    I have purchased one pair of shoes from Jabong COD on 1st Oct, they delivered on 3rd OCt, when i open the shoes size was small, so i placed exchange request for the same for 8 no, itz been now almost 15 days they neither delivered new product nor picked up old.. Than after so many follow ups, i have cancelled the product and asked for refund which was done on 13th Oct, while contacting jabong customer care they are saying we will process within 5 days after the product is picked up, product will be pickedup in 5 days.. But i am not getting any response and hope... Kindly suggest how to get refund... To all consumers, never buy any product from jabong.. this is a bug cheat company in the name of online retails. Please suggest how to get refund

      Hi Team, jabong is being highly harassing for customers nowadays.I had ordered Dk watch [protected] on 30 th sep . I ordered this watch as a gift for my dad, jabong delivered me Duplicate product, and made me feel shamed as dials of watch were not working on 3rd of October I raised complaint for refund and called to jabong representative to do the needful, But till now I HAVE NOT received My REFUND.I called again and again for refund and our representatives are still doing the needful and suggested me that this product is available and I can go for another booking of this DK watch meanwhile they will REfund me my money.so I booked same watch on 11th October [protected] but same thing happened Jabong delivered me Faulty watch again, i was total frustrated and called to Representative again and confirmed whether these watches have working Dials or they are only show piece, after 20 minutes discussion he confirmed me that Dials must be in working condition and he is raising complaint to initiate Early pickup and Refund of moneySo After 20 days WHAT I GOT?My Nearly 6000 rs are locked in JAbong Account NO Watch!!!Nealry 1000 rs For call to cutomer careTime wastedMental harasmentThese Jabong people are least bothered about there customers.         I bought FILA shoes from JABONG. One day rain came and water started to come in from shoes front pasting. Even that shoes front pasting has started to worn out now. Its not been more that 6 months. I have already escalated that matter with JABONG, but they are educating me about there 30 Days return policy and not giving any resolution. Even I have droped email to FILA but they are also not helping. Please help me

          Hello sir, My name is Saurabh Narain, Advocate, High Court, Lucknow. i would like to say that i am an registered user of Jabong.com. here now my complaint is regarding the payment option. i would like to say that i have an account on www.Payumoney.com and currently PayUmoney is offering a 10% extra discount on purchase any item from Jabong.com. (Kindly see the Attach snapshot of this offer). on 13 october 2014 i was looking for Wrangler jeans.(Blue Skinny Fit Camo Print Jeans (Vegas) and i visited at payment option but there is no payment option through PayUmoney (see the attached doument 3) . when i click on jabong.com through payumoney the website jabong automatic redirectly open with the msgs.(Kindly see the Atatch snapshot 2) . but when i visit the payment option i am unablee to find any payumoney option in payment option. i tried the same processes in other website which payumoney is showing for discount and there i can pay amount properly through payumoney, only at jabong i facing the problem. i made a call to jabong customer care at 4a.m and the customer care asked me for snapshot, i feel very disappointed that customercare of jabong charged very high rates for calling customer care but did not resolve the issue. now here the question is that is payumoney.com is making fool or jabong.com is making fool to customers.. kindly take strict action on my complaint, otherwise it will seems a deficiency in service by both of you and a unfair trade practice which is maintainable by law. i hope that i will get disappoint by you and you will keep my faith. -- Regards: Saurabh Narain Advocate, High Court Lucknow Bench H.No-J-105, South city Raebareilly Road Lucknow Mob: [protected], [protected]

              i have ordered a wallet, in the display it ws a descriiption lke..leather material. i ordered a wallat which i had been useing since a year. but whn i receved it..it ws nt eathr at all ..i m fully upset with the product.i didnt use it yet. will i get the refund?!..please help me out

                I had placed an order with number [protected] on 18 September for total value of 2500. The products were delivered with total value is 1400 Rupees and other 1100 Rupee products are missing. They just make me wait for 3 weeks asking for extension of 1-2 days and then suddenly close the order saying it has been delivered. Neither the delivery partner was questioned nor any other effort was made.This is a genuine case of cheating. Kindly send me my products or give my money back.

                  1. Customer support executives are rude. When you ask about status of the complaint, don't be shocked if they be rude to you.
                  2. On one of the previous orders, i ordered a Navy Blue T-shirt and they sent me a same color SHIRT instead, that too from a different brand.
                  3. A shirt was ordered for size 40, they sent me the same with size 44.

