No safety and precautions of covid-19 spread. passengers are facing problems and bus is not clean. Passengers are overloaded and i am not getting any comfortable sitting space. Worst service i have ever got..

      Hi Team,

      I have booked a flight from HYD - COK(Indigo 6E 6187) for the date 26nov, during the payment process got an error message, but money was deducted from my account and there is no confirmation on it from your side whether it was confirmed or failed.

      Kindly confirm the same.

          Dear sir,
          I am Shaik Asif, sir I'm tried to book the 4 tickets from JHANSI JN to KHAMMAM (KMT), for journey date 26/11/2020 via ixigo trains app and select the PHONE PE as a payment option, the amount for the 4 tickets is Rs.6307/- and successfully paid through the PHONE PE as shown in the screenshot after returning to ixigo app it shows an error as shown in the screenshot, sir please help me, sir, I'm in hungry refund my amount.

              I was booking ticket today 19 Nov 20...I open ixigo app...filled details from AGC to VSKP... payment done...after that ixigo app shows that we are unable to process ur request at this time...pls try after some time...

                  Hi,

                  I am following up with the ixigo team for a refund request for more than 2 months now and the amount is not refunded yet.

                  The issue is with PNR- SBZJUT, Trip Id: IF[protected]. date of booking 31 Aug 2020.

                  The issue is with PNR- WH2PQF, Trip Id: IF[protected]. date of booking 8 Aug 2020.

                  I have already shared my different bank account details with ixigo as they mentioned the issue was with the account from which payment was made. I am receiving the same answer from their team every time I call them.

                  I want the money to be refunded ASAP.

                  Dear Customer,

                  We are unable to process a refund on this transaction as we did not receive the payment against this. The transaction for both the bookings was authorized at the time of booking due which the booking was successful but no payment was received and the transactions were canceled later on 12th August.

                  Since there is no amount received for this booking, we are unable to process a refund. Please check your bank statement and kindly check with the card-issuing company for more clarity on this.

                  hi,

                  my money was deducted each time and both the bookings were confirmed. last moment it was canceled by airlines and thus refund was to be initiated.

                  on what basis are you saying the deposite never happened.

                  please check the mail i received from go air, as confirmation of refund, they mentioned refund would be send by the booking agency.

                  i don't understand the delay here

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am Md Sanaullah Ansari (23), sir i am tried to book ticket from Hatia (HTE) to Gomoh (GMO) for journey date 24/11/2020 via ixigo trains app and i select paytm as payment option, the amount for ticket is 213 rs. And successfully paid through Paytm after returning to ixigo app it shows a error as shown in screenshot. Sir please help me sir i am in hurry.

                            My payment has debited from the bank but ticket is not booked.

                                      I have done booking through your app booking I'd no - IF[protected] as spicejet has cancelled my booking due to covid and money credited to credit shell. I want to reschedule my ticket

                                      I am very much disappointed to your service as no one is ready to solve ..every I had call customer service they only give assurance but still solution not done ..I am waiting my family to call your customer service just for my money .

                                      What you guys don't want to return back or reschedule our flights ..you all are cheating with us. Here I am just begging for last 7 days to reschedule my ticket but no concern seems at your end.
                                      Its pathetic to use your app
                                      I am preparing to sue your company to consumer court just for harassing us .

                                      I am calling at least 2 time daily for just payment link to reschedule but no one us listening..every time they say yes you will get in 4 hour but that four hour never comes .. become frustrated with your service .
