Hello Sir,

My name is Vijay Kothari insure for Medical Policy of cover of 5 Lacs p.a.
My Employee Id is SAH106698. and Employee ID: ILGIC/49C/00/[protected]/S
Above mentioned policy commenced from 1st April 2015 and renewed last year in Mar'15 for the period of 1st April' 16 to 31st Mar' 17.

We are concerned as policy is about to complete the tenure and renewal phase is not open yet.

It would be helpful if you can share some information on renewal.
Jain International Organisation [JIO] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have taken the above insurance policy for my family for a coverage of 5 Lac rupees. The policy expired on 31/03/2017 and inspite of all the efforts to get the details of renewal and premium related queries, there is no reply from Jain international organization.

    My policy name is family floater 500000/-
    For that i have paid a premium of rs 13107/- on 19/10/2016but policy was not started.
    Now i got information from your side that new policy will be starts by online registration. But it asks sa id number while online registration but i don't have such sa id number so how can i register​ my police without sa id number. Kindly furnish me the details related to sa id number or how to register policy without sa id number please inform me urgently because registration date is 19/03/2017

    I had registered and paid for Jio mediclaim phase 7 part 2 gold scheme in october 2016. But I didn't received any documents till date. I am not able to contact any jio officer.
    Please provide me details.

        Dear sir,

        It is very sad to state that i being a jain and my coverage with jio. With the above details.
        My jio sa id : 24684

        I have already paid to the premium on 19th oct. 2016, but unfortunately due to the sudden change in policy and such as taking jio membership my policy could not be renewed.

        Will trying to no of time contact your no :[protected] / 24033340. But unable to get the calls matured, neither am i able to renew my policy online, the last date of renewal is 15 th march 2017, please advice me how can we do the same.

          Dear sir,

          It is very sad to state that i being a jain and also a senior citizen had my coverage with jio. With the above details jio sa id : jioouw220350

          But unfortunately due to the sudden change in policy such as taking jio membership my policy could not be renewed.

            Hi team,

            I am trying to renew my medical insurance policy which was started in oct 2016.

            Due to some reason there was delay in renewal from your end.

            I have paid a premium of rs60368.79 on[protected] with transaction id no.[protected].

            Now i am trying to renew on the given website with sa id no. Jio6ewf3492.

            I get an error message stating "check your sa id no. Sent through sms"

            I have checked the sa id no.& its correct but still i get the same error please help out with the issue.

            I am vardhaman kala my card no. ILGIC/H81/00/[protected]/S, as per my pan card and aadhar card my age is 55 years but in card that provided by jio there is age 50. When policy is opened i provided pan card and aadhar card copy also. So, my request is to modify the age in policy

              In the name of group insurance, policies were given & now there is no body to answer. It has become a member making business too. Even after paying for insurance premium there is certainty of policy details. Even the payment for JIO JAC card membership is taken & thereafter there is no response.

              For every query we are told to reach Huges Road office which is totally unfair.

              I have not yet recived my mediclaim card i have made payment on 20th october2016 pls clear the matter and if not pls refund my payment. i have taken phase7 womens plan

                I had paid a dd of rs 21594, dt 18/10/2016 for family floater insurance. i just got 1 or 2 sms stating that its under process. my web transaction id was P1RNG[protected]. AS ONLINE PAYMENT WAS NOT DONE, I SEND A DEMAND DRAFT OT THE STATED AMOUNT.
                NOW WHEN THERE IS RENEWAL OFFER WITH SOME OTHER COMPANY. I DONT GET ANY INFORMATION ON HOW TO SETTLE THE AMOUNT AND RENEW. I DONT EVEN GET THE SMS.

                  Renewal premiums were collected bu JIO 3 months back but thereafter no communication from JIO or Insurance brokers. JIO has withdrawn all contact numbers from their site. Lacs of Jains have joined in the group policy but now there appears to be a systematic fraud by JIO management team in collusion with the Insurance brokers. Those who have paid premiums and are not staying at Mumbai are totally helpless.

                  Matter needs a detailed probe otherwise people are in a disparate mood to file police complaints.

                            After this I mailed you 3 to 4 times about this matter, but still I haven't received any response from you,
                            I contacted to your email address and even to your registered telephone number about 100 of times but no response on the phone also, and usually these number goes with a busy tone.

                            Now what to do about this matter, so kindly send all our payments back as early as possible.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        In reference to renewal of Phase 3 JIO mediclaim policy I still have not received an update.

                                        In the name of noble cause are Jains getting fooled? It is over a month now that the policy should have been renewed but there is no information. I visited the JIO office on February 2nd and they promised the renewal will start in the last week of February but no news yet?

                                        No one answers the phone calls, no information on the website, Icici Lombard team cannot help, the number they shared no one answers the calls, emails get bounced back stating mailbox is full etc

                                        They can work on getting Phase 7 rollout but cant help the existing policy holders? They need to understand it is a risk for everyone as no one can tell when a emergency would arise and you dont have a mediclaim policy which is utmost important in todays life.

                                        I closed my mediclaim policy with other company as thought JIO was reliable and such an act isnt acceptable. No one is available to help.
