Hello Team,

I bought an item which was discounted on Jabong.com, however, on payment, Jabong.com deducted the complete amount.
For more than a month, I am communicating with Jabong for the refund, yet they are not processing it.
Also, they are demanding my account statement. Since Jabong.com is no government/ financial entity they should not demand such personal details.

Many of my friends have also experienced lot of issues with Jabong.com
Request you to take some action.

There hasbeen an issue with jabong. I understand that there is a heavy back log due to festive season. but i trusted jabong and placed the order with jabong, even after the fiasco of FLIPKART. Jabong has always fullfilled my expectations and even requests. this scenario that has happened wih me is little upsetting . orders delivery was bit delayed . I do not hold any one responsible for that, but the only issue is that the order was placed for some ocassion, and that ocassion was not met.Now the problem was ayt my family as the occasion was passed and i was unable to make my mother happy. However my email to [protected]@jabong.com solved the issue. They called me and listen to me, and resolved the concern. Placed another order and the new order was delivered before time . All please dro email to the Head of the department of Jabong in case u need to escalate the issue . IT well Help you .

    Jabong.com order [protected] requested return of 4 items. One item saree is yet to picked up - sent 3 emails. 3 items have been picked up on Jan 11th. Today is Jan 20th and stillre fund has not been processed. Very poor response to emails. Except for big English accent the customer service is very very poor. Why do such business practices continue? I need refund and the remianing item picked up asap.

      Had bought a bathroom set of 7 pieces, whereas received only 5 pieces. On informing them through mails & telephone, have not received any solution. As per last telecom they have informed that they would not be able to give the piece as they are not available, nor would the replace it or reimburse the amount for the remaining articles.

          I placed a Cash On Delivery order with Jabong.com for a pair of sandals (floaters).

          After placing the order I had received the sms that the product would be shipped through INDIAONTIME courier service.

          It is very difficult to understand the product status on indiaontime.com because there is no proper updates regarding the product.

          When we try to contact indiaontime.com through email regarding the product status the email gets rejected.

          This is our first order on jabong.com and it is really a horrible experience.

            Dear Sir,
            I have ordered Few Gold Coins from Jabong.com on 15 November 2012. I have paid 23,217 INR (Order ID [protected]) and 14,505 INR (Order ID [protected]), by HDFC and AXIS Banks Cards. Before ordering these products, I had call to Jabong Customer Care and confirm from them that offer is Valid and products were in stock as well. They also confirm me that I can use the Discount Codes given by my Bank on these products as these comes under Jewellery category that is covered by Bank offers.

            After their confirmation only, I made my purchases, But later Jabong peoples cancelled the orders. They call me 2-3 times, sometime they said the reason as out of,stock and sometime as technical error. If they do not have capabilities to fulfill the orders, why they sell products on website and even they deploying the name of Banks like HDFC and AXIS by giving offers and later cancelling orders.

            They also send the compensation voucher of 250 rs in the cancellation email. Such vouchers are available free on Internet and has no value. They just making fool to customers by such vouchers, when they dont have any good product to buy below 250 rs at their website,

            This is the true image of E-Commerce in India.

            This is my final notice to Jabong either they fulfill my orders as all online deals were legal contract, they cannot back out after the deal is confirmed from their company. In case they are not capable to fulfill the orders, they have to give me compensation of 20% of the order amount against all the kind of losses occurred to me in dealing with Jabong. In within next 48 Hrs, if i did not get the compensation, I will fire case against this company in Court.

              I placed a Cash On Delivery order with Jabong.com a week ago for a pair of running shoes. I received a sms indicating that the product has been shipped via bluedart courier service and a tracking ID for the same . The tracking ID was wrong and I raised a complaint with Jabong customer care on the same . I would have called them at least 10 times regarding this. I was just given the assurance of a call back many times, but I never got a call.

              I really doubt whether the product was shipped. Because if it was , it should have reached me long back - The product was shipped from Gurgaon to Chennai.

              I did not want to go through this pain anymore. So I cancelled my order.

                i ordered a necklace set from jabong...first of all there was delay of 2 days for the shipment of my order and it was shipped after my repeated follow-ups.
                finally when it was delivered I found 10-15 stones of the necklace and earrings missing.
                I am very disappointed with this kind of service & products.

                Now they are also not giving surity of refund of money also.

