my name is minal on 23 april 2012 i purchased 1 kurti and 1 gladiator of rs.1598 paid by cash from jabong .com. and i returned my stuff due to size issue and in 2 week they took my products .And still they have not returned my money neither given the the voucher of that amount . now its been like 1 month in callin jabong coustmer care and every time i get the same reply u need to wait 48 hrs for the finance team to create the voucher......I also had a word with meghna (supervisor) there she told she vll do it on 1 june .. but i never got the voucher code ......and wheni called coustmer care and askd for meghna there was alwaz a excuse made she is not come or she is on other shift. i found jabong waste of money and time

    Jabong.com a most Pathetic online shopping website i ever visited.
    i ordered something on 15th i called in concerned to same said the product is returned.due to no acceptance whereas no body came to my door i asked every body. Said it will be re dispatched ,calling from 15 day pathetic response spoke to 3 manager named Anamika and sugam dont remember 3rd evry body said will wall you and give you update nobody called spoke to dozen call executives only false promise some says re dispatched some says in process now say not in process......i appeal every body not to deal with these people.THIS MUST BE A FRAUD.

    This is [censored]al Joshi from Chittorgah. On 15th October, 2012 I have placed order on your online shopping. I made a shopping of 4 items (3 shirts and 1 kurta), total of around 4300 and with a discount coupon of 1000, I payed Rs. 3300 (approx.) through the SBBJ net banking. But till now, I couldn’t get the purchased items. When I checked my Jabong Account, I found that on the status it was mentioned that the goods has already been delivered. When I informed my problem to the customer care they are just giving false assurance to me. From the past 25 days they are giving giving a false assurance. So guys I just want to suggest you dont ever trust this online shopping and never pay money in advance. Their tag line is just fake and they never care about customer satisfaction. If they were so concerned about the customer they would definitely have done something for me..

      I am not a shopaholic but yeah I do shop online and Jabong is the worst online service I have ever dealt with after very good experiences with Flipkart, ebay, Myntra and Letsbuy.

      I placed two COD orders [protected] (Placed on 20/04/12 10:47) and [protected] (Placed on 24/04/12 11:50) and was never received. It’s going to be a month and a half and I have been calling the customer care again and again (Request ID: 168676) and every time the representatives reply me that the product has been dispatched already and will receive it within the next five/seven working days. I tried my maximum to be nice with them and tried not to be a trouble customer (Keeping in mind the fact that Jabong is new in the business) and have had waited patiently. I was expecting this product to reach me last Friday as per the rep whom I had talked with last time but it never reached me. So I just called a representative at their customer service and she replied that the product is not yet dispatched which shocked me as it is totally contradictory to what their representatives told/Promised me previously. Now they say that they will re-dispatch it and I would doubt if they will ever do!!!!!

      The first purchase I did from Jabong was an Adidas Shoes ([protected]) and I had to opt out for their return process as I have found that the shoes was not the right size for me and after calling them 10-15 times I finally got a refund. But that was never easy for me - hassle hassle and hassle!!

      In total I had a very poor shopping experience with Jabong and would never recommend this for shopping.

      I had a terrible shopping experience with Jabong (order # [protected].), I am trying to follow up with the company from the last 4 weeks to pick a shipment, but there has been no response. Every Time I send a mail or log a complaint, they create a new case but the pick up never happens.
      After getting a contact of one of the operations guys, sent a mail to him in and he also promised to arrange a pick up in 24hrs, but today is the second and there has been no action.
      Fail to understand how they are controlling the logistics when you cant even arrange a pick up. One thing I learned that this will not take u longer and soon customer will start moving, as I what I have decided to do now.

      money was debited with unsucessful order number [protected] but didnot recieve my money for last 12 days bank issued a written note stating that money is with merchant but jabong is not refunding money.

