Dear Team Jabong It is appalling to know that you people do not care to resolve refund issues once the money has been paid. I returned two bags (olive green hand bag by hidekrat and katha canvas bag) on 28th October under order number [protected] but am yet to receive any refund. I have called up cust care so many times and have also written more than 20 emails. Niether your customer care people know anything nor do the automated mails solve any problem. I am frustrated and disappointed to say the least, Please look into the matter and process my refund ASAP. Thanks. VS

    I odered a pair of shoes which amounted Rs.2999 and they made a bill for that pair onlie itself out of which an amount of Rs. 2556 was made on the spot from the jabong credits itself and rest Rs.482 (Rs. 39 for COD) were to be collected by them at the time of delivery. But after 2 days, I received a message in which it was written that, jabong tried to contact me as I dint attend the call due to my working hours in my office and the order would not be delivered as the pair of shoe I ordered was the last pair and it was having a quality issue, so they dont want to compromise with customers satisfaction. I would like to pin-point that first of all, there was no alert of last pair of shoe when I was ordering that pair. Then, the colour options in that shoe that are shown while seeing that pair, dint match the article itself, and later on, I was told by jabong team itself that I ll receive a call within 48 hours but I received the call from jabong after 72 hours, and after that too they contradicted. On one part, they said they had the last pair and on ther part they said the pair of shoe I ordered was displayed due to a technical fault. I want to be compensated. I want that pair of shoe anyhow even if it is costs more to jabong. A same pair of shoe is available at the price of Rs.5000 also. I want jabong to compensate me. I had patience till the time they asked me to, and even after that I wasn't assisted.

    If Jabong had a technical issue, then it means there service is too poor, and if that pair of shoe had quality issue, then it means they display the defected products as well which is absolutely a crap and the worst service ever as they said that it was the last pair available with them but there was no alert of last piece while checking out that pair of shoe.Moreover, the very next day also, that pair was available on their site with the dezired size. So, now jabong has to compensate me by delivering that pair of shoe to me and that too now free of cost because of their own contradicting issues and excuses. Be that pair available in higher range.

      Dear Purnima, Your PREPAID Order Number [protected] is CONFIRMED. I received this email on 9th Oct'14. With Pre-paid amount of 704.48/-. Its a month and Jabong has yet not delivered my order. I have raised complaint against it on Jabong site with Ref no:[protected], from day one they are sending a repeated sms of "we are working tirelessly to resolve ur complaint", its all FAKE. If they would have worked tirelessly, i would have received my order. Jabong has spoil my all festival. I ordered the product for occasion of Diwali which was on 23 Oct, keeping in mind about the Diwali rush, i purchased the order on 9th Oct. Today's date is 6th Nov'14, nether they (Jabong) has delivered the nor refunded my amount in my bank account. Shame -Shame on you Jabong Team, this is how you make money and run your business. No business can sustain longer by cheating a customer.

        Hi, I have placed one order of watch on 18th oct Order No.: [protected] | AWB No.: V20602146, but as per DTDC courier company this product have been delivered at wrong address and unable to provide me this product..I have already provide approval mail form DTDC courier service to Jabong in which DTDC accept their mistake and accept that this material have misplaced. Now i just want to refund my amount form Jabong or they can give other same product which amount is Rs.4750/- but after continuously follow up with Jabong from last 8-10 days, he unable to give any reply. So please help me.

After my so many calls and e mail, I still havn't received my Products, So i would request you to ask Jabong.com to refund my Money as well as compensation of 5000 RS, since they are not in a mood to send me my products as well as after you call their Customer Care, they will ask you to wait for 48 Hours for them to reach feasible solution, but they will not do anything and send you a message that we tried to call you but couldn't talk coz of out Bad Luck. I Want you to ask them to refund my Money and Compensation of 5000 RS as Jabong Credit in my account. Thank You,

