I am Dharambir Singh.

Today around 0200 am I was booking Flight ticket from Delhi to Ranchi via your app.

I paid Rs 3311 via Internet banking but after deduction it showed payment time out. Neither flight ticket confirmed nor payment refunded to me.

    I tried booking a ticket from Mangalore central to Cannanore for 18th December 2020. My money got debited but the ticket is not booked. How do i get the refund?

      On 14.12.2020, I was tried to book train ticket by using our ixigo app. In this case I have paid an amount of Rs. 499 by using phonepe app after that I did not get any ticket even after deducted my amount.

        Ixigo — Amount deducted from bank but tickets not booked

        I booked a ticket from jammu to delhi at 3:53as on 14 December 2020 for my self and i give my phone number and email id for booking from my id the amount is deducted but i didn't receive any mail aur messages from ixigo that your trip is booked can you please explain what is happening

              I did book ticket with booking ID: IF[protected]. I haven't received the refund yet. It's been more than 7 months. On IXIGO customer support it shows that cancelation was initiated in November. Firstly, why there was so much delay in initiating cancelation? It also shows that I may have to wait for another 4 months to get the refund. Kindly clarify.

              I booked the ticket with 100% refund for cancelation policy. The flight got canceled due to covid.

                I booked a railway ticket using ixigo app and the transection was made through PhonePe. The transection was successful (paid Re. 570/-). But I got no confirmation of the ticket what so ever neither through SMS or email.

                          I cancelled my flight on 25th November. It's been 15 days since my cancellation and Ixigo is yet to confirm my cancellation. I've tried contacting their customer care but they seem unable to solve the issue and are asking to wait 7 more days.
                          I've already checked the PNR number in the airline website directly where it shows that it has been cancelled. I do not know why this is not being reflected in my Ixigo account. Please resolve this issue asap

                          Please be assured that the delay is not deliberate. we have already raised an RA(refund application) with the airline under RA number [protected]. The approval timeline as per the airline policy can vary up to 120 days.

                          My suggestion to this issue would be to send an email explaining the same things as above if it goes over 15 days. Leaving customers with no information in the dark is not seem right. Hopefully, you can implement a method to address this.

                          It's been 120 days since I cancelled my flight. Still I have not got my refund. I have contacted the concerned Airlines and they said that the money has already been refunded to you.

                          My patience is running very thin and your call center employee are asking us to wait for more time.

                          This is last time I'm formally going to ask you guys to properly refund the amount. I'm extremely disappointed with your organisation and will never ever book anything from your website again.

                              I was trying to book a bus from VISAKHAPATNAM to ELURU on 9th DEC.

                                    Its been nearly 20 days and yet i didnt received my refund..i booked a bus ticket on 23rd of november..there is no proper customer care to call..not responding to mails and even if raising a complaint also..simply marking as resolved..this makes to NOT trust ixigo for booking...i will.not recommend anyonr to use this..simply managing without customer support...not safety for our money as well..generally if tickt wasnt confirmed, refund ll process within a week of maximum..But here there is no proper response at all...everyone earns money by doing hard work..please remember that..
