My first humble request to JIO team to please remain in contact. None of the phone nos. are working / No update on portal. There are several queries which we need an answer. Because of no connect with JIO team people in general are losing faith. Please do understand this. Personally I have send many mails / physical letter but no response at all.
My query is that my Aunt Mrs. Varsha Bharatkumar Shah is part of JIO Phase 2 insurance policy from past 2 years. Last year unfortunately she has been detected with Cancer and we treated her and got the claims as well. Thanks a lot for the same. She has been further advise to undergo a Chemo therapy and the renwal of this phase-2 will happen in the month of April. We want to know that in renewal also we will be getting the same benefits or not? Also please let us know when the renewal date.

    I have very experience with JIO insurance.
    To use the photo of maharajshri in advertisement they are picking the pockets of JAIN shrawak.
    i was admitted in hospital in the month of july and icici lombard told we dont have any hospital linked with JIO in indore city means what while you dont have chain of hospital and you picked our pocket with 17000/= Rupees
    I also made with this problem to Maharajshri in Matunga in a highrise buliding in aircondition hall on 26th Jan and he promised to solve our problem but still not satisfy.
    I want to aware all jain fellow pls dont get confidence with this insurance

    i would like to make a group not satisfy with this policy to take further action
    pls make a reply here

      i am cheated by the ICICI Lombard Insurance Company, because the company has disallowed a huge amount (ie. 191790 rs). Please do justice and help in getting the reimbursement of disallowed amount. we are already suffering and after seeing the claim amount, I feel completely cheated. so please reply as soon as possible.

      Regarding dis allowance of claim by M/S icic lombard insurance co ltd, insured may note that if his policy basic one, there are sub limits for room rent, doctors consultation, ward charges etc, he may check with insurer, since premium of basic one is very low, benefits also low.however insured may insist the insurer to furnish itemwise claim details in writing, if it is not according to T&Cs of policy, he may insist insurer to settle the claim as per policy conditions & specific reason for partial repudiation of claim in writing, if insurers response is not satisfactory or no response, he may approach insurance ombudsman against partial repudiation of claim by the insurer

        Still not recived any document or any update

          But till date i have not received the policy or the insurance id card.

          There is a operation for my mother this month
          so i dont know what can i do with this policy.
          whether i can have a cashless facility or claim after paying the hospital.
          but without any policy details i dont know how to proceed.

              we had bpayed for the JIO policy-7, part-2 gold scheme. I had paid Rs 13107.00 for the issuance of the policy of family floater 1+7. The policy has not been activated till date.

              You are advised for not making frauds on name of JAIN's and reimburse the paid amount with interest in the account of M/s SUNHERI SPECIALITIES COMPANY, BANK- YES BANK, ACCOUNT NUMBER - [protected] at the earliest to avoid the court case against your de-reputed NGO.

                    This complain is in regards to a mediclaim policy which JIO (i.e. Jain International Organiation) was supposed to renew and provide the insurance policy details. I and many others with our hard earned money have already made a payment of Rs 13259 to this company in the month of Oct'2016 but there is only false promises till date and the policy is not renewed.

                    I would request if there can be strict and stringent action taken against this company and provide either our money back or renew our mediclaim policy.

                      Jio mediclaim policy was launched by Param Pujya Naye Padma Sagarji with a very broad intention for whole Jain community. JIO must be worried due to present situation. Being true JIO family members, let us not complain OR think otherwise. JIO must have faced lot of challenges/complication for launching such big task. There may be problem, big issues but doesnot mean anything wrong intention for those who have come forward first time with such kind of noble cause for whole Jain community. If at all policy can not be renewed for any serious reason, we should stand with JIO. We can get mediclaim policies from other companies too...so need not to panic but let us co operate and expect better solutions in future...BUT we should thank you JIO for such noble thought for each & every jaini..

                            I have done the online renewal of family mediclaim policy 18th oct, 2016 for which i have received only one sms stating due to diwali. I have still not received policy and have not given the claim registration details of my policy. My Uncal has admitted in hospital on 29/11/2016 and operated on 03/12/2016 for which i can't registered claim due to non availability of policy details. I have checked with last year company for renewal and claim registration on my policy, they have told that the policy was not renewed with them. Now i have no other option then make complain as i have not received any reply of the complain made on their site.