            Its give me immense dissatisfaction that I have to write an email to you regarding a complaint with your so called company "JABONG" as none of your staff or managers seems to be equipped to resolve my "COMPLAINT"..Its regarding an order placed on 19th Oct 2014 via ORDER NO. [protected]I recd an email on 20th Oct 2014 that my order has been dispatched via DTDC (esteemed courier company) as per AWB no. V20606337Today is the 05th Nov 2014 and I am still awaiting for my product..No updates from your SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE REP..It seems at "JABONG" its about all DEAF EARS...as multiple complaints and follow had given me no response...I had wasted my HARD EARNED MONEY, MY TIME & MY ENERGY for an Order worth Rs 6923.77I had called up multiple times and receives ONE MESSAGE EVERY MORNING...(WHICH IS THE MOST STUPID THING I EVER CAME ACROSS) that we are tirelessly working to resolve your query...Please STOP giving FALSE promises to your customer when you can't fulfill them...Worst and worst is your customer service staf and your managers...BIGGEST LIARS ON PLANET EARTH BHUSAN, RITIKA & PREETI (all says they are TEAM LEADERS OR SUPERVISOR) I believe they should be transferred to HOUSEKEEPING POSITION instead of CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS...I had promised multiple times falsely by Ritika that i will be getting my product by 04th Nov 2014 and still I haven't got any details yet...Who will bear the cost for all the phone call I had made and all the time I had wasted for your stupid company...Yours so called manager Preeti seems to be picked up from a road side hut who is the most illiterate women i ever found on earth...who doesn't know how to talk with customers...And she is again telling me that I have to wait another 02 more days and they will try to get it delivered...DO YOU THINK CUSOTMERS ARE FOOL OVER HERE PRAVEEN...Or you just wants to use customers money and live your life lavishly...Because over hear I can only see me as a customer suffering...Do you have still any shame left to go ahead and reply as I knew that in India there is no law to penalize an e-commerce company...

                I had ordered for one red stilettos on the 9th of October, 2014 (Order No. [protected] ) and received it on 11th of October. On delivery, I tried them out and the stilettos did not fit me well. I asked the JAVAS guy to take the product back, but he refused to do so. So I paid him the amount that is Rs. 1235 including COD Charges. Then I called the customer care for the return of my product, Return ID: 11552256 They said it would take 5 days for the reverse pick-up, it's been 24 days but no one has come for the pick-up. Now when I went and checked the status of the return, it showed "Request Closed". I called them hundreds of times, wasting so much of my balance. I wrote mails to the customer care hundreds of times, and got just one reply, "we are working on your issue tirelessly"- all false. So all this 30 days return and refund are just publicity stunts. Jabong team just knows how to harass their customers. I have wasted so much of my time, energy and money over this matter, and I really want the Jabong team to take this very seriously (which they are not doing right now).

                  I've ordered a shirt from the leading Fashion E-commerce site Jabong.com Order No. [protected] Date. 26 Oct 2014, as they are giving very good deals on Diwali. I've already paid for the order. But after 3-4 days, a representative from Jabong call me up and told me that the delivery Pincode is not serviceable. (Okay, let me clear here something, I've already received many orders previously from Jabong on this particular address.) Anyways, so I asked them to change the address & provide them a different address with a different Pincode which is always on their COD available locations list. But this time too, they told that the location is not serviceable. Getting no other options, told them to cancel the order. Then after few hours, I came to know that a friend of mine also received a call from Jabong representative as they canceled his order and as the reason, told that "due to product price rise, we have to cancel your order." My friend recorded that and threaten them to go to consumer forum against it. After that they said sorry to him & confirm his order again at the same location as mine. Then it was totally clear to me what the actual reason is. I decided to check their website & saw that the ordered items prices have really gone rise to almost double. My Question is How can they cancel a already place order showing fake reasons when they themselves provide offers on festive seasons but don't allow us to use those offers. Then what's the meaning of all this Diwali Dhamaka, Sparkle Sale etc..!!

                    I had done a purchase from Jabong on 20th of October 2014 and was provided #V0607318 Fake waybill.
                    I contacted several times and they informed that the issue is with DTDC so I contacted them where I found that the Waybill does not exist.
                    Jabong says that they are still not able to track the product and asking me to take the refund. It has been already 12 days for the order being placed and I was till date not able to track the product due to the waybill provided.
                    The product was never shipped from jabong and my money was utilized by them for these many days.
                    This is pure cheat and fraud case.

                      I placed an order on Jabong for one green S Oliver shirts on 22nd October at 11:03 AM, my order number is [protected] and they send me an e-mail on 24yh October that they have sent the product through DTDC and will be delivered by 4th November. Now again today they sent me an e-mail that they have delivered a product today and will be delivered by 11th November. Sir I Would request you to take strict action against jabong and compensate me for try to fooling me by sending wrong information in e-mail. I am attaching snapshot of both e-mail by jabong to me.

                      Hello Sir / Madam
                      First of all, Even after your notification to jabong customer care, hey havn't call me yet.
                      after my complaint on their on support page, they called me to apologize and nothing has been commited by them about delivery of the product on time.
                      They are giving me stupid reasons that it was by default sent by our server and please have patience .
                      They are also asking me to refund my money and wants to just give me just Damn " Sorry, We Apologize for Blah Blah "
                      Sir I Would request you to Ask jabong representative to deliver my products in two days and if they cant i Want my money back and same amount as Jabong credits in my account.

