    I have booked a flight ticket from ixigo which is on 19 April 2020 With the name Arvind kumar sharma PNR is : Y6GLN due to COVID the airline cancelled the flight and govt orders for refunding of the amount to the customer but I’ve been talked with your customer representatives 10 times but the refund is not received to me also I told them that when the government orders for the refund then you should push tha airline to give the refund in 15 days ie also the TAT given to me at the time of cancellation your representative asks me in rude way that sir you should talk with the airline on your own and provide us the refund initiation mail then we will refund the amount is this the way to talk with the customer so why ixigo take convenience charge from customer if anything wrong happen I’ll you re the one who will resolve the case because I have paid money and booked the flight through your channel.

      Ixigo — Booked train ticket via Google pay, amount is deducted but ticket not booked
      on Nov 7, 2020
      I booked train tickets from guwahaty to howrah jn via Google pay. Amount got deducted but ticket is not yet booked.
      Already i submit my complain few times bt money not refund.
      Please refund the money .
      Please help as soon as possible

          Dear Ixigo,

          Today (27.11.2020) I booked round trips from Delhi to Ranchi between 31st Dec, 2020 to 3rd of Jan 2021. Through Gpay i payed the total amount of Rs 7646.00, the amount is deducted but not anywhere in app i can see the transaction or the failed transaction details. Didn't even received notifications for the tickets confirmation nor it is showing in my apps ticket history. Please refer to the screenshot attached for Booking Ids and transaction id for your reference.

          Kindly help me out to resolve this issue by initiating the refund or providing me tickets for the same.

                I have booked a bus ticket on[protected], money has been deducted but ticket is not confirmed. Also, i haven't logged in before booking the ticket.Since it is a bus ticket i have booked just by opening ixigo app. Its been two complete days but money is not yet refunded.Unable to contact to customer support as there is no proper response. I am even unable to track the status of failed transaction because i haven't booked ticket by loggin in. Its seriously a hectic process and ixigo is not at all good at customer satisfaction. No proper response and no safety for our money. Please see the transaction details in the screenshot attached and kindly refund the amount as soon as possible...Please..Thank you

                Simply marking the complaint as resolved even didnt received refund..its making us to believe ixigo..Its not trust worthy and our money wont be safe..refund process is dead slow and no proper response..

                  I tried to book a ticket from patna to bengaluru (go air G8 273). Flight timing - 5th december 2020, 11.50 am. I used gpay for payment. Amount of Rs 9586 got debited from my account but ticket was not booked.

                      I booked a train ticket(Rajkot to Bhusaval, 5 Nov, PNR-[protected]) and canceled, ixigo chat and msg said the amount is already refunded on 26th November through my UPI, but my older UPI([protected]@gmail.com) is not working since 25th November because of Dena bank merged into Bank of Baroda, so how the refund is done from your side, Can you please check again I want to change my UPI with [protected]@gmail.com. refund amount was Rs. 955

                            My transaction was failed because my IRCTC ID was not valid. My money was deducted but it is still not refunded. Amount was four thousand rupees around.it was booked from ixigo account whose phone number is [protected]. Sir please solve this problem as soon as possible. You can call on this number.

                                    I tried to book train ticket from IXIGO app, the amount is debited from the account, however the ticket did not get booked. Besides the transaction is not shown in the app. I tried to reach the customer care via different channels but in Vain.

                                      I have booked a flight from Delhi to Bhopal(Indigo 6E 2053) for the date 25nov, during the payment process got an error message, but money was deducted from my account and there is no confirmation on it from your side whether it was confirmed or failed.
