Hi,

i want to put your kind attention done by jabong.com. These peoples promised me a free return policy within 30 days. When i asked them for replacement of this product they are not at all listening to me & informing simply to read the terms & conditions. I want to put your kind attention in some points....
1. No one informed me to read the policies or else keeping the tag in shoe.

The customer service is very poor. Repeatedly they are informing me the same thing.. TAG n BLA BLA BLA...

This is a very bad experience in jabong.com. I am planning to run a campaign in FACEBOOK against these guys.

Pls. try to resolve my issue as i am asking for replacement not refund. I dnt have the tag now.

oh no i was thinking to book a shoe but this kind bad experience for other customer then how can i even think to buy from jabong, this is really a lesson for me booking in online...

    Hi Guys, I was next to you, that who was cheated by Jabong.com. I purchased a leather belt which cost of Rs.650/- I was received the product by the next day it self. The belt which I received was not a leather belt, it will not cost more than Rs.60/-, outside. They are giving so much of publicity to attract the innocent people like us.................. Its better instead of purchasing through this site. try to spend your time for shopping directly................

      i got a shoes from JABONG and unfortunately the size of the shoes didnt fit me,and I had returned the shoes.As per the Mail that was sent from JABONG,The refund was initiated on 13-AUG-2012. and till date the refund has not been reflected in my account.Inspite of repeated mail and phone conversation to JABONG,Their reply is constant as "We have Initiated ur Transaction and will reach your account soon".it has been more than 10 working days and there has been no feedback from nor any initiative taken towards the refund.

        I bought a pair of lamps from Jabong , Order No. [protected] which were finally delivered to me on 14th Aug 2012, In fact just to receive the delivery I had taken a leave from office so that the delivery would not be missed but when I opened the box, I found one of the lamp stands was severely damaged. I immediately called the customer care and informed them but they gave me only 2 unsatisfactory choices either return 1 lamp or return both as Jabong does not have any replacement policy!!

        I bought these lamps after much diligent search and now I am expected to again take a leave from work so that somebody will collect the order back in 4 to 5 days time before the refund process would take another 30 days.

        This has been very disappointing that Instead of simple replacement, Jabong is making me go through an extremely cumbersome refund process, which I am sure is just the beginning of my woes given the negative feedback of Jabong's after sales service.

        Please suggest on how to make Jabong compensate for agony caused due to deficiency of its policies

        Dear Team Jabong,

        Thank you for your response but my angst is not about the refund but replacement of the product.

        Refund should not be only recourse in case of damaged delivery as there is also loss of time value of money both for customer & the seller. Infact sites like eBay, flipkart all offer a replacement before the refund which for some archaic reasons Jabong does not.


        I am being forced by Jabong to go through the overheads of refund process, while in between I lost the opputunity to buy the similar product elsewhere.

        I have had 2 consecutive bad experiences of shopping with Jabong and have resolved never to shop with Jabong again.

        In the end I, hope that refund is processed in 21 days as promised by customer care.

        Damaged delivery,

        I purchased green sun glasses with order no [protected], at the time of delivery, i saw the sunglasses is damaged, may be its a faulty product, same day i call to call center & complaint about the same.with ref no.896589, they said delivery boy will reached my home with in 72 hrs, after 2 days i get call from jabong call center, saying due to some problem, he said delivery man not visit my home, said i personally send the parcel form my own side, so ii really dis -pointed, because i purchased the product & they dont care about delivery also, then why they are saying 30 days replacement to the customer's, it's really waste of time & my money.now still 6 days is goin on from my complaint, but still delivery boy is not reached.

              Myself Vikram, I have ordered a watch (Metal Strap Fashion Gold/White Analog Watches) from jabong and Order #[protected]. Which was delivered on 9th of August 2012 at 12:30pm. When the box was opened (which was sealed with Jabong tape) there is no Watch inside except the watch case. We were shocked to see that. And suddenly called customer care and complained on the same and Complaint number is 575413. And Customer service girl said it will 48 hours and then call us back. And my bad luck I have made the payment online itself before delivery.

              Waiting for positive revert on the same and please help me to resolve this

              Hi, www.jabong.com(Jabong) is cheap company. Since 7 days, i continuously complain for reverse pick-up of an order but this company and customer support did not do action till date.

                With reference to this products - http://www.jabong.com/United-Colors-Of-Benetton-Sneakers-Blue-41437.html - being sold at ALL official Benetton outlets at Rs.1999.5 under the ongoing sale, is being sold on Jabong.Com at Rs.3999. When I lodged a complaint with them, they said it is the brand that has given this price.

                So, is`nt this cheating customers..whoever buys from Jabong will be paying double of what it is available at under the ongoing sales.

                There hasbeen an issue with jabong. I understand that there is a heavy back log due to festive season. but i trusted jabong and placed the order with jabong, even after the fiasco of FLIPKART. Jabong has always fullfilled my expectations and even requests. this scenario that has happened wih me is little upsetting . orders delivery was bit delayed . I do not hold any one responsible for that, but the only issue is that the order was placed for some ocassion, and that ocassion was not met.Now the problem was ayt my family as the occasion was passed and i was unable to make my mother happy. However my email to [protected]@jabong.com solved the issue. They called me and listen to me, and resolved the concern. Placed another order and the new order was delivered before time . All please dro email to the Head of the department of Jabong in case u need to escalate the issue . IT well Help you .

                  order no- [protected] was cancelled 15 days back and they claimed ,they will return back my money which i paid through debit card in 7-10 days but it is not refunded yet.

