I have done booking through ixigo app id no IF[protected] spicejet at 19 mar 2020 due to lockdown i have cancelled my ticket 24 mar 2020 .my refund not credit in my account. i have call many times to customer care but my refund not initated to me.

No phone calls or msg from company given by me.
Irresponsible manner, behaviour shown .
Pl take some legal action to company.
Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We have raised the refund request and shall update in the next 7 days.