                                Dear sir,
                                Undersigned had applied with jain international organization for High networth insurance (Jio hni) mediclaim policy was issued in feb'16 in the name of Arjun V. Kothari through oriental insurance co, bearing no. 530000/48/2016/50, which. is Rs 15 lakh family floater plan for 1 year.

                                The patient has been diagnosed and later operated for fistula in ano at Gupta Nursing Home dated 9th Jan'17 (other details attached herewith)for which total amount claimed Rs. 45, 150 (details of expenses along with there receipts are attached herewith) for which Health India Tpa has been duly intimated for scheduled operation beforehand.

                                Duly submitting the claim form(3 copies) along with all the relevant req. doc. through registered post on dated 16th jan'17, against which, the Insurance Company paid Rs. 30, 000 only, citing reaosn as REASONABLE AND CUSTOMARY CHARGES PAID FOR OPERATION and deducted sum of Rs. 12900 as operation charges and completely ignored pharmacy charges of Rs. 2250 .
                                Amount as Originally Claimed :

                                1.Consultation charges - 400/-
                                2.ELISA (Retrovirus test charges) - 500/-
                                3.Operation charges - 42000/-
                                4.Pharmacy Bill - 2250/-

                                5.Total - 45150/-

                                The above policy does not states any ceiling charges or upper limit for the ailments against illness as stated in there terms and conditions of the mediclaim policy THUS explains high premium amount of Rs.44000 annually as they claim to cover all your hospital bills, thats the only reason we choose this policy on all of the other policies and now they say REASONABLE CHARGES will only be paid.
                                I mailed to there grievances team to explain the deductions they made in claim amount on Feb 8th, but no reply being received as such for the above.

                                I had claimed only the obvious charges of operation which i had duly paid to the hospital for the same and thus requesting you to order the Jio(oriental Insurance) for reimbursement of pending amount of Rs. 15150/- at the earliest.

                                All the other details are attached herewith.

                                I have used Jio wallet in BMS app but the transaction failed in BMS app and the amount is not yet reversed to my Jio wallet number [protected]. Kindly check with this.

I had to admit my mother to a hospital due to some emergency. on 14/11/16 and same has been intimated on phone as well as mailed to prudent brokers Mr.Varun and got a return mail saying it has been forwarded to concerned dept and will update soon and after repeated mails they are not concerned to reply mails and not keen to answer phone calls as most of the numbers are been disconected or switch off and not updating the renewal staus nor my premium what they have taken the money update they have put lakhs of jain brothers on ride by not issuing the Mediclaim nor given any clarity on the same.

                                    I had already paid the premium to renew the above mentioned policy on 21/10/16. But the policy has not yet started due to their internal problems. I had to admit my father to a hospital due to some emergency. Even though I had renewed the above policy, I am unable to register my claim as I don't have any details of policy. I also visited the JIO office but there is no one who is able to answer my claim. Please help me with this issue.

                                      I have paid thru. ICICI net banking rs.13352.69 for Group Insurance in my name (hitesh shah jio id no.[protected]) dated 26.10.16 but till that no response from JIO or any Insurance company.
                                      I feel i was cheated as i have to claim on that but no health card issued by JIO till dated ie 14.02.2017 .
                                      Initially they inform that negotiation is going with prudent insurance company but till date nothing is happen.
                                      As we have paid to Jio for family health insurance we have no concern with which company they deciding.
                                      There r so many reminder for my health made thru. email but not a single reply from that side. just a shame for JIO.
                                      PLZ. look in to the matter urgently.

                                        Me ATUL KATHED resi...AHMEDNAGAR have a phase 3 policy. but as last date of it was[protected]. but due to lack of contact with jio office, i could not renew my policy. so i REQUEST pls look in it and do the needy urgently. as maharaj saheb are doing very good for all jain people.i thank them from my bottom of heart.                                         My phase 3 mediclaim policy expired end of january 2017 and there is no renewal notification form jio mediclaim org for renewal of the policy.
                                        my policy has expire!!!
                                        If someone from jio can come to my rescue and advise me how to renew the existing phase 3 policy, i shall greatly appreciate.