                  This is like Stone-age service in the time when you know your competitors are so excited to serve better and better.

                  And mind you, word of mouth matters in today's age as well.

                  I am suffering from my refund and it has yet not being initiated. my order was picked up but still i haven't yet received any refund for my order. I want the entire money to be refunded.
                  I am calling between 2 to 3 days but you telling me every time that my query will be solved within 24 hours but it’s not so today. it is becoming so annoying for me now, being a loyal customer that i am calling them just to stay on hold and waste my balance but no customer care representative responding, even after holding the line for an hour. This is the kind of service that you are providing; You just keep the customer on hold, appreciate their patience and keep telling that the call will be answered shortly. I have been a loyal customer of Jabong India and have been ordering goods since then but now I think that jabong have shattered all my trust and faith in them and also in their quality.
                  I am seriously disappointed and frustrated with all this service jabong has given. I don’t wish to deal with the company at all, not now, not ever. if a sale is not handled by brand like jabong, it should stop doing it rather than fooling customer.

                  tired of fake promises. I suggest not to use Jabong due to their worst refund policy/procedure. more than 18 days since the pick up happened and still they hesitate to refund. Such a pathetic website. Enough is enough, I am done with my last order from jabong, Worst products and service .. bye bye Jabong. if you really value your money dont buy from jabong.

                    I places one order for more than 5 T-shirts with Jabong.com on 18th September and the delivery was done in parts. The first parcel received had a label on it saying there are 4 T-shirts inside. When opened, there were only 2 Tshirts, and the other two amounting to around 1100/- Rupees are absconding. There starts a series of phone calls and blame-game. Their Delivery partner (named Delhivery) says error is on jabong side and Jabong blames it on delhivery. In between i keep looking at them one by one from last 15 days. Every other day they send one SMS saying we are working tirelessly to resolve your issue but nothing solid ever happened. And one fine day, i receive an SMS saying Your complaint has been successfully closed. On calling them, i get a reply saying even we are thinking why the complaint is closed !!! Pack your bags and change your business if you don't know how it runs and Learn something from Flipkart. The T-shirts were supposed to be gifted to somebody whose birthday has already passed. This is irritating. Details of my order: Order Number: [protected] Order date: 18 Sep 14 P.S: I have already sent you emails with photos of products received. Don't come every other day with same excuse of not having received my email. Request you to be sensible and professional.                       sir/madam i have ordered wranglers formal shirt (Order No.: [protected] | AWB No.:[protected] in which i found poor quality of threading and it looks like complete dummy product of wrangler, i have contacted customer care regarding this, so they have asked to upload the product pics for quality inspection.. i supposed that jobang is outsourcing from non-reliable vendors to sell the reputed brands.. please ensure what products your company is selling.. it is forwarded same to the wrangler company to check whether they are belong to such products... kindly requesting to credit the amount along with delivery charges or deliver another good quality product.. thanks..!! regards, Rohit Bhusari Aurangabad, Maharashtra [protected]

                          Earlier I had complained regarding Cheating by Jabong.com after using a voucher. (Complaint listed below). Devanshu from Jabong called me and settled the matter and took my a/c details and said money will be refunded in 24 hours. But its 10 days and there is no credit. When i am calling Jabong everytime they are listening to the problem all over again and telling they will get back. When they call back they have no clue of what conversation we already had and I need to narrate whole story again. After hearing they say we will get back. Same story is going on and on. They are simply killing time and telling lies and not refunding the full amount yet. They have returned Rs. 916.66 but there is no clue when they will return remaining Rs. 733.34. Please help. These people are simply harassing customers as it is online company. This way online shopping is really becoming risky. Please please do something. Order Number - [protected] Contact No. [protected] Previous complaint on 9th September: I had placed an order of 4 wallets priced at Rs. 3375(₹950, ₹825, ₹825 and ₹775). I had used a coupon from SBI of ₹1500, so I paid ₹1875. Two of these products, each priced at ₹825, did not meet my expectations of quality or appearance. So, I want to return them. Now I had called Jabong's customer care and now they are saying that they will return the amount as voucher credit. I am buying products worth Rs. 1725 and giving them a coupon of ₹1500. So I should only pay ₹225. Rest of the amount ₹1650 should be paid back to my credit card account. I will not accept any store credit or voucher credit. I have used a voucher which has no terms of distributing the voucher amount on all the products, neither did it show on the cart or payment page, nor did the voucher have any minimum purchase amount. So please arrange for a reverse pick up for the same and refund ₹1650 to my credit card account as I would want the whole amount back to my credit card account and not any voucher breakup. If I would have bought the two products that I am keeping only and used this voucher I would have paid only ₹225, so since now I am keeping only these two products I will pay only ₹225. I cannot suffer for products that are not up to the mark from their end. Please look into the matter and take necessary action asap. I am really disappointed...also by the poor punctuality..their 24 and 48 hours keep changing.. Order Number - [protected] Please help...They are simple cheating because it was a prepaid order...They are taking advantage.

