I placed an order on June 14th.
Till today, they did not ship the dresses.
Whenever I call, no one picks up the call and I get the stereotyped system generated email.

I'm not happy and suspect your website.
Please refund my money as I don't feel the company is not REAL.

    I ordered white coloured Levi's T shirt from Jabong.com, but as i received the package to my utter surprise, I saw a black coloured T shirt, I am escalating this matter but still not got any resolution. Only getting permutations and combinations from the supplier, will do this and do that. But now I request you to take the appropriate action to resolve this issue

      I have ordered a shirt from Jabong, failed to delver the good from 3rd
      of June till date.Lodged a complaint through jabong customer
      care.Complaint number/ request id: 7893695 on 9th June 11:38 am.They
      were saying that will get back to me in 48 hours from then.I haven't
      received any update, then I called upon and had discussion with floor
      manager (SUMIT KUMAR) at 8 pm in the evening on 11th June, and was
      saying that they still have no update on it.Promised me to call by 8:30
      am on the next day, but no update .
      I called the team again and spoke with VIPIN Maheshwari for the same and
      asking for the update and he said me that they lost the product and
      they were saying will cancel the product and just refund the money which
      I have paid.

      After waiting for such long time I just get my money back and nothing
      for JABONG...???
      If they loose product from courier dept they compensate, but whereas
      they give nothing for the customer.
      It's pure negligence from JABONG team.No where they rely on time to
      customer in giving the updates or to deliver the product.

      I was waiting from 3rd of JUNE for the product.Still I didn't get
      anything.
      I have demanded for double the amount I paid for the product, for which
      they say NO.

        Hello, I have placed order for a sun glass (Black Frame). And I have received a product that is the purple color frame. This is not a first time, 2nd time is cheated by this company. 2nd time am writing same complaint. I have complained to the online store but they are taking it easy, laughing at me and not replying properly. Please tell me how to sue these people.

          i had booked a liberty show on line on www.jabong.com/‎ where as shoe was send to me, to my surprise the moment i tried to wear shoe it developed some minute blister and finally developed fine cracks within one hour . can i be helped and make it also public that how deceitful company can be to innocent customers who fall prey to the advertisements.i have contacted jabong they assured me to lift the shoe which has not been done to date A.K.Bhat

          I had bought 2 polo tshirt from jabong order no [protected].I wanted to return them hence i spoke to their customer care executive wherein she mentioned that yes it was possible to return them.I asked her if she can arrange to pick them up from where the same was delivered, she told me she would check for the same and will call me.Until the next day, i did not receive any call from them, hence i assumed that they would arrange a pick up for the tshirts.She also explained me the procedure for returning any products.When i asked her about refund she mentioned that i would get a bank transfer in the account.I was fine with the same.
          Since i did not receive any calls i decided to call the customer care again to check the status they mentioned that they tried reaching me several times but i did not answer any call...dat was very suprising".they asked me to courier the stuffs and provided me with the address.
          Just Today when i received the mail is when i realised that the refund mode was via Jabong credits which i never asked for...i felt cheated and called up customer to confirm the same, wherein he said that since i have requested for jabong credits, now it was not possible to process my request.(BUT I HAD NEVER REQUESTED FOR JABONG CREDITS)He gave me an alternative stating that he would send me a link and the money will be transferred there.I shall never ever order from JABONG.Such a bad experience.

          I ordered my product dated 22/10/2015 detailed yepmee sports shoes from my jabong credits. The expected delivery date was 29/10/2015. As per the tracking record my product is located in very very nearest location hardly 2 km. Today is 7/11/2015 but I haven't received my product. Whenever I called them just unsatisfactory reply.