        I have been repeatedly prodding you guys for 2 days now to provide me a solution to my problem but sadly you guys still haven't helped me out in any way. I had mailed you as well as posted on your Facebook page but I still haven't found my solution. All you have done till now is just apologize and apologize and apologize. While your sincere apologies are appreciated but do note that they aren't helping me in any way, all I want is a proper solution. I would like to continue shopping from Jabong but this so-called 'problem' that I'm talking about is preventing me from doing so.

        Anyway, I'm going to copy-paste my mail over here AGAIN for your kind perusal. KINDLY READ IT CAREFULLY AND CHECK THE GIVEN IMAGE BEFORE YOU REPLY WITH ANOTHER APOLOGY. Here goes:-

        I am having a peculiar problem. Every time I add something to the
        shopping cart and click 'Proceed to Checkout' to confirm my purchase,
        the options are all lining up next to each other in such a way that I
        can't reach the 4th and the final option to confirm my purchase. Not
        even a horizontal scroll bar is appearing so that I can navigate my
        way to the right-hand side of the page to access the 4th option. This
        dubious problem is not just happening on my computer but on other
        computers as well. I have tried different browsers as well but to no
        effect. Is the snag on your side? Perhaps some sudden glitches in the
        programme files of your site or something? If not then please tell me
        what I should do about this problem since I'm not being able to buy
        anything from Jabong anymore. I'm herewith attaching a screenshot for
        your kind perusal. You'll understand what I'm trying to say once you
        have a look at the pic.

          Sir,

          I had placed 4 different orders on April 30,2012. I had placed my trust on the website assurance and its main marketing motto "Products are delivered to the customer within 5 working days,"

          As of May 15, 2012, I am still waiting for receipt of these products. I have been following up with the customer hotline number almost on a daily basis, with thee most diverse of replies each time I raise my issue. One day, the executive assures the products will be delivered within 24-48 hrs of my call, the next time I call, another executive picking up says looking at the status of my products in their database, the customer has already received the products!!

          Expecting delivery of products at least during this lifetime... sitting with my fingers crossed and devoting 09:00am-10:00am everyday towards calling up the 1800# and anticipating a new and completely bizarre reply.

            Actually customers usually use such platforms for posting bad experiences… I just wanna share one of my experiences with Jabong… it was not that bad… when placed an order… initially I got pissed off with their order confirmation thing…. I got three calls just for order confirmation…. All the three times they asked for that same big 15 digit order no… I understand confirmation is really important but it should not annoy sum1… well, what I liked about their services are… they delivery my product on time… and I was really worried about the packing thing… actually I ordered for some glass baking dishes… if it would have not packed well… the parcel will come in the pieces to my doorstep… I was quite impressed with it!!! Overall it was a good shopping experience…

            It was my mistake… I placed online order for a shoe… and by mistake picked a one size smaller shoe… I asked their cust care representative to change my order... My shoe size was out of stock that time so they raised a ticket for refund… Luckily I got my refund within a week… after few days I ordered again and got my product on time…
            Bad Shopping Experience with Jabong,

            They did not provide a Coat hanger & Cover with Blazer purchased and tried to hide behind the statement that ithas not been provided by the brand/supplier". Unlike eBay which is a platform for individual suppliers to sell their products, at Jabong they are in control of what is sold & hence responsible for it and answerable to their customers ... not their suppliers.
            1.Lack of Transparency - Like everyone is aware, the Coat hanger & Cover are an essential part of any Blazer purchased from any offline store like Lifestyle / Westside / etc. Why should it be any different for an online retailer? If Jabong is an ethical online retailer, then they should have mentioned upfront that the Coat hanger & Cover will NOT be supplied along with the Blazer.
            2.Inconvenience of purchasing Blazer from Jabong - Since Jabong does NOT provided the Coat hanger & Cover along with the Blazer, we have to now go hunting for these items from an offline store. How do we hang/store the Blazer otherwise? This is extremely inconvenient & defeats the very purpose of shopping online.
            3.Lack of accessories - If the Coat hanger & Cover were not included in the Blazer purchase, then Jabong should have prompted us (the shopper) to buy these items as extra's. They don't cost much but it is extremely inconvenient to not have them.
            The Cash Back Vouchers provided by Jabong are valid for 10 days only. They do NOT mention it in the e-mail very conveniently. You are expected to read the Terms & Conditions (fine print) to figure it out. As a result I was unable to use any of the coupons. The experience was very bad.

