Hello, Request ID :2106050 Order No : [protected] Refund mode : Jabong Credit I received the above details when I requested for a refund from Jabong.com. I was not a registered customer at Jabong so they said me that it would be refunded to Jabong account so that it can be reused for future purchases at jabong. However, I tried to set up an account where I entered my email id . As soon as I entered it, it displayed that this email id is already registered!! Then I tried to reset the password as i doubted whether ever in any time I have at all created an account and a message came up stating that the password reset link have been mailed to your mail id but have never received any mail from their end . I emailed them again and to add more to this mess, they have replied me with the same answer that 'a passowrd reset mail has been sent to your mail id'. In such a scenario, it fills me with high disaapointment to understand that they do not even read the mail and its problem outlined clearly before replying. It was hilarious to see that they have echoed the same mail as their reply to me. I just need the refund [Rs.627] amount asap as otherwise am sure that they would then remind us of the 30 days timeline !! Regards, -Rumpa

There hasbeen an issue with jabong. I understand that there is a heavy back log due to festive season. but i trusted jabong and placed the order with jabong, even after the fiasco of FLIPKART. Jabong has always fullfilled my expectations and even requests. this scenario that has happened wih me is little upsetting . orders delivery was bit delayed . I do not hold any one responsible for that, but the only issue is that the order was placed for some ocassion, and that ocassion was not met.Now the problem was ayt my family as the occasion was passed and i was unable to make my mother happy. However my email to [protected]@jabong.com solved the issue. They called me and listen to me, and resolved the concern. Placed another order and the new order was delivered before time . All please dro email to the Head of the department of Jabong in case u need to escalate the issue . IT well Help you .

    Hi, In the era of Online Shopping, I had my worst experiance of all my E-commerce deals ever. My order details are == Product name Solid Black Crepe Palazzo Pants SKU MI863WA88ACPINDFAS-902816 Order #[protected] of 16/08/2013 01:42 == Here are he list of issues I faced with Jabong : 1. I got defected product. 2. Running behind them for Ex-change 3. Learnt a lot of GYAAN from Customer Support (Eg - Don't use the product as we shall not accept the product) 4. Before purchase, they say no questions asked for 30 days replacement (After purchase they give you N conditions for Ex-change) In my case the should exchange the product immediately as the delivered product was defected when I opened 5. They don't have XXL of selected product 6. While communicating with CCare, they say you can not choose those products as replacement which are being sold by Jabong Partners (I don't find any product which is not sold by Jabong Partner) ITS A DIRECT CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMERS. I have 10 email chains and 3 calls for one exchange. But still I have defected product of Jabong in my hand.... This is my FIRST & LAST deal with JABONG. I demand a complete refund of my order, if Jabong can not get me the product I want from their website. Kashi

    There hasbeen an issue with jabong. I understand that there is a heavy back log due to festive season. but i trusted jabong and placed the order with jabong, even after the fiasco of FLIPKART. Jabong has always fullfilled my expectations and even requests. this scenario that has happened wih me is little upsetting . orders delivery was bit delayed .             Am Elango,

            I have bought the product "Lst125" squash rocket against the order number [protected] in March 2013, hardly used this (once in a week) in spite of that the rocket strings were broken within 3 months. I have reported this with sufficient proofs attached (snap shots) and asked for an exchange however Jabong denied that saying the vendor is not willing to exchange the item. i am escalating this since genuinely i feel that the company is disloyal and cheated me as consumer.
            i have trusted Jabong hence i ordered the item. But they have delivered the sub-standard/poor quality items.
            In my view, Jabong the company is only trying to build the brand without taking care of the customers. As a consumer i am requesting everyone to be cautious before ordering any items through this online shopping site.

              My wife bought a 5 gm gold coin of Rs 14650/- from jabong team.com on 25 April 2013. The company promised to ship the consignment between 5-8 days. The coin has not been received uptill now and the customer care is also not sure when the coin will be received. She wishes to cancel the order but they denied saying that the order is non-cancellable. No senior person regarding the matter is assuring the date of delivery. I wish that my money should be refunded. We dont need any gold coin.