              I brought a woodland boot (Olive Boots)on 09/10/2013, 1st time when I received I got a damaged one, then they refund and give me another one but on 6 month it got damaged.

                  i ordered three camisoles form jabong for free shipping and cod for rs39 what i thought is to pay my total amount + cod but i have to pay extra money for delivery purpose rs 190 for paying rs 190 i can get any other product orlese you should have informed us before that we have to pay for delivery person some amout before confirming our order its disappointed me alot

                      Hello I have ordered a t-shirt from jabong.com first the delivery is late then after getting my product it of different color .i have complaint also but listen their reason its matter of flash .now you tell me what ever product i have ordered its completly opposite that they gave me .i am 25 year boy whether i dont know difference of flash they just arguing about product and on their website its product in different color and i got different product plaese look in to this.

                          The shopping experience turns a nightmare from the word 'Go' if you choose Jabong to do the deed...!!!

                          I placed an order [protected] on March 04, 2014 and chose to check out as guest on the site. I have been doing it with other sites as well and never faced any issue. After making a successful online payment, I waited for Jabong to send the invoice msg to my id. It never appeared so i called to confirm about the order. The CCE told me about the order is confirmed and assured that it will be processed without any issue. I printed out payment details from payment portal and waited for the delivery.

                          Jabong decided to go with the split order. I received my first product i.e. a handbag and found it okay. The next day other part of the order was delivered i.e Tarama jegging. The moment I opened the package, it was clear that I got a wrong size and immidiately called jabong for return of the product, The CCE on the line explained the procedure and raised a request for the return e-form. It was on March 07, 2014 around 3 PM. According to that CCE I was to receive the form within 24 hours on my email and a reference number on my mobile. Getting them both I can return the product within 10 days of the return request thru their courier partners. I got the refence number but no mail. I waited for next two days but still no mail. On March 10, 2014I reported the same to Jabong team thru mail and phone call as well. The CCE again assured me that the same is sent and I will be getting it in moments. Still nothing was there.

                          I got suspicious that the possibility is that the security systems for my company id is not letting jabong attachment pass thru for my registered id. I access my id thru office machines only. So I called and mailed again to jabong team and provided the alternate id; a Gmail one. The guy assured me that he will update that on system and send the e-form attachment on my personal id after that.

                          I waited till evening still got nothing. Called again and this time a female CCE picked my call. I think she is the SMARTEST one amongst jabong team probably with the most innovative 'fool the customers' techniques... as she told me that the request is there but not processed as all the request for the day are collected and processed only at night...Really...thats some news about Jabongs' working culture...!!!

                          And here goes the promise of instant solutions...!!!

                          Anyways, I waited till 8:30 in evening and decided to call again. The person on line this time was Rahul Bhardwaj. Nice person to talk to and genuinely tried to help. He tried sending the form on my personal id while I access that on my machine...NO SUCCESS...he asked for another id...again a gmail one...still no success...he asked for a yahoo id...Bam...no delivery on yahoo as well...he ran to the technical team to sort the issue and they admitted that in such case its a technical problem at Jabongs' end that the particular mails are not getting delivered. He suggested me waiting again till morning and to report again if the problem persists while the technical team resolves the issue at night. The suggestion felt genuine enough so I checked all my ids in morning for the mail. But no luck this time as well. Another point for amusement was that while jabong id failed to deliver return forms...the days marketing newsletter mails msg...everything was raining in on my ids.

                          I called again and this time CCEs are quite familiar with my case. Their systems shows all the requests and calls i made in last 24 hours and their sing song voices have changed to the stubborn ones those just wanted to get rid of the situation. I asked her about the return form and she insisted me to send it on my own without any return form. I denied that completely bcoz when jabong system has failed to send a pdf file what is the surety it would not fail upon received the product and denies to acknowledge the return shipments and I an left with no product and no money. I want a proof in hand that the product is returned to them. Then she came with the idea of giving another pincode for the arrangement of the drop ship.

                          Like what...seriosly are you guys at Jabong that dumb that you want me to move to another place so that you guys do your job right.

                          Having pissed off enough, I insisted to talk to the supervisor. She came in with the real shockers.

