On 26 Nov 2020 and 28 Nov 2020, Iam trying to book my train ticket but booking failed...but the amount was debited from my account and till now I don't got my refund ... Iam trying to call customer care..I can't reach them also

    Amount of 17000 has been deducted and Ixigo doesn't even have customer support through call or even a mail for these issues. They just have some stupid chat support for issues on booked tickets. What should the customer do when the tickets are not booked and money gets deducted. Do not know who developed this application such a waste of time and money.
    PLEAE DO NOT USE IXIGO THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

      I am trying to book train ticket through ixigo app, and i completed all verification and I paid amount, the amount was credited, but i didn't get any information about booking and pnr status. I didn't
      Get my ticket.i waited 1 hour.no further
      Information. I want my money get back.

            Sir/Madam today on 1/12/2020 I tried to book train tickets from the Ixigo Mobile App.So as the booking was going on, the page directed for paying the Ticket amount through UPI, but Unfortunately the money was transferred but the ticket has not been booked and showed a message that there was an error while booking the ticket.
            With Regards I hope the Matter is solved as soon as possible.

              I booked a train ticket today as in Dec 01 2020 from hubli junction to SBC bengaluru. The payment was done through Google pay to the Le travenues technology pvt.Ltd ut the ticket was not confirmed. The order ID is J39JKRIVGL24WDF5HA.

                On December 1st I tried booking train ticket & I was paying through phone pe app. The money got deducted but the ixigo app didn't redirected me to IRCTC site but instead displayed the failed message. Kindly refund the amount Rs.391.

If the amount of Rs. 391.00 has been debited from your account, it would have automatically been reversed to the original mode by[protected]. However, if you haven't received the amount please contact the bank customer care for the same.

                    Greetings,

                    I had booked a train from Chennai to Rameshwaram on 21st November 2020. But I got a message saying the payment was not through and I had to re-book. So I re-booked the ticket on 24th November 2020. I contacted the customer car chatbot and it said the debited amount will be refunded by 28th November 2020. But so far I haven’t received any refund. I have attached the screenshots of the messages for your reference. Please do look into this issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

                        I booked a flight with Air India via ixigo with PNR no.- JP23D (Delhi to Bangalore, travel date: 30th March 2020). Obviously due to COVID, I was unable to travel. Now, since the past 3-4 months, I have been chasing them for my refund (DGCA guidelines says that airlines have to refund the money to their customers, and since I made the booking through ixigo, Air India will refund the money to ixigo and then ixigo should refund the money to me).
                        I spoke to Air India regarding the refund status in September 2020. They stated that they have already refunded the money to ixigo and since then, ixigo is yet to refund my money.

                            I tried booking ticket and it sent me to payment gateway where I was paying through UPI app. The money got deducted but the ixigo app didn't redirected me to IRCTC site but instead displayed the failed message. But even in failed transaction history I can't see any of the failed transaction. Kindly refund the amount asap.

                                I have booked a flight ticket from ixigo which is on 19 April 2020 With the name Arvind kumar sharma PNR is : Y6GLN due to COVID the airline cancelled the flight and govt orders for refunding of the amount to the customer but I’ve been talked with your customer representatives 10 times but the refund is not received to me also I told them that when the government orders for the refund then you should push tha airline to give the refund in 15 days ie also the TAT given to me at the time of cancellation your representative asks me in rude way that sir you should talk with the airline on your own and provide us the refund initiation mail then we will refund the amount is this the way to talk with the customer so why ixigo take convenience charge from customer if anything wrong happen I’ll you re the one who will resolve the case because I have paid money and booked the flight through your channel.

                                      Dear Ixigo,

                                      Today (27.11.2020) I booked round trips from Delhi to Ranchi between 31st Dec, 2020 to 3rd of Jan 2021. Through Gpay i payed the total amount of Rs 7646.00, the amount is deducted but not anywhere in app i can see the transaction or the failed transaction details. Didn't even received notifications for the tickets confirmation nor it is showing in my apps ticket history. Please refer to the screenshot attached for Booking Ids and transaction id for your reference.

                                      Kindly help me out to resolve this issue by initiating the refund or providing me tickets for the same.
