund of fare,
                              less clerkage, shall be admissible for confirmed passengers also subject to the condition that the
                              ticket shall be cancelled online or online TDR shall be filed for all the passengers upto thirty
                              minutes before the scheduled departure of the train.

                              Money was not refunded till today we booked tickets on[protected]..but its transaction successful but tickets were not booked so we want our money back

                                  I have booked 2 tickets from sc to ngp on dated april 01st with booking id - ixitr[protected], this tickets were not booked and amount of rs. 717/- was deducted from my bank account for which i had received a message that the amount will be refunded within 5 days. Please check this and refund this amount soon. I have also attached the screenshot of my booking details.in this fast digitalised world and competitive market, if you take this much time to process a refund then this is really very sad for your company's growth.

                                    Hi, This is Arun Rajan Dheer on 30 Mar i have booked 3AC train ticket through ixigo app and then it redirected me to irctc account.. i have booked for 3AC from HYDERABAD DECCAN (HYB) TO MUMBAI CSMT (CSTM) with waiting list 77 after preparation of the chart it remained waiting list... As per the railway rules travelling of e-ticket with waiting list is not allowed.. so i cancelled that ticket and filed TDR through ixigo app. Money refunded from irctc but still I didn't received yet. There is no helpline number of ixigo. I really wanna take action if possible. Thank you

                                      My mumbai-indore in train booking could not be confirmed. And i got email that refund will be initiated within 5 days, but i can't received it after 11 days.
                                      Booking id :ixitr[[protected]]..
                                      I request to the company to refund as soon as possible otherwise i will be forced to take the legal legal action against the company. My amount is 1153.

                                      Actually i booked a train 4Time ticket one ticket13March and 3time icket 23 march but 2 ticket was cancelled and 3 tickets refund one ticket is pending. All transactions details is attached. Please help regarding this refund.

                                      Ixigo failed to refund my money, its been 10 days since booking. During booking money was deducted but the failed to confirm. Now its been 10 days and they assured refund within 3 working dayd. Highly disappointed.
