Dear sir,
I am Shaik Asif, sir I'm tried to book the 4 tickets from JHANSI JN to KHAMMAM (KMT), for journey date 26/11/2020 via ixigo trains app and select the PHONE PE as a payment option, the amount for the 4 tickets is Rs.6307/- and successfully paid through the PHONE PE as shown in the screenshot after returning to ixigo app it shows an error as shown in the screenshot, sir please help me, sir, I'm in hungry refund my amount.
