[Resolved] Jabong — Non-refund of the returned product ..... very bad experience | |||
Jabong service I ordered two shoes, i didn't like both so i exchanged one of the shoes with a new pair of shoes i liked amounting same amount as one of the shoes that i didnt like . My both shoes were picked and the third shoe got delivered. I called at jabong that my refund has not been made. They said mam your request of refund has not been raised. And i got a mail afterwards that your reverse pickup will be done. What should i return now when already the product has been returned. javas staff called me, i said sir the pickup has been done but the information has not been communicated to jabong so kindly come at .. and check the javas staff slip of the returned pickup of both the products.In the evening i got a message that your reverse pickup has been cancelled by you. I had written this letter on Nov 4th to jabong team - my first order -[protected] dated 04/10/2013 mode-prepaid invoice no-xesinv/1314/02499169 total amt.-Rs3918.40. items were collected that is reverse pickup dated 07/10/2013 -full received ref-doc no PO307795-mr shekhar. I received one item code [protected]dress shoes amt 2499-invno-xesinv/1314/02523547/order no-[protected] dtd 06/10/2013 against my first order. So my refund is due towards you amounting -Rs1919.20. i have enclosed the documents of the same. On Nov 12th, I asked to update me with the status. On Nov 13th, I was replied to be assured that they are working on it and i will be updated. I GOT A CALL ON NOVEMBER 15TH FROM JABONG AT 11:44 am THAT I WOULD GET REFUND OF MY RETURNED PRODUCT WITHIN TWO DAYS AND YOU WILL BE MAILED REGARDING THE SAME. NO REFUND TILL DATE WITH NO INFORMATION, while reverse pickup was done on oct 7th. This is a very bad experience from a company like jabong. Where should the customer go... then they say for further query you may contact jabong..customer should contact and everytime tell the whole story again and ask for refund. I hope this is enough for them to know. The communication gap they have in their company and the customer has to face . The web link you have given asks for login through gmail and other modes and i don't wish to login through my gmail and other accounts as it would view basic information of my accounts.
To your response.. i would like to mention its been a month that i have not received my refund and you are assuring to get back to me within twenty four hours and would solve my query. In spite of mentioning and attaching all documentary evidences, i will have to speak to customer care representative as mentioned by you.
