Refund of amount Rs. 499

Dear Sir,
On 14.12.2020, I was tried to book train ticket by using our ixigo app. In this case I have paid an amount of Rs. 499 by using phonepe app after that I did not get any ticket even after deducted my amount.
In view of this, you request to kindly refund my money amount of Rs. 499. I am also enclosed transaction details in attachment

Money is deducted from my upi account but my tickets is not booked.

I booked a ticket from jammu to delhi at 3:53as on 14 December 2020 for my self and i give my phone number and email id for booking from my id the amount is deducted but i didn't receive any mail aur messages from ixigo that your trip is booked can you please explain what is happening...

I did book ticket with booking ID: IF[protected]. I haven't received the refund yet. It's been more than 7 months. On IXIGO customer support it shows that cancelation was initiated in November. Firstly, why there was so much delay in initiating cancelation? It also shows that I may have to wait for another 4 months to get the refund. Kindly clarify.

No money return

Respected sir/madam,
My booking for date- 3/12/2020 for train no. 02787 / was failed, I did not recieve the ticket. But money was deducted from my UPI I'D.
And still I did not recieve message for my ticket. I have booked my ticket from IRCTC, so I demand a refund....

No Cancellation Confirmation

I cancelled my flight on 25th November. It's been 15 days since my cancellation and Ixigo is yet to confirm my cancellation. I've tried contacting their customer care but they seem unable to solve the issue and are asking to wait 7 more days.
I've already checked the PNR number in the airline website directly where it shows that it has been cancelled. I do not know why this is not being reflected in my Ixigo account. Please resolve...

Money debited, booking failed

I was trying to book a bus from VISAKHAPATNAM to ELURU on 9th DEC.

I have reached payment getaway and paid Rs443 through Google pay. But the payment screen disappeared stating that status cannot be retrieved.

When i checked "Failed" section in Transactions history, I couldn't find the details of this particular booking.. please refund my amount since my booking was incomplete...

I have book my train in ixigo app, my money also got deducted but did not get any message for conformation of the ticket and not showing anything in payment section and also in trips section in the app, it has been 2day still did not get any update pls resolve ASAP....

Didnt received refund

Its been nearly 20 days and yet i didnt received my refund..i booked a bus ticket on 23rd of november..there is no proper customer care to call..not responding to mails and even if raising a complaint also..simply marking as resolved..this makes to NOT trust ixigo for booking...i will.not recommend anyonr to use this..simply managing without customer support...not safety for our money as well..generally if tickt wasnt confirmed, refund ll...

My booking for date- 11/12/2020 for train no. 09115 / DDR BHUJ SPL, was failed, I did not recieve the ticket. But money was deducted from my account.
And still I did not recieve message for my ticket. I have booked my ticket from IRCTC, so I demand a refund....

Amount deducted but ticket not received

I booked a flight ticket using ixigo app and the transection was made through PhonePe. The transection was successful (paid Re. 7002/-). But I got no confirmation of the ticket what so ever neither through SMS or email. Need this problem resolved ASAP.