                  I ordered a ear ring for my wife's birthday from Jabong.com. She did not like it as it was too heavy for her ears.When i tried to return it Jabong said i cannot return it as there was no return policy for Jewelry items. This was not clearly stated on their web site. It should be stated 30DAY RETURN OF ALL ITEM EXCEPT FOR JEWELRY ITEMS. My complaint is you are deceiving customers

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have ordered Sony Vaio Laptop from Tradus.com (Order Number 6398644 Sub Order Number 6609543) and paid the amount using AXIS Bank Debit card. The Order amount was 28305 INR. After seeing their 10% Discount on Garage Sale promotion (Receive email also for same), i made decision to shop Laptop from this company. My order was also confirmed by company and an email was also sended by the company for order/payment confirmation.
                      But on 22 November 2012, I saw on my Tradus Account order details, that order was showing cancelled. Till date I did not receive any email or call from their company about reason of cancellation. I call their company also, but call was not connecting. I also email them, but no reply is receive by now. Till date Refund is also not receive.

                      This is clearly a cheating and fraud done by Tradus.com giving promotions, attracting customers and eating their money. If they are not capable to fulfill the order, they have to refund my hard earned money along with Compensation of 20% of the order Amount. Otherwise, in within 3 days, if i did not get refund with compensation, i will fire case against this company in Consumer Court.

                        I had ordered 20gm gold at Jabong.com (1 order of 20gm). There was a promotional HDFC bank offer which gave 20% instant discount on any purchase made on the website. I called up the customer care and asked the coupon was applicable on the Gold coins as well and the representative agreed. Post the confirmation I purchased the 20gm gold which cost me approximately 58 Thousand rupees. Suddenly, I get a call from the customer representative that the order will not be completed and a refund will be processed in 7 to 21 working days. While he gave clarifications, they were not justified and to compensate they will give me 250 rs voucher. So on investment of 1.2lakhs I don’t get my gold and they have to offer is 250 rs voucher, which is freely available on internet.

                        To add to this, Jabong knew very well about the transactions, as once the gold coins were out of stock, they brought in more coins in a couple of hours and were accepting orders. So this is definitely not a system issue but a trap to keep our money.

                        I would strongly urge the website to honor the trade. Because of large amount of money invested, I am not mentioning my order number.

                        Received my order in just 3 days! I love you Jabong! Now I can wear the same trendy clothes and shoes which gals wear in cities like delhi. Jabong you are a blessing for girl like me who is from a small town.
                        I bought woodland shoes from Jabong.com couple of weeks before and i am happy with the shoes. Woodland is always been my favorite shoe brand. I got the product in 4 days which i will say is satisfactory service.
                        I placed an order for a kurti with jabong.com on 30th april and i recieved it today 9 out of 10 points for delivery and the kurti really suits me well 10 out of 10 for that. Completely satisfied with jabong.

                        Same with me. Pathetic support and instead of being apologetic, they are taking it casually. I am sure this is deeply hurting folks around and better we avoid this site and have friends/family do the same. For creating so much mess and acting as if nothing big has happened, they should be banned by every other community. Any legal proceedings possible? Its not just about the money, but their treatment is bothering me more.

Now when i asked for the order status, the CC shamelessly telling due to technical glitch your order has been cancelled. What if i need that product. I love shopping with sites like EBAY, FASHOS, Shopclues, Flipkart, etc. I have been shopping online for the past 3 years and not SINGLE ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED. This waqs my FIRST EXPERIENCE with JABONG and most probably my last. If you cant have stocks tell at the time of placing the order not after 6 days of eating customer's money.                         First off all I would like to thank consumercomplaints forum that after posting a complaint here atleast some from team Jabong got in touch with me which I never anticipated.

                        Just wanted to make every one aware of how things ended up with my order that I mentioned earlier in my post(20gm Gold coin order worth Rs.56k+), I received a call from them and they initially told me that its a technical glitch on their end and we have cancelled all the orders, but when I told them they have honored many orders even those that are placed after me, they asked me show proof for that and after make some I was able to prove to them that what I have stated is true, then started telling that its not what you are think we have chosen the orders randomly and some blah blah and it has nothing to do with amount of the order, then
                        1) why did they asked me to prove my point which placed earlier they could have told what ever they wanted to tell at that point itself?
                        2) Is it not business ethics to server customers on first come first server basis than some random pick?
                        3) I came to know from them that even thought they were aware of the so called glitch but they still allowed people to place the orders which I guess might sum to some corers of rupees as they were not able to disable the coupon or bring their system down, can that be possible?