                      I Hope You will take action soon.
                      Hope to get this issue done soon.

                        Hello, This email is in reference to my order: [protected], I received it on time and I am very thankful for that but I didn't like the product: Entropy sweater as the quality is very poor. I have placed orders for so many products but this is the worst products I bought so far. I don't want this product. Called to you CS and they said that the policy has changed and they don't have the option to pick the product for return. ARE YOU SERIOUS????????? If you don't have service to pick the product then why you deliver it. Guys, please talk in business terms. I want this product to be return and get my money back with shipping and COD charges. Please respond as soon as possible but not with same answer as you could not do that.                         This complaint is in reference to my order: [protected] I received it on time and I am very thankful for that but I didn't like the product: I sent an email to CS for return and they have the policy has changed and they don't have the option to pick the product for return. If you don't have service to pick the product then why you deliver it. Everytime is the same issue, No response from last 10 hours regarding the pick-up. I belied in you guys, placed order for 2 products but this is what you are giving to your customers. I want this product to be return and get my money back with taxes.

                        If I would have time to courier to you people then better I would have gone to store to buy the product. I need resolution asap.

                            I am Vicky I have ordered shoes for Diwali 1st they told due to Quality check they didn't send again I got a call from jabong team stating that we have black colour is there and size is available. I requested to them to deliver it before 21st because I was leaving to home town. That also they didn't do it na today is 28th still I didn't get it and when i dropped a mail to Jabong about the delivery they are asking me to contact Bluedart. I purchased shoes from you ill contact you right is your responsibility to delivery they product. Product No.order number [protected]. AWB number [protected].

                              I had ordered([protected]) an item from Jabong on 13th Oct. I was expecting it to be delivered before Diwali as it was meant for gifting. Also, they had committed the delivery before Diwali, as their dispatch estimate was 17th Oct. They did not dispatch it on the said date and after lot of follow up, they started building up stories that it has been dispatched on 20th Oct, whereas the tracking detail of courier company said it was dispatched on 24th Oct. This was after Diwali. The complain was escalated to the Head Services- Bhusan Sood. Even this person seems to be the most incapable service Manager on earth. He is dragging the concern, not even bothered to resolve and also, no courtesy to call and talk. His team is super lazy, even they failed to call and update. The item has reached my city 3 days ago, but these guys are not able to get it delivered. I advice all reading this mail that pay few rupees more to flipkart or myntra, but never go with Jabong, they have callous attitude in resolving. They try to make you feel that they are doing favor to you in selling...Bhusan Sood is not resolving and also, not providing inputs to further escalate. I think I am going legal now

                                I ordered a Shirt from the renowned apparel site named Jabong.com vide order no.[protected] in this festive season of Diwali as they offered very good deals. The order was already confirmed and I paid for the order too. Then after 3-4 days, a representative called me to inform me that my pincode is not deliverable so they have to cancel my order. But I already received many orders previously from jabong. I, then told them to change my address. And provide them a different pincode which is always in their COD enabled location. But this time too, they told that sorry, the pincode is not deliverable. I was shocked to that but finding no other options told them to cancel my order. Then after few hours, I came to know that one of my friend also got a call from jabong for cancellation of his order too & the reason they told is that due to price rise of the product. But when my friend threaten them to go to consumer forum against it, jabong said sorry to him & confirmed his order. Then I decided to check their site again and noticed that actually the price of the ordered shirts are risen to almost double. This is the reason why they are creating pincode issues to cancel the exiting orders.

                                  i ordered Blue Trackpant from jabong order no. [protected].. on 16 nov. from ECOM Express.they send me msg that hey have delivered the product on 22 nov but i didnt get delivery.i called to customer care 4-5 times but they are nor resolving the issue

                                    This is a serious complaint about jabong. I have placed an order on 14th Oct'2014 on your website order id -[protected]. Still I am waiting for the delivery. from your side of "2 pack of multi solid sweatshirt" is still not dispatched. It is a serious issue. I have several time complaint on your customer care but I always get reply that we are looking into the matter. Kindly take the immediate action for my order or if you are unable to deliver then return my money back.

                                        I made an order on 11 oct 2014 from jabong.com and they confirmed me that they will deliver the product till 14th oct 2014.Then they extended the date till 16th oct 2014, again they extended the date further to 16th oct 2014.Now i am calling regarding my product They dont have any idea wwhen they are going to deliver it to me.