                  I had received Jabong Discount coupon of Rs. 1500, on joining GOLD's Gym.
                  When I tried to purchase certain products from the portal, the coupon was being rejected.
                  I tried calling up JABONG Customer support and submitted my complaint with complaint ID 787338 on 17.4.13.
                  I received a call back that this coupon is not applicable on discounted whereas the Terms and Conditions mentioned on the coupon stated otherwise.
                  On the back of the coupon, in the Terms and Conditions, on the third points it is clearly mentioned that the coupon can be used on "discounted as well as non-discounted products".
                  I sent the scanned copies to the Customer Support team, and lodged another complain ID no. 807798 on 23.4.13.
                  I received a call back from the Escalation Team Manager - Shimpy. I gave her all the information regarding the case and on seeing the scanned copy of Terms and Conditions on the Coupon she assured me that the issue will be resolved within next 24 hours. I did not receive any call from anybody for next 48 hours. I then again called up the customer support and spoke with Prakshi, and then with Nafisa the Superviser of CS team.
                  I called up again on 30.4.13 and spoke with Anil of CS team, who assured me I will receive a call back. No one called.
                  I again called up on 1.5.13, and spoke with Mehul of CS team, he got me to speak with Nafisa (Superviser of CS team), who again tols me that she will speak to the concerned deptt and let me know.

                  I have been on their (JABONG) tail for last 14 days and nothing has been done till date. I feel helpless, and I know that I may not be able to find a solution to the issue, but will fight to the end and take it to its logical conclusion, even if I have file a case in the Consumer courts.

                      I have Ordered "Burberry Weekend” perfume (100 Ml one) .When I received the perfume, it looked fine; the label, packaging etc. everything looks authentic. But when I sprayed, it smelled horrible and cheap .Since I have used the perfume earlier, I know how it smells. I can vouch and say it’s a fake.

                        I had placed an order via jabong.com (order #[protected]) on 20/03/2013. I received a message on 25/03/2013 saying my partial order (a bag and a shirt) with docket no. 20910779 has been delivered by Javas while it was not the case. I had filed a complaint on 25th ,reference number 630046 ,and was told that within 24 hours i would receive a concrete answer after an internal inquiry.
                        The customer care is disappointing and all they do is parrot out standard replies saying they'll get back in 24 hours and that they have escalated matters (to i don't know where).Since it was a prepaid order, my money ( approx. Rs 3000) is equivalent to being stolen.
                        Also as it was meant as a gift I have no use for the products now, if in case they do decide to deliver my products.
                        I would like to reiterate the fact that its none of my concern whether the jabong SYSTEM shows my products have been delivered. For all I know this company is running a scam and has illegally taken my money without delivering my products. I have as per my complaint NOT received my shipment as promised.

                          I would like to register a complaint against JABONG.COM the famous online shopping website. I ordered a ladies top worth Rs.700 (order number [protected]) and since there was a little problem with the size of the top i returned it back through courier which again cost me around Rs.115 after the website assured me of 'cash back return' along with the courier charges. After filling up all the formalities they kept on postponing the return and when they finally returned it, they paid me only Rs. 796 instead of Rs.815 instead of the assured courier charges. (My complaint number in jabong - 498250) I would like to have the full repayment of my purchase from the website including the courier charges.

                            i have ordered a rayban sunglasses from jabong.com on 28/02/13 ( order no-[protected]).
                            however when i got the sunglasses and opened the packing i was really surprised. they have send the glasses without any hard packing and as a result of they thy got damaged during transit and now they are not ready to replace the product. Really i dont know are their illiterate people in the dispatch and packing team of jabong that doesn’t even know that they need to pack it properly before dispatching them. This is the worst site i have ever come across. i have been shopping from myntra, yebhi, bestylish,ebay, tradus, homeshop18 etc but this is the by far worst site ever. i would suggest that not to buy from them because in the end it will be us who have to suffer. they will simply say sorry and shrug their responsibility towards customer. pathetic site.

                            There hasbeen an issue with jabong. I understand that there is a heavy back log due to festive season. but i trusted jabong and placed the order with jabong, even after the fiasco of FLIPKART. Jabong has always fullfilled my expectations and even requests. this scenario that has happened wih me is little upsetting . orders delivery was bit delayed . I do not hold any one responsible for that, but the only issue is that the order was placed for some ocassion, and that ocassion was not met.Now the problem was ayt my family as the occasion was passed and i was unable to make my mother happy. However my email to [protected]@jabong.com solved the issue. They called me and listen to me, and resolved the concern. Placed another order and the new order was delivered before time . All please dro email to the Head of the department of Jabong in case u need to escalate the issue . IT well Help you .

                              This is the second time within 2 months , I am complaining against the above company. There are so many online fashion companies in this segment, but it is worst of all those. In between so many problem arise with them which I resolve by phone. This is very unfortunate as well as unexpected from this type of renounced company. Each and every order is problematic. Sometime regarding Coupon, sometime relate to product quality or service. They believe in the sense " JO DIKHTA HAI, WOHI BIKTA HAI" . Everything is not similar with their website. How customer believe those policies which into their website. Not only that customer care executives are also advised differently. There is not any co-ordination in between them. For that reason we means customers are misguided by them. So, my earnest request is that please take a strong steps against the entire system of the above company.