              I have placed two orders ( Order numbers are [protected] & [protected] ) Money was deducted via my American Express card. MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED BY JABONG.COM Team without any reason.I have made numerous calls to Jabong customer service but no one seems helpful. I have sent numerous emails at [protected]@ jabong.com and also to [protected]@jabong.com and nobody care to respond my emails.

              I want to convey mesage to higher management of JABONG.COM that you guys are PATHETIC and DON"T care about your customers.

                I ordered a CHANEL NO5 PERFUME from Jabong.com & on receipt found that it was a FAKE! I got it verified by a CHANEL boutique in Lifestyle Mall & they confirmed it was DEFINITELY A FAKE!! When i contacted Jabong, they refused to return it as fragrances are non refundable according to their policy. They still have the fake product displayed on their site.(http://www.jabong.com/Chanel-Eau-De-Parfum-29393.html). When i tried to post a review on the product it simply accepted the comment but it didn't got displayed on the site!

                  I Had ordered an aurelia kurti on 27th april.As soon as i tried it it had colour fade pblm.It is to be noted here that the kurti was not washed also.The fading was due to sweating which is unavoidable under indian circumstances.Now they are not ready to return the product and also refuse to lodge my complaint.such a 3rd class pathetic policy.

                    dear sir, i've ordered a dress for my baby on JABONG on 09/04/2012 (Order #[protected] of 09/04/2012 10:51) and paid using credit card. even after 12 days i've not received the item. i've called twice the customer care no. every time they ask me to wait for 2 more days. it has become an endless wait. promised to deliver in 5 working days. i'm from a metro city. why jabong is unable to deliver even after 12 days to a metro is not known. any explanation jabong?

                    These days all my colleagues talk about Jabong… Few days back, just to check… I placed order for pillow cover and few other home décor items…. I really liked their collection of home furnishing stuff… I was surprised by their quick delivery process… as I stay near NCR… I got my order at same day… :)

                      my name is chockey dorjee. on the[protected] i purchased a few pairs of shoes for a sum of rs 4899 from jabong.com. I made my payment using SBI mobile banking application( ie sbi freedom) which was 100% successfull. After an hour i got a email from jabong saying that due to some technical problem my order could not be placed. i called the customer care right away and explained to them what had happend, they assured me saying that i would get my refund within 3 days. Its been almost a week now, no sign of any refund. i have called the customer care 4 times, im not at all satisfied with the response i get from them, some of them dont know what is "mobile payments" every time i tell them i had made my payment through mobile banking application they think made pay using debit, credit, or net banking.

                      i would kindly request the concerned officials at jabong to look into my matter seriously and refund my money as soon as possible. people in arunachal are not convinced when it comes to online shopping, this matter if not solved would further make us not believe in online shopping anymore. im also attaching a copy of my mini statement from the bank.

                      i had purchased a product from Jabong.com and had received the product immediately on booking as it was COD (Cash on delivery). The product started malfunctioning within 15 days of purchase. As per the return policy, if ordered for a reverse pick up and the same was taken on April 27, 2012. i received a mail confirming that i would receive a voucher for the same within 2 -3 working days. now it has been 15 days and i have not received any voucher. on making several calls to Jabong they request to wait for 48-72 hrs but all in vain.                       Never ever buy from Jabong. If product found faulty, they won't refund money ! For me my refund request 203183, they would take ages

                      Deliberately the finance team sends the cheque to other address and after i call them back, they would keep on saying that the cheque has been delivered (not to me, but to some random location). While i reside in Bangalore, they send the cheque to Kolkata and keep repeating that cheque has been delivered. I have never come across a fraud company like this.

