I was booking for a train ticket and the amount was deducted but the booking was not successful. As I tried contacting them through their given email, the Email I'd was no longer in use. Kindly help me get my amount refunded as soon as possible.

I had a conversation with Nitish Sharma Sir. He guided me regarding the issue. It has been resolved and I got my amount refunded. I am really happy that the problem was solved very quick!

    I tried booking a train ticket and the cash was deducted but the booking was not done. I tried every means to contact the ixigo and their email ID is no longer in use. I would like to get my amount refunded as soon as possible.

      I booked a ticked in vikramshila spl

        I have booked a train ticket from Bareilly to Chandigarh via ixigo app. I have made payment through sbi net banking pay payment got successful but ticket not revived. No were in the app or email it is showing booking unsuccessful no details yet. Just blindly amount gone.
        Worst experience as i tried for the first time, there is no mode of customer service in app or website just faking it with q&a.
        I hope my refund gets quickly as soon as possible

                While creating a booking for New delhi to Jammu flight for 8 nov 2020, I got into this issue.
                I chose UPI method to pay. As I entered my UPI ID, I went to Phonepe app and paid full amount Rs 3008.
                After payment, when I came back to Ixigo app, it was showing first page and there was no information about my booking. I cannot see my booking under bookings and there is no customer care.My money is debited from my account.
                I am so frustrated. Cant even make another booking till I get any confirmation from you. I am not going to book with you again. Sharing the payment screenshot from phonepe app.Please look into this asap, so that I can make another booking. I am attaching payment screenshot from phonepe app.

                  We are not satisfied with Ixigo refund for PNR ENU2JX Booking ID IF[protected]. Flight was cancelled due to covid19 and Indigo kept our payment in credit Shell amount Rs. 6411.00. Week before Ixigo refunded amount Rs. 4612.00 the same we check with Indigo Nodal officer Indigo confirms with email that Indigo has fully refunded to Ixigo Rs. 6411.00.
                  Why Ixigo has made huge deductions for what. Please refund our ticket payment remaining balance or let us know to whom to complain such cases

                  As checked a refund for INR 4612 was successful on 16th October and INR 1239 on 28th October.

                  The amount for INR 1239 should be credited within 7 days.

                  Apart from that, we have initiated the refund for the remaining amount INR 649 today and it shall reflect by 7th November.

                  Total Refund: INR 6500.

                      Hi,
                      I was booking my train ticket in ixigo application. While making the payment I selected phonepe. Payment got deducted from account and when it returned back to ixigo it was displaying a message unable to transact the process. And after that it didn't even book the ticket.

                      Please refund the amount.

                              I was booking train ticket on ixigo app all detail i filled then after i filled irctc id the total amount to paid was 1061.01
                              After this i paid through my UPI ID

                                  I have rescheduled my flight ticket PNR T7KK8V to 21st December 2020. I have approached Ixigo team for rescheduling my flight ticket. But after so many calls and reminder, Ixigo team not sending me payment link.

                                    I tried booking flight ticket from Hubli to Bangalore through ixigo. For payment method I selected Google pay, the money got deducted from my bank account but I did not get the ticket in ixigo app.

                                        Paid to le travenues technology private lmt from irctc ixigo

                                        While i am booking the train(train no.02794) from kamireddy to guntakal on 30th october I have paid to le travenues technology private limited but after the payment it did not returned to irctc webpage and the money has deducted
                                        How recklessly the interface has created
                                        Shame on you