                                I had ordered a FILA shoes/sneakers from JABONG.COM of size 10 (which is the correct size for me in all the brands i purchased my footwear till now) & which costs Rs.1609. I recieved the shoes & after a week when i had to go out, i tried to wear the shoes but however it was so tight that i couldn't insert my leg in it. So i kept the shoes back in its case, called them back [within 30 days as per jabong's exchange policy] and asked them to give me a size replacement. But as they had no bigger size shoes of the same type, i chose to get my money back.
                                They sent a person & he took the shoes from me in a good & unused condition & gave an acknowlegement for that. However after about 10 days some one from jabong called me to inform that the refund cannot be made as the shoes has been used & is not in a re-sellable condition! How can it be used when i couldn't even wear it?? its not even removed properly from the cover!! And more over i asked them to give me a size bigger than this or at least another product in the same price range, JABONG has refused for that as well. All they are saying is, it has been used & cant be exchanged or replaced for anything else! I don't understand how is that even possible.
                                These guys definitely are running a SCAM business...... I request the concerned authorities to please look into it & stop this cheating as it would give justice to many people like me who have been cheated. I hope this will be looked into seriously & justice will be given for many people who are getting cheated.

                                  Jabong.com online service sucks as I try to redeem the gift coupon(New Year gift provided my employer) of Rs 1500/- through their online website failed saying the voucher is already utilized and cannot redeem or it is invalid. Never ever seen a waste customer service people @ Jabong. Find the below screenshot after putting the valid voucher code. Please dont try to opt for Jabong voucher service if you are wishing to gift any of your friends or colleagues.

                                    I purchased a bendly bag from jabong.My order date was 7th Jan,2013.Within a month bag got damaged.When I tried to return the product,customer support person advised me to "google" the jabong centre in chennai and try to fix the issue.Afterwards the customer support is not listening to my calls and pretending that they are not able to hear me.

                                    So I experienced the poor quality of the product and fake customer support.

                                        I bought 2 Jeans from them and both of them were misfit with respect to the size.
                                        I called them and requested for exchange with the same products with different sizes. They denied saying that Exchange is not available on these products and said that I can Return the products. So I accepted it and asked for a reverse pick up but they said it is not available for my location. I know some people who got reverse pick up but I still accepted that as well and sent those products by myself to the following address.

                                        I did mention the Order numbers and Refund Request ID numbers respectively on both the parcels.

                                        Product reached their location on Jan 1st/2nd and when DTDC tried to deliver the products, Jabong refused to accept them. I called DTDC and came to inquire that they said that Jabong dint accept the parcels and they asked to send an email by the courier service. I told DTDC people that I had already raised a ticket and mentioned those ID numbers on both the parcels. DTDC guy showed the same to Jabong's delivery location but still they did not accept them which I consider that the foolish thing that I never heard from any company who has return process.

                                        I called Jabong and informed the same and they said there is no way that they will refuse a parcel. Then I conferenced the call with DTDC at their place and DTDC guy explained everything that had happened and Jabong agent spoke with her supervisor and directed DTDC to deliver the product to security gaurd at a certain location.

                                        DTDC tried to deliver again and J refused again. I requested them to try again n J refused again and at this time, DTDC told that they cant try to deliver anymore and I had to literally plead them to hold the product while I spoke with Jabong. I called Jabong again and explained the situation and requested to give the contact of a person to whom DTDC can deliver or arrange a reverse pickup from DTDC which is a few Kms away from them and they said they will look into it and promised a call back by the end of the Day. They dint keep the promise and they called next day to say that "We will check what we can do".

                                        DTDC shipped back the product to the Origin. I called Jabong and they said they will arrange a Reverse Pickup from my location Now.

                                        Called J when products reached us and they said that Reverse pickup will be done in 2/3 days and confirmed the address as well but no response for 3 days. Called them on 21st and their Agent said that they see a documentation which conveys and that we called them and said that "We will ship the product by ourselves" Which is FALSE and doesn't make any sense. She then said that she raised another ticket now and Reverse pickup will be done in 48hours. Again No response. Called them today and now another agent said Reverse pickup was not even authorized and he will try to raise a ticket now.

                                        This is called Humiliation. False words indicate Cheating. For every call, I had spent a minimum of 20Rs. Why in the world I had to conference the call with Courier service because of Jabong's mistake of refusing the parcels n plead them to hold them? My 2000+ money that i spent on the products and 350Rs+ on shipping, 200Rs+ on calls and much more than anything, I had been made a Fool by Jabong by false words.

                                        I will wait for a week to get my money back as there is a Mistake on my end too which is buying from Jabong and after that I will make sure that they get what they deserve.
