While creating a booking for New delhi to Jammu flight for 8 nov 2020, I got into this issue.
I chose UPI method to pay. As I entered my UPI ID, I went to Phonepe app and paid full amount Rs 3008.
After payment, when I came back to Ixigo app, it was showing first page and there was no information about my booking. I cannot see my booking under bookings and there is no customer care.My money is debited from my account.
I am so frustrated. Cant even make another booking till I get any confirmation from you. I am not going to book with you again. Sharing the payment screenshot from phonepe app.Please look into this asap, so that I can make another booking. I am attaching payment screenshot from phonepe app.

Amount should be auto refunded if the booking was failed. Please wait for 5-7 days. If the amount does not reflect then please contact us via www.ixigo.com/help.

the payment status is failed and we did not receive payment against this transaction.
Any accidental debited should be reversed by your bank within 7 days.
