      I tried to book tickets from HOWRAH Jn to Pune Jn for 14th January 2021. I made payments through Phone Pe UPI. The money was deducted from my account. Amount - 3111 /- on 19th December 2020. I have the transaction id and everything. I have proof that money got deducted. But no tickets were booked. Ixigo app is not showing any previous booking record or transaction record. My Phone Pe account says that money has reached the merchant.

      Please refund my money ASAP.

            The amount 7242 was debited from my acoount number [protected] on date 20 nov 2020 for the purpase of railway ticket booking the mode of payment used was debit card
            ofter failure in booking 20 nov 2020 a refund has been intiated by IRCTC the refund transaction detail as provided by IRCTC are given below

              I cancelled my ticket on 2dec 2020 . The status now shows refund received. But no money has been credited to my account till now. The bank said they have not received it. Pnr :[protected]

              I have no faith in ixigo's customer service.
              I need my money back asap.

                          Made reservations if two seat in 3AC for 22nd Dec Hyderabad Deccan to Mumbai Dadar. The transaction went through successfully but didn't receive confirmation email or text. No history if that transaction on my IXIgo account, but the money has been deducted from my account HDFC.
                          Help asap.
