          Actually i booked a train ticket from katpadi to tirupur in coimbatore express today (16.12.2017) but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and it showed that the session got expired and i had received a mail about the refund of money.. When will i get my refund money credited and to check that if it was credited.. I want help regarding this refund

            I made a transaction evening from you app and it was successful. I have not received the ticket and after checking with my bank i got to know that transaction was successful and money got deducted towards merchandise that is ixigo.
            I made the transaction through upi. I have also checked with irctc and they have not received any payment and they also told that money is stuck with ixigo
            What happened to my money? When can i expect this to resolve?

                Hi,

                I have booked my flight from ixigo but unfortunately my flight got cancelled by airline Which is AirAsia on 14th nov and because of this I get refund only 1100 rs as I am eligible for full refund because it was cancelled by airline.
                After 14th nov ixigo executive said that we will refund your money in 7 days but no refund I am getting till date. I have sent mail from AirAsia also with related to full refund but it's almost 1 and half month they will not give my money. What I do .. they only said please wait for 7 days we are doing some validation what can I do .. I am literally frustrated. .Please help me out.

                  On bookin tickets, as I switched to UPI to approve payment, my money Rs. 417 deducted. No booking. No confirmation. Please refund my money back.

                        This is totally a fraud. I had done booking of ticket on 22/12/20 by ixigo train app they deducted my money from my google pay but didn't send any ticket. I tried to mail them on [protected]@ixigo.com and [protected]@ixigo.com but both email id this closed. This make me more panic. Please return my money. Please don't do fraud with me. I am attaching proof of payment

                              I booked train tickets through ixigo twice from my account, but i failed to login through irctc after the transaction was done. Finally neither i got my ticket nor was i refunded for the transaction. Moreover ixigo is not at all responding to their customer support option in app, and their mail is repeatedly sending auto generated responses.

                                  This is the second time my money is deducted but i haven't received any confirmation about my flight tickets from Delhi to Mumbai, spicejet flight.. Is this a joke to put your customers in a worried state. I need refund or ticket confirmations now....