                          1. According to her, Jabong was facing technical issues and the return forms can't be sent.
                          2. She again suggested me to travel to another place to drop ship the packet. I am at Panipat and would have to go to Delhi if I go with her suggestions. Great...!!!
                          Then why wouldn't I shop there physically without bothering shopping online. What is the purpose of your site if I need to travel such length. Please keep your services to yourself only...we would find our sellers in market ourselves...!!!
                          3. She claimed that the drop ship facility for my place has been taken back...oh when...you mean overnight when you failed to send the return forms. Then why is it still showing on your websites. Why haven't you mailed me to inform about the same. Why is there no update on you facebook page.

                          Nice try jabong...but sorry to bust the bubble...it doesn't work in your favor.

                          After having enough sh** from her, I disconnected and after cooling down started to pack the products with the thoughts of sending the package back on my own and my miseries got another raise. I draw out the invoice that jabong sent me in the first courier and it was only for the handbag. No mention of the jagging and in second package also there was no invoice only the jegging with a poly cover bearing jabong code. Applauds...!!!

                          I call jabong again to confirm their procedures in the case where customers send the package on their own and there she mentions the Original invoice...and people that too when...the jabong hasn't sent it not on email id and not in hard copy with the product. I inform her about the new findings about the invoice goo[censored]p and she runs to her supervisor and is given with the solution that i need to send my product back with an a4 size paper with order id, product returned and my name mentioned on it, not forgetting to mention that about the confirmation of products receiving at the warehouse she can't promise anything and I can track it down with courier tracking id.
                          It couldn't have gone any worst...!!!

                          My question is that a return form and an original invoice is their ultimate condition for the return so that it goes down to their warehouse safe and intact. Then how do the suggest their customers to send the product back without any of these things and still not worry about the product and money all getting lost...????????

                          Well...team Jabong that is a real nice way to pocket all the customers' money as well as returned shipments.

                          Another thing to mention is that Jabong sent me a referral points of RS 100 on my id on the Morning of March 11, 2014 which for me was their try to sooth my nerves for all the mess going on. But I wasn't neither impressed nor interested having them...and the funniest thing happens...Jabong takes them back as well after my last call...!

                          The final nail in the coffin is...I confirmed calling their courier service partners i.e. First Flight Courier Ltd, Panipat about the jabong drop return facility withdrawal from the site...and they confirmed that the service is still there with them and have no clues about it taken back from the site.

                          Now all I have is

                          1. No online/ hard-copy Invoice
                          2. No return form
                          3. A misfit useless jegging
                          4. A bucket full of Jabong Customer care Executives' appologies, trash totally, bcoz they don't really care for their customers.
                          5. Roughest experience of online shopping
                          6. An advice to all to totally ignore Jabong.com for the sake of their Money, time and Patience.

                          Hello Team Jabong,

                          The transaction, I was expecting to be the worst one on my online purchase history list actually turned out to be a nice and cheerful one.

                          Yeah...after filing this complaint, I received a call from Mr. Gaurav who understood my frustration and gave instant solution. As a customer I understand that such wrongs can happen but what I expect is an excellent after service/post care which was not there when I raised my issue multiple times and team was not able to resolve the matter due to technical faults that Mr. Gaurav explained to me was going on at Jabongs' end at that time. He offered me an exchange without returning the misfit product that I wanted to return. Well...that was a very generous solution.

                          I got my jegging two days back but bcoz of festivities during these days, I could not update status here on the same day. I am very happy that after some bad reponses...Jabong came forward to solve the issue and made me feel important and worthy customer again.

                          I am looking forward to order more things I was interested in and hope Jabong to remain on my favorite shopping sites list from now on.

                          Thanks a lot Team Jabong, especially Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Rahul Bhardwaj for their great help...I am very glad...!!!

                          I am all ready to return the wrong sized product...Please inform me when your courier partners are ready to collect that. When I strive for good customer care, I also look for not to take any unfair privilege of being one.

                          Just one update for the team, The product I got as replacement was also without any invoice. Since the zero value order was raised, i doubt its a practise to drop one in package or not in such cases. But otherwise please inform your partner groups to check all the parameters before sending the packages.

