Order no.[protected] was placed on 4th June 2014 and was delivered by 10th June 2014. However one of the products that I received was damaged, that was the clutch. I immediately returned it within a matter of 3 days. Jabong claims that the money has been refunded on 18th june 2014 (Rs.1469.27/-), however as you can see it does not show in the bank statement attached below. And now they give me an ARN number "74587914165000029022851" and the bank claims they have not recieved any such number. I have attached 4 files below ( the order, the bank statement, the ARN no. and the payU ). Jabong states that the transaction has been done via payU.
Complaint marked as Resolved I filed the complaint yesterday evening, since then i did not receive any call from jabong.com . However when i checked my e-mail today, jabong.com had sent me a e-mail around 4:00am. And i received a text message in afternoon stating at Rs.1469/- has been refunded to my account. I was very pleased to see that.
