On 14.12.2020, I was tried to book train ticket by using our ixigo app. In this case I have paid an amount of Rs. 499 by using phonepe app after that I did not get any ticket even after deducted my amount.
In view of this, you request to kindly refund my money amount of Rs. 499. I am also enclosed transaction details in attachment
