(i) I have paid an amount of Rs. 13352.69 on 19-0ct 2016 for health insurance to Jain
International Organization (JIO).

But after three months also I have not got my policy documents, e-cards and certificates for income tax
benefits.

I have been asking them to send my above mentioned documents because my mother is serious and need
immediate treatment.

If anything happens to my mother & lives of any member of my family due to non availability of the
treatment due to above mentioned reasons following persons are responsible.

(i) Jain International Organization executive body including President, Vice President, Chairman &
other members etc.
(ii) Prudent Broker India Pvt. Ltd.
(iii) Other members which are directly or indirectly included in this process.

Like me thousands of customers have been victimized and all are suffering due to mismanagement of JIO.

I urge the police to book the case against all of them and send them behind the bar.

      My phase 3 mediclaim policy expires end of january 2017 and there is no renewal notification form jio mediclaim org for renewal of the policy.
      Only 3 days remaining before the policy expires. If the renewal is not done on time ie before the end of january 2017, my policy will expire!!!
      If someone from jio can come to my rescue and advise me how to renew the existing phase 3 policy, i shall greatly appreciate

          Dear sir,
          Undersigned had taken HNI policy bearing No. 530000/48/2016/507 issued by JIO through Oriental Insurance company in the name of KUSHAGRA SANDEEP SINGH PARAKH .Patient is suffering with Blood cancer (Hodgkin's Lymphoma) . After issuance of policy u/s was getting cashless benefit for first four months but from july'16, cashless facility was withdrawn and undersigned was asked to take reimbursement by submitting claim forms. Duly completed claim forms(3 nos) along with all relevent documents were handed over in the office of Health India at Anand commercial compound, Gandhi nagar, Vikroli, Mumbai on dated 23rd july 2016. Further 2 nos duly completed claim forms along with all necessary documents were also sent to sameHealth India, vikroli office thru Blue Dart courier in the month of September'16, acknowledgement of which was received thru email from health india.
          Deficiencies in claim forms as intimated by Health India thru email dated 04.09.16 were taken care and all requisite documents were sent thru Blue Dart courier, receipt of which was confirmed thru teltalk.

          As such claims of about Rs. 1.80 lac are lying pending since july and sept.16, you are therefore requested to look into the matter and arrange to issue instruction for reimburse the due claims .

          Please arrange to release claims or let me know the status of my claims per return mail.

            I have Phase-3 policy which is expiring on 31st Jan. I am not sure how to renew, where to renew. I have JIO ID but never received JAC ID. Now cannot login to their website. I tried reaching to their cust care numbers but no response. Dropped multiple mails, no response. Submitted complaints on their websites but no response. Its difficult to believe that such huge organization cant have clear communication process. Looking at different complaints on this forum, I think communication from JIO is really poor and they should do something.

              I renewed my JIO mediclaim policy by paying premium of Rs.13107+Rs.152.48 transaction charge online through Pay U Money on 21.10.2016 of which payment receipt id is[protected]. I was existing holder of my mediclaim policy of family floater plan for Rs.5 lac.My JIO id is 017796.but till today my policy has not been renewed nor they are answering.They are not even answering to our phones. by email and mobile massages they are saying that due to internal problems of insurance company policy is not renewed and will done shortly. but after 3 months my policy is not nenewed.They also are not paying my premium money back nor giving answering about refund.               Just a few minutes ago i posted my complaint about JIO mediclaim renewel and a call came from JIO and demanded my ATM CARD details.how can I give this to any one on call?when a lot of fraud are ocuring ? they can refund my premium through cheque or draft or through a way from which they collected premium. We are doing many purchase by online and on cancelling our order never any company has demanded our private ATM details for refund.Refund always credits to our bank a/c.I think there is sure some fraud process ocuring.I just want my premium refund by cheque of direct credit to my bank A/c.                     I have paid the premium Rs.13352.69/-, NEFTUTR NO[protected], Idbi Bank, but till date nothing is decided in the matter.if the policy amount is credited in the account of insurance co then it MUST issue policy, they should not prolong the matter for such a considerable time, otherwise what is the meaning of insurance? what ever is there it must be very clearly clarified .if in a particular case the claim stands whether insurance co is going to pay that or it will just take the benefit of premium paid & after 1 year period is over it will issue policy so that the premium amount can be availed without any RISK? is it called an INSURANCE? pl clarify immediatly & should not be prolonged any more. - Mayur Sanghavi-[protected]/[protected].

                      I am sorry to write that despite my various e mails I have not got any reply about the status of the policy. I tried calling different phone numbers given on your web-site but did not get any reply. It reflects very poorly on such an elite organisation.
                      Please look into this and let me know which phase I will be enrolled and when the policy will commence.

                        Today I called to Jio help line they are telling thy will intimate you by mail or massage that policy will get renewal or not.
                        I ask I want to admitted my father in hospital so they told wait till 26th January. How it's so funny by Jio member.
                        We never think that like Jio jain international organization big organization who heaving world top most all leading business and now a day running on oxygen.

                            15 days left for phase 3 renewal. No msg for renewal etc. My jio no [protected]. Also policy renewal guidline not direct yet & it is advisable to time to time update of policy. Actually policy end date remind by jio but unfortunately we have to remember otherwise out policy disclose. If you are unable to service bcz of more customer, totaly useless reason.

                            I think so this is sad new for all o[censored]s.
                            I got some update from ICICI Lombard team that, JIO ends the tie-up with ICICI Lombard insurance. That is the reason they are not coming in picture.
                            Whenever for any policy comes to its end date, respected organisation starts the renewal process within week.

                              Six months I am trying to contact jio office but there is no response from jio office so PLS will you update further details I have already paid my jio policy since six month ago my name Jignesh k shah I haven't IDEA WHERE WE CONTACT for policy details so I again requested send my renewal policy.

I have subscribed to JIO Phase-7, Part-2 Gold scheme on 18/10/2016, but till date the policy has not came into existance. For the same I have paid online through SBI netbanking Rs.21998.78/- through payment id[protected]. My existing family floater policy is expiring on 21st January, and I don't want to be without insurance even for a single day, so I am planning to continue my existing policy with New India Assurance Co. Ltd., and want to quit from JIO Phase-7, Part-2 Gold scheme.

                                  I request you to please mail me the procedure to get refund of the payment I made for JIO Phase-7, Part-2 Gold scheme at [protected]@gmail.com, or if possible please refund online on the same account from where I made the payment.

                                    There are hardly 15 days left...and...no sms...or...email sent for Renewal Process..to my already regd.email and mobile as well.

                                      JIO has not issued policy for Shravak Arogyam phase 7, part 2 for which we had booked in October 2016 but no policy up to today. They have only messaged that they are still negotiating with the insurance company. It looks like phase 3 will also be indefinitely delayed or cancelled.

                                        I have Shravakarogyam policy in phase 3 with ICICI lombard. The policy of current year is valid upto 31 Jan17. I want to pay for renewal of the policy. But I dont know how and where, howmuch amount to pay. On contacting custemer care of ICICI lombard and JIO, I was told that I would get a email of renewal demand. I have not got any such mail as of now. Also I did not find any link for the said renewal.
                                        Please help me and send me the required info so that I can immediately do the payment.
                                        Rest, I do not have any complaints. Thanks for being one of the major financial support .