                      Every week, I request a NEFT transfer asking to stop the cheque still the [censored]s keep telling that cheque has been delivered. Customer care does not understand plain english. I am going to file a formal lawsuit in 15 days in case no action been taken from jabong

I have reported this with sufficient proofs attached (snap shots) and asked for an exchange however Jabong denied that saying the vendor is not willing to exchange the item. i am escalating this since genuinely i feel that the company is disloyal and cheated me as consumer.
                      i have trusted Jabong hence i ordered the item. But they have delivered the sub-standard/poor quality items.

                        I had placed an order about 7 days ago. Yesterday I got a call about the delivery, but the delivery guy reached a wrong address. The status of my shipment says- "Attempted but not Delivered - Reason:- UNATTEMPTED DUE TO DELIVERY NOT POSSIBLE AFTER 1800 HRS"

                        I'm not sure if this shipment will be delivered now. If it won't, then please inform me.

                          Jabong.com really a website which takes my online shopping experience in india to a whole new level. I still remember when I last came to india and I placed an order with indiatimes, the product was delivered to me in 1 and half month , at the time I was about to leave back to USA (try to imagine my reaction). That time I cursed myself that how come I expect a good service from an indian website. However this time after seeing so many ads of Jabong.com I decided to place an order with this website. (Name although is somewhat funny). One day gone and I got a call from a courier company to ask for the preferred time of delivery of the product which I ordered from Jabong. And just to test them I asked them to come after one hr. and here they were a boy wearing tshirt of Jabong.com with my product in his hand. I must say I was amazed with the service. Well Jabong you are doing a good job.

                          Yeah… even I had the same experience with jabong… I placed an order in the evening and got a confirmation call after an hour and my product day after that… you won’t believe, the courier boy told me to check the product and if I’m not satisfied with it, I can instantly return it… which is really great!!!                               i orderd shoe first thing the box that shoes came in was completely damaged and the seal was open/broken not and some dust on the shoes, i oreder shoes according to their size chart and it did not fit me correctly and i opted for COD and when i asked for exchange they at jabong care call centre straight away refused to give me exchange she said we dont provide reverse pick up from your area i mean what non sense is this because if i want to buy a product online that means i dont want to get out of my house and order the product from the comfort of my home so that applies in case of the exchange/replacement of product also, i dont wish to go out and find courier companies to ship product back to jabong
                              the lady a customer care said find a courier company and ship it to over address and we will give you jabong credits and no exchange and i have to reorder the shoes again which might soon get out of stock i doubt even ill get any jabong credits or no returning to them aslo after diwali most of ther coupons will not work and the shoe price will increase to 2499rs where as i got it for 1788rs that means il be forced to buy shoes in range of 1799rs even though i dont like it. SERIOUSLY CHEAP AND DIRTY BUSINESS STRATERGY.

                              this was my first online shopping experience and they disappointed me.
                              I want to replace my order as i have choosen the wrong size kurty.soo i want replace my order..
                              i want to exchange a BON ORGANIC SHIRT (size 4-5 year) which i brought recently from jabong..the reason for exchanging the only shirt i expect fant with shirt...please tell me how i can exchange it with other item (like sarees)

                              I used to buy with Myntra. Although I never faced any issues with them, I decided to try Jabong on my friend's recommendation. I have had the worst experience shopping with Jabong. I ordered two items - kurta and a Nehru Jacket together. I received Kurta first and your systems showed that I received jacket. I decided to ignore thinking it might be a simple system entry mistake. I then placed a return request for kurta the day it started showing in your systems but little did I know that your entire IT systems are mess. Not only that your people dont understand. I called up thrice for my return because I was in urgency of vacating the house. I HATE JABONG FOR SO MANY FOLLOW_UPS. You have upset me beyond any consideration. I am generally constructive and try to provide improvement feedbacks but in your case, I dont feel like interacting more. I will also give strong feedback about this experience all over the web to spare people of the pain I faced.

                                well my refund too is pending ..jabong says product has not reached them when i gave the produxt to a guy a week ago ...how is that ...jabong is screw life of others because their employees people are not doing their work ...wonderful service ...