                    Jabong persons r real cheaters they r sending broken/defective items to their as the same happened to me orderd 6 pieces but 1 was broken said they cant replace or refund now [protected] now who will take the responsibility so i took entire loss of 120 rs

                    Hi Team, I ordered a Brown Hobo Handbag, product id-PH445BG07VJGINDFAS-1604710 from Jabong on 30th March 2014 which I found to be defective(broken chain). Hence I request to help in getting it replaced at earliest. Thanks Himanshi

                    Not giving me my refund

                    I ordered 4 items on Jabong and one of the items didn't get delivered. I called customer care but they cut my call after receiving. First of all they don't have a toll free number and secondly they consume all balance and don't help. My order number was [protected] and my contact number is [protected]. Please help.

                      I had ordered formal shoes from jabong.com for 1200 Rs.
                      I had placed order on July 4 and I received shoes from jabong on 5 July.
                      Please not that I started wearing shoes on 10 July and after using it for just two days stitching of shoes just came off.On very morning of july 12 I sent an email to jabong care after reading their return policy(Which I think is very big lie) stating that shoes are in bad condition and on that day itself I packed shoes for returning purpose.
                      jabong sent a person for reverse pickup and performed quality check and told me that returned product failed quality check and just refused to refund my money.
                      they send me images of quality check performance by pointing out same areas because of which I returned product.And told me that I have used the product.Now any sensible person can think that how would I know if this product is going to go bad after using just for 3 days.

                      I feel cheated by jabong and I think they have some kind of goals in company to fail quality check deliberately.

                        I had ordered 2 king-sized bedsheets from Jabong.com. Both were listed as Measuring 108 x 108 inches in length and breadth. However, once I opened the package, I realised that they have added/stitched on an extra 6" to 8" strip on either side of the sheet in order to make it 108" in size. Neither the package nor the information on the item page on their website mentions that the bedsheet had added pieces of fabric stitched on. This is mis-leading to the customer who is paying huge amounts of money in order to buy the sheet from them. They are selling false products calling them king sized sheets. If I had known that such defects existed in these sheets, I would never have ordered them.
                        I will be initiating return pick up for sure but I dont want this happening to anyone else in the future. This is FRAUD and MISREPRESENTATION and they are responsible for the products they sell.
                        one sheet was from the company Valencia and the other from Zyne. my order no, is [protected].
                        This was the first time I shopped at Jabong and probably the last. I have shopped online before but never faced such problems.

                          i have processed a order [protected] from jabong.com and i returned instantly and i didnt got my refund on my account its fraud so friend please dont shop from jabong.com if you refund your product you will not get your money refund the 30 days money back policy is [censored] so be aware and alwasys when i call thye give excuse we didnt get that product at our office alwasys when you call they will give new excuses.

                            I have order a Fila Bag order no [protected] worth rupees 1200 from online shopping site (jabong.com).I have doubt on originality of this product since stitches of this bag at various point came out,i raise this issue and put a complaint on the site but u dint receive any response from the other side ,so please help me for further complaint proceeding against this site,thanking you!

                              I placed an order [protected] for 6 items on Jun2,2012. 1 item "House This! Bath Mats Small Beige" was out of stock and another "Gardenia Brown Flower Pot" shipped item did not match item description at all. On Jun 3rd, I contacted their customer service and Mr.Bhushan for refund for both items - both were their fault. The unshipped item refund was processed on Jun 12 and after flower pot was picked up I received refund email for it on JUn 19. This too after repeated emails to their customer service. Then I got a call from them 3 days ago saying refund did not go thru and they can send me a check and it will take another 4-5 days. So what happened so far ---- refund fro item thats out of stock and item shipped not as described STILL NOT RECEIVED after 24 days of placing order. REALLY DISAPPOINTING. How can Govt even allow such businesses to continue. PLease DON"T SHOP WITH THEM. ITS MY FIRST AND LAST ORDER with Jabong. I am going to post this on all consumer boards and hoping at some point my meagre 300rs will be refunded.

                                Regarding my Order #[protected], in which I ordered 4 T-shirts and one sandal out of which I didn't received the sandal when I called they said that sandal didn't pass the quality check and they will issue refund for the same within 5-7 business days...I've still not received any refund and also I asked them to arrange a return pickup for two T-shirts due to size error that haven't responded to this as well..

                                  They also cheated me on damaged sandal. Now they are not changing the product. Even suggesting me to repair your sandal any local coblar.

                                  I got shocked after listening this from customer care executive.
                                  I PURCHASED ONE NAVY BLUE PHOSPHORUS SHIRT OF 39 SIZE FOR MALE I WANT TO CHANGE IT AND WANT LARGE SIZE SHIRT OR T SHIRT.

                                      I have placed an Order (Order # [protected]) on 8th May 2012 at jabong.com, but till 9th June 2012, I haven't received my product. Several email communication and phone queries have resulted in no resolution at all. They just try to delegate thee issue saying its a problem withe courier company. Neitheer thee refund has been done till now, nor I have received my product yet..!! Kindly Explain..!!

                                        I have place an order on 9th of june and as per the company rules the shipment expected to reach by 16th of june.Today is 17th of june and till date i have not received any shipment from them. My Order number is - [protected]

                                        Offers and different price

                                        When we are searching for item cost will be different (358rs), when we add same item to bag cost will be different(470rs).they are telling FLASH40 off, then it will be 300rs.see the screen shot, u will get to know.don't trust on offers and having.