                              Hello Indian Consumer Complaints, I am posting this complaint trusting on you.Please take severe action on www.Jabong.com.I Lokesh Reddy Sura bought 2 cargo's ORDER DATE:3 Sep 14 ORDER NO.[protected] Sub Total Rs.2336.00 Payable Amount Rs.1594.32(VAT incl.) 1st Product:Bodymark Solid Brown Cargo 2nd Product:Locomotive Camel Solid Cargo 1) At the Time of Buying they mentioned me that the product will be delivered with in 6-9 working days and when i bought they said that the product will be dispatched in 15 working days. 2) This Stupid www.Jabong.com has shipped my one of cargo with www.bluedart.com as mentioned within dispatch date but the tracking details weren't updated till 48hrs but they mentioned that tracking details will be updated within 24hrs. 3) about 2nd cargo when i am buying the product (Camel Solid Cargo) it showed me that they have 3pices left but when i bought they said that no stock.Everytime when i call their customer service they said "please wait still there is dispatch time left".On the dispatch date i again called to the customer service they said that "they have received a complaint"after every 24 hrs they calling me saying that we will provide you the reason for not dispatching the product but they haven't gave me the reason. Because of them my mobile bill was Rs 150/- but my products were not delivered. 4) Though they know the product wasn't their in their warehouse but they haven't said me and they made me to wait many days.Those senseless teams haven't recorded my complaints.i have called them nearly 6times with 6 complaints but when i called at last time they said you have only complaint.                               I am Nishant Baxla and I have the return issuses with the product, I have visted to courier form but its showing this type of error-

                              Too many connections

                              What should i do with these all stuff,
                              I have courier the product to jabong center to these adress, Plot no. 109, Udyog Vihar Phase 4,
                              Gurgaon-122015, Haryana

                              and I have all the necessary details of the product, and information about me, I am sending the courier slip to,
                              please suggest me.

                                Jabong order id:[protected] (16/07/2014--1, 201.[protected]PayU SBIPG, IN) part of amount to be refund (722.25) Jabong says money refunded by a merchant along with its transaction id :53d01aa2879bd and even a ARN NO:74678444208814021306899. Yet i didn't received refund for this, bank also replied they did not receive any money at there side for provided ARN & transaction id, i provided you even this transaction issue in every mail & provided authority to apply charge back for transaction dispute. Almost 300 bucks wasted calling customer service every alternate day.

                                  I had ordered Peora silver pendant at Jabong.com, Order ID - [protected]. It came to me without the chain so I decided to return it.                                     Order No. [protected] dated - 30 July 2014, is not yet delivered to the Address, when I enquired customer care says it has been delivered when I asked need to know who received the product delivery man take signature & contact number from the person who receive delivery, and from that moment customer care even Sr.authorities are making excuse. They don’t want to attend call, it’s over month & they still need time. Complaint no- 9665368 dated on 11 Aug 2014 to Jabong. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS ORDER NOW. They are not listening( Customer care -Bhushan SooD & Sharda)

                                        I am Madhu Sankuru from hyderabad, and I make an order (Order Number [protected] ) on 15 Aug.

                                        I got below messsage from jabong team.

                                        "Your PREPAID Order Number [protected] is CONFIRMED".

                                        At the time of order, my product is in stock ( defiantly it will otherwise it will show out of stock). I noticed after 2 days also same product stock is available, but discount is not their .But still I did't receive my order till today, but I got call from Jabong team 2 days back and telling me that they apologise and they don't have product in ware house, and they cancel my order and retuning my money back.

                                        My question is if stock is not available then how can I placed the order? This 100% cheating from Jabong team.It seems like Jabong deliver the stock to the person who bought this without discount? Even thought I am the first who order this product?

                                        I don't need your apologies, why I waste the time in shopping on your site, if your not able to delivered confirm orders? Is this your daily routine to cheating people?

                                        Please answer the questions.
