Dears, I have ordered pair of nike shoes with SKU : NI091SH22WSFINDFAS, my order ID is [protected]. I have orerdered size 11. I now want to exchange it with size 10.but its out of stock at the website. I am sure. they wont refill the stock and lot more products of same model are available with different colors only this product is out of stock, Jabong wont return/exchange with those products as those are not on sale and obviously wont refill the stock .Eventuall i am left to return product with the JABONG CREDITS( Royal currency of JABONG) and you even are making it hard to even get our hard earned money back. Hats Off to you.. Now here is the way that you can have great customer fans...order new stock and exchange my product with it. thats the way to gain customers not by tricking them with your deceptive sale ads.

    I have ordered product id-[protected] on 3rd August 2014, its delivery date was 9th August, but it was delayed by 7days. In the website my product a pendant is consist with a chain, but they have delivered it without a chain. I have also complained about it to them but they are not taking this matter seriously. And they also said you can go anywhere you want we don't care about it.

      Hi, This is Swetha. I purchased a sky blue color tote bag on 23rd July and returned it back because there is a mark on that bag and it is too small. I returned the bag on 2nd august but till now i didn't get any call or mail about the details.. There is a message about refund of my money RS.299/- but I paid RS.338/- including COD charges what about that??? I don't know whether i have to buy any other item or will i get my money back to my hand????

So, looks like the reason Jabong gives good discount is by compromising on the quality of the product. Highly Disappointed. !!

                      Hi, My Name is sanjay. I purchased at item from Jabong with order no [protected]. Becuase of size isssue, I raised a return and refund request on 11-July-2014. And the problem starts from then. They want me to fill the web form which I did. After then they told me that item will be picked up with 5 days. It is more than 7 days now and no one has picked up the item. Also my refund has been blocked, and they are saying that they will refund only when it is picked. After multiple followups with them [protected]@jabong.com and [protected]@jabong.com, I am getting just assurance but no concrete answers as why it is not being picked and why my refund is released. I am only getting false assurance but till now no arrangements for pickup and refund. I am loyal customer of Jabong and this is the first time I felt need for return and refund. But sorry to say their After sales support is pathetic. Once they sold, their duty is over. All return policy is just fake and they don't adhere to it. Other e-commerce retailer are way ahead in terms of service.

                        Hello Janbong Team, I have done first time online shopping with Jabong and experienced a pathetic response. My order details are as follow - ORDER NO. : [protected] 6th july. I have received damaged product, than I called to customer care and raised a request for replacement, almost one week over still product is in transit. Now I am little bit scared, the I called to customere care and ask for cancellation for this order and refund the money. Now you customer care is telling.. within a week they will initiate reverse pickup and one week will take for inspection, and 15 days for refund. so, I have to spend around 20days with jabong for followup to get the money back. If this way you people do the business, I don't think in india you people survive. Other MNC are not doing what u people is doing... If product is damaged they will immediately either return money or replace the product. I have experienced this myself. once you loose customer confidence you will loose every thing. thats all from my side. thanks Arun kumar [protected]

                          I ordered a red tape brown shoes from this website i think 6 days back. I got it delivered at my office the next day but acidently i ordered a wrong size, the shoe was bigger in size. So i called the jabong customer care up and told them to replace it with a smaller size. I returned the item the next day. And they told me to wait for 3, 4 days for the delivery. Yesterday morning i received a message from Gojavas saying that the item will be delivered by the evening by someone called narender. At the same day after 6.45pm exact time i recived another message saying that the shoes that i ordered has been delivered to myself. Which i haven't.!! If you are not going to find out what happened to the product that i oreded and paid for. I will probably go file a case against this Jabong and Gogavas in the Consumer court. I don't mind spending 10, 000 or more just for that. Because you just cheated on your valuable customers.!! Its not about my 3000 rupees which i spent on the boot. Its about the trust that you just broke!!

                            I ordered ( end with 27048 ) a shoe.But size is less and then re-ordered within one hour of receiving the shoe(26/6/14).More than 15 days over .Still shoe is with me .Nobody has come to take back.I repeatedly called to customer service but that also had given no result. I feel that you are the worst service provider.Try to improve through satisfying the customer.Dont wants to express in bad manner.

                                I ordered a product on 24 june on which i used my jabong credits. After 2 -3 days I called the customer care and asked them to cancel the order and the person told me hat the order is cancelled. Then after a few days I recieved a call and i was again asked to confirm the cancellation of the order. I again confirmed the cancellation. Then the next day I again recieved a call to confirm the cancellation which was still not confirmed. I again confirmed again. Then the same thing happened again and i again had to confirm the cancellation. After a few days i recieved a message which said that my cancellation was not confirmed so I had to cancel it again. After all of this also i did not reieve my credits back. Then i called customer care and talked to Mr. Vivek sharma who told me that it was the jabong team's mistake as they BYMISTAKE dispatched the order without asking me whether i wanted it or not and then he assured me that i will recieve my money th same day but i did not recieve it. Then i again ha to call to ask for my money and the person i talked to now was very very rude. He told me that i would recieve the money back on the same day but i haven't. I am fed up of you people. You can just lie but u can not fulfill the needs of the customer. You people are the most fake people i have ever dealt with. I just want my money back and i am never going to order anything from jabong ever because there are many companies which provide much much better service than you.