                          Hey Guys,

                          I am having a torrid time with JABONG and having sleepless nights :( for the past one week.

                          I bought from Jabong, an Arrow trouser, Navy Blue, 36" size, REGULAR FIT..a week back
                          and what i received was an Unwearable Narrow slim fit trouser, which did not even enter my legs.
                          There is NOT even a product code mentioned on the sticker.
                          On top of it the JAVAs team which does the courier work, was in such a kind o[censored]rgency that he did not even wanted to wait for a minute after delivering the wrong product.
                          On the same day I raised a complaint with Jabong team and from that day onwards it started what I call it as "JABONG TORTURE".
                          Every day someone will call and confirm if I want a replacement, once i confirm the details he will say that he will escalate it accordingly and do the needful. But again the second day another fellow from customer support of JABONG will call again and take down the same old details which I had provided the day before. Like this it is six days now and still waiting for the correct product.

                          Now to TOP it all, now they are saying that they dont have an exact replacement of the correct size and correct fit.
                          Hence they they will provide some other equivalent product of a different brand which I agreed to. But still they are yet to replace it with that. I am frustrated and dont know how many more days this torture will continue.


                          Please never ever try this E-commerce seller called JABONG to buy any product. This E-com SELLER JABONG is a CHEAT. This is my opinion so far, as I am having a torrid time so far.
                          Being a poor Indian customer, I have lost all hopes now!

                          I had placed an order with number [protected] on 18 September for value of 2500 but delivered worth value of 1400 Rupees and other 1100 Rupee products are missing. Where are my products? Otherwise give back my money.

                          ORDER NO. : 141016445886439 been nearly a month and the product is not yet delivered and no information of current status

                          I ordered two formal shirts and one was delivered 1-2 days before delivery day but the other order has not yet been delivered. Its going to be almost a month now. No current information about the status. Very very disappointing.

                            I had purchased one item with order no [protected] dated 01 feb 2014. The item was faulty so I requested to refund the item, but the response which I have got from Jabong.com team was pathetic even I wondered how they are surviving in this competitive time.
                            I requested on 18th feb 2014 for replacing the item or refund the money their team promised me to collect the item within 3 days maximum i.e. upto 21st feb 2014. I called them on 21th feb regarding the same for asking about time when their representative will come to collect the item they told me at the end of the day it will be completed. But neither the item got collected from me nor I get any call/message from Jabong.com team (Pathetic). I called them at least 50 times from 22nd feb to 24th feb regarding the same but the response was pathetic. They always promised to resolve the issue in 1 or 2 hour even I talked with so called supervisor or manager named Mr Deepak and Mr Sumit about my issue, as usual once they promised but failed to keep it they even ignored my call. It was simply pathetic.

                            In whole process I never get a single call from Jabong team about the whole issue which was unbelivable, enev I wondered How these people survive in this compitive world. I request all of online shoppers, Plz stay away from Jabong as you will receive only faulty item and once they collect money from you then it will become your headache to replace or refund your money.

                            Even it is not a matter of some money but the confidence or trust they breaches with me was very bad for them. I will never purchase any item from Jabong as the confidence which I have gained from other online retailer was totally very gud but with Jabong teaches me never buy any product from Jabong.com.

                              Hi, this is Anil Kumar from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. I had ordered a Truhome Ambienti 32 Pcs Melamine Dinner Set from jabong.com. The order no. was [protected]. It was delivered to me today on 08.02.2014 at about 12:30 PM. When I paid the money to the delivery boy, I asked him to let me check it first. But he insisted to pay the money first. He then left after taking the money Rs. 1138/- (1099 for dinner set and 39 for COD charges). When i opened the carton, i found that one quarter plate and one serving bowl lid were broken. I am highly disappointed and want my money back or replacement of the dinner set with a fresh, unbroken one. Thanks

                                Jabong order number [protected] I purchased (pre-paid) a spacewood wardrobe from jabong on 7th january 2014. Now after 26 days, I have been informed today that the item could not be dispatched. This too happened after I raised complaint in your department once the promised dispatch day is crossed (25 days after the order). No clear reason was provided why the item could not be dispatched and moreover, the Jobong website still shows the same product on their website as available for order and devliery at my location in gurgaon. here is the link: http://www.jabong.com/spacewood-Platinum-Brown-4-Door-Wardrobe-136373.html My recommendation: Do not buy furniture items from jobong. they will waste your time and energy and in the end you will end up banging your head on the wall.