                        I personally don't have any grudge against Jabong, just trying to make people aware of what has happened with me and can possibly happen with them also, so this finally put forward few unanswered questions
                        1) Does the e-retailers have the final say what ever way they want?
                        2) Is consumer just a puppet as he cannot do anything except getting his money back for the cancelled orders?
                        3) Why e-retailers doesn't have any obligation to fulfill the orders?
                        4) last but not the least shouldn't we as consumers doesn't have any right to ask the organization to fulfill our orders?

                        The reason why I am asking this is these days several organization have started using technology as common cause for all errors even though its their calculation mistake or any thing else.

                          Hi, i got email from jabong that i have won a goodies bag worth 4000 from provouge and i will be getting that bag after oct 19th 2012. After this date i spoke to jabong ppl that i will b getting bag within few days and today i got a email that im not eligible for this goodies bag offer bcoz they have refunded me amount of rs 1660/- . This jabong ppl never refunded the amount of rs 1660 which they are claiming to have refunded me. Al they did was replace the above mentioned shorts ( from XL to L size of adidas neo brand ). They replaced that short that too after complaining on this forum friends. now they are saying that im not eligible for goodies bag offer and tht too they only send me email tht i hv won the goodies bag. friends i want tell u that dont belive what jabong ppl say bcoz they never fullfill their commitment which they cannot fulfil. This jabong ppl always lie for one or the other reason. dont trust jabong friends

                              hi, im harshavardhan, i placed an order for adidas neo white short worth rs 1699/-, while placing the order i confirmed frm jabong ppl abt the size (34 inch waist) thy said tht XL size would fit correctly for 34 inch waist. so i placed order. wen i got da product i tried da short once or twice and the size was nt fitting well bcoz it was big in size . so i placed the returns request saying tht product size is nt correct n its loose. so i sent the product with all the tags intact back to jabong . today ie on 6 oct 2012 thy cald and said me that the product has failed the quality test as the short has been used and has some dust particles on it. im saying it honestly that i sent the product as i got it from jabong and now jabong ppl r saying that it has failed quality test. how can it fail quality test when i sent them the product as i got it from jabong and tried once or twice to check the size and fitting... im very much disappointed from jabong and i recommend all out there that dont buy product from jabong site...

                              i faced same problem with myntra but they solved it witin few days n refunded the amount...
                              all frnds out there dont buy products from jabong . they dont give good service ..

                                    JABONG really don't have a proper customer service..,i had ordered a jewelery set on 11the Sep 12 to gift one of my friend .But after few days i received a call from their CC telling that order has not been processed due some quality issue and i was asked to reorder the same set and i did so.

                                    But once again after a week a received a call from JABONG CC and was told that order cannot be processed due to quality issue... i was fed up as i wanted to gift and running out of time and asked to cancel the order.

                                    I did not receive confirmation mail from them for order cancellation ,on the same day i received a message telling that my order has been dispatched through JVAS and number and i tried to track with the help of number but there was no any information .

                                    And know i am not aware that what is going to happen next ......,to complete this process it has taken around 20 days ...

                                    Decided not to order in JABONG.

                                      I purchased a shirt from www.jabong.com (http://www.jabong.com) on[protected] with Order No: [protected]. Later when my order was in transit, I was informed that the order address is in “restricted area”. NOTE: I live in a normal locality and not in Pakistan! According to the shipping policy of the website, the order should have been delivered to me within 2-5 (two to five) business days. However it was never delivered and I was repeatedly given false promises by the website’s representatives.

                                      After lot of efforts, I only received refund of the order amount. No compensation or interest on my money was paid to me. The website tried to turn away by giving out promotional vouchers (offered to everyone who joins newly) which would have required me to make a big purchase on the website to utilize them.

                                      Now, I am planning to file a consumer complaint against them.

                                        I had placed an order with jabong.com for a pair of sandals and had made the payment online on 18th of August,2012. But till now I have neither received the order nor they have refunded me the amount. I have called them innumerable times but of no use they are least bothered and are just buying time from me saying I will get the order within 48 hours or so but their 48 hours are never getting over.

                                        Kindly help on an urgent basis.

                                        I ordered lee cooper slippers on 11th december (with GOSF discount the price was reduced from 1699 to 915.53) and was to receive the same on 17th december. i got a mail on 18th that i would be receiving the order on 19th but on 20th when i track the order, it shows address incorrect and the order would be cancelled. As i have paid the amount already, i want my money back. I dont want any Jabong credits, just return the amount to my CITI CREDIT CARD.