Reason, jabong.com cheating there customers by selling cheap quality products in high prices. Really, guys believe this jabong.com cheating. I did purchased online USA marked Slippers from this online store. The Slippers you watch online it looks very good quality online it costs you around 350 and once you complete billing online then they will add taxes finally it costs you around 450 Rupees. Once that pair received i really pissed off by watching that 50 rupees quality. in Shivaji Nagar 100 Rs slippers are very good when compare to it. Second Order was by mistake i give them second chance by purchasing under garments again they send me very bad quality clothe, nothing is there they charged me 2500 Rs. If you purchase it outside you can get it for 500 Rs not more than that. Really, this online business sucks. Don't trust to this guys prefer amazon.com or some other brands. Don't become loosers trust me. If you want to try you can try once with jabong.com it sucks. and Jabong.com if you do this fraud continuously you will be IP. Cheaters, public choor hai ye sab

                                    Order no.[protected] was placed on 4th June 2014 and was delivered by 10th June 2014. However one of the products that I received was damaged, that was the clutch. I immediately returned it within a matter of 3 days. Jabong claims that the money has been refunded on 18th june 2014 (Rs.1469.27/-), however as you can see it does not show in the bank statement attached below. And now they give me an ARN number "74587914165000029022851" and the bank claims they have not recieved any such number. I have attached 4 files below ( the order, the bank statement, the ARN no. and the payU ). Jabong states that the transaction has been done via payU.

                                    I filed the complaint yesterday evening, since then i did not receive any call from jabong.com . However when i checked my e-mail today, jabong.com had sent me a e-mail around 4:00am. And i received a text message in afternoon stating at Rs.1469/- has been refunded to my account. I was very pleased to see that. The "INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM" has been extremely helpful.

                                    Very bad experience In Jabong. I am having the same problem. Its been more than a month I havent received refund yet in bank a/c .

                                    mfg date of product?

                                    I booked adidas black running shoes.but I see that there is no mfg and exp date on shoes..and weak than market shoes.. Jabong is playing. With costumers

                                    I want to return jack and jones green tshirt please send some one to exchange the tshirt its to small for me i think flipcart is far more better than jabong
                                    I ordered jeans on September 2018 I didn't like the color of jeans and was so loose in size so sent return request on the same day I got delivered..they accepted my return request but didn't come to pickup so I called customer care for complaining after they took steps that too after three weeks nov9 2018 they picked my jeans...now it's been more than a week still now I didn't get any refund to my bank a/c..for this I again called customer care..they told within 74hrs they will refund...days are going still now I didn't get any my refund.
                                    I am suffering from my refund and it has yet not being initiated. my order was picked up but still i haven't yet received any refund for my order. I want the entire money to be refunded.
                                    I am calling between 2 to 3 days but you telling me every time that my query will be solved within 24 hours but it’s not so today. it is becoming so annoying for me now, being a loyal customer that i am calling them just to stay on hold and waste my balance but no customer care representative responding, even after holding the line for an hour. This is the kind of service that you are providing; You just keep the customer on hold, appreciate their patience and keep telling that the call will be answered shortly. I have been a loyal customer of Jabong India and have been ordering goods since then but now I think that jabong have shattered all my trust and faith in them and also in their quality.
                                    I am seriously disappointed and frustrated with all this service jabong has given. I don’t wish to deal with the company at all, not now, not ever. if a sale is not handled by brand like jabong, it should stop doing it rather than fooling customer.

                                    tired of fake promises. I suggest not to use Jabong due to their worst refund policy/procedure. more than 18 days since the pick up happened and still they hesitate to refund. Such a pathetic website. Enough is enough, I am done with my last order from jabong, Worst products and service .. bye bye Jabong. if you really value your money dont buy from jabong.

                                        I have asked for customer support on Jabong forum and I have emailed their team as well. I placed an order on 13th June which was dispatched 5 days later on 18th June Order No.: [protected] and was supposed to be on my door step by 22nd June. jabong team has been telling me that they are investigating and that they will reach the root of the problem... I contacted their courier partner Gojavas, they told me supposed package was untraceable. Stole my money. Jabong didn't just cheat me, they lied to me. The product I ordered is now out of stock so there is no question of replacement because they will send something else and I dont want anything else.