                                  Hello People, From Today ( 27/01/2014) Jabong.com wants to everyone to pay extra 5% Tax to all the customer who buy products under their discount scheme . For Example : Jabong.com has a discount of flat 30% ( 27/01/2014) on all products . So if any customer buys any product with discount than the customer pays the full MRP price, but as soon as some one tries to use the discount code of their sale into the cart while checking out, they will display a price of Tax collected - XYZ amount after the discount price . So in short after you take a 30 % discount with the voucher code they will charge you extra 5% under the name of Tax which is completely illegal . There are no such Taxation rules . All the products have vat inclusive in their MRP . Any type of Vat or any tax cannot be charged over and above the Retail product MRP .So when Jabong says 30% discount technically it works out to be just 25% . If Jabong cannot afford to sell products with 30% discount than they should sell at 25% discount and not charge unofficial unethical misleading 5% Tax . This is clear misleading . BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE ...

                                  How can Jabong claim that VAT is not included in the product. There is MRP on the product, which includes VAT. This id fringinging Indian tax laws.
                                  You should better buy products from Amazon.in and Homeshop18.com.Both sites are fair dealing sites.They are offering genuine discounts, giving free shipping and having good return policy.Also they have genuine sellers on their sites, and not bogus sellers.Product description is good, terms of payment are clearly specified, clear shipping policy without any hidden costs.Also wide range of products on these sites.Amazon and Homeshop18 are providing free shipping even on very low priced products, e.g. even a product which is below Rs. 100 comes with absolute free shipping.

                                    I have brought a fast track watch under jabong.com . and it was found as defective and now that has been broken . when i called to the corresponding people they simply washed off their hands by saying that replacement cant be done . such a waste site ever saw . don't buy any products under this site better buy them at stores..

                                      I could not see anything on this link. All what I am looking forward to is resolution of my complaint. Either shoe replacement or money refund.                                         I placed an order on jabong (1st mistake, when i was getting same product from Flipkart) and the order was despatched on time, however when the order reached Mumbai, I got an sms that your order will be at your door steps by today. I stayed at home to receive the order, however i got a call in the evening that due to some personal problems the courier guy is unable to deliver it today and will be delivered tomorrow. I agreed (2nd Mistake, i should have asked them to deliver that day itself). Next day same thing, even worst no body called to inform that courier is not being delivered. when i called to enquire, they say we shall try to deliver it by evening, but no body turned up to deliver. I have to gift the product to a friend on his marriage tomorrow.
                                        -- Jabong says " We take pride in delivering on time, every time!!" so untrue...
                                        complained 3 times today on Jabong Customer care, no resolution. You dont give goJaVAS number (Courier). you dont give their address so that atleast i can pick up the order from their office. pathetic service from JaVAS.
                                        Called up JaVAS, they say contact Jabong, we are not handling these orders. Nice way to fool the customers with two names, Jabong and JaVAS. but ultimately no one is responsible.
                                        I want the order to be delivered today, as i have to gift it in a marriage tomorrow.
                                        i ordered just because you said will be delivered on or before 09/01/2013, and your website claims We take pride in delivering on time, every time!!.
                                        I have complained on Jabong community support webpage also, but this forum is just to warn other customers that be careful while placing order on Jabong (especially a prepaid order). No commitment from their end, no body ever calls back to inform about your order status, even after escalating the problem with their customer care manager, floor supervisor and executive. I have names of all customer care executives i have spoken with.
                                        Their standard reply will be "We assure you that your query will be resolved on priority basis."
