Its almost 13 days over since the policy expired.

I have already closed previous policies because of this and my parents are not covered by any insurance other then jio phase 3 policy. My father have closed all other insurance policies considering this one is for our jain community and better. But seems like this is big mistake

I am fine if you are not able to renew this policy but at least let us know if this is happening or not.

    We are having medclaim policy under group policy which has been survied by jain international organisation with assosiation of national insurence and tpa with vipul medcare, card no is [protected], name with Talakshi Shamji Mamaniya, residig at nalasopara, he was admited to hospital on 16/01/2017 and discharged on 21/01/2017, we had intimeted tpa on 17/01/2017 by phone, as on 17/01/2017 we had contacted to tpa, after this date tpa is not lifting the phone and we had also visited to jio office at sion, we didnt got proper guidence and not got any satisfied answers from them, also vipul med care is not lifting the phone, who is tpa for said mediclaim policy, we had intimeted tpa on 16/01/2017 and today is 12/02/2017 about to 1 month is pass, so now help us how we get our claim

    My policy was valid upto 31-jan-2017.But there is no message mo.no.[protected] S B RAKA
    I have also same problem. My policy was valid upto 31-jan-2017.But there is no message and intemation for the renewal of the policy.Please Guide me.

    Mr gala 87, instead of intimation over phone, you might have sent an e mail to tpa as well as insurer or in the form of hard copy of letter, insurer or tpa may say no call request was received from you for approval, if treatment is not cash less intimation within 48 hours of hospital admission or as per T&C of policy is required. Always maintain hard copy of record as as proof.

    Mr umeshraka, Always you may receive sms or letter from insurer for renewal, in absence of which there is a grace period of 30 days from due date for renewal, if there is a grace period remains you may renew your policy.
    they are lying, they are trying to save him self is not good practice of business we had call him and intimated them on 17/01/2017 as insurer was admitted to hospital on 16/01/2017, after that they were not lifting the phone and phone is not reachable, insurer was patient so he was not able to go for further process and notable to takel this situation as he is not so litterer, when i come to know that i had sent mail to shravak arogyam and prudential, so now help insurer and tell process, what to do,

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I had paid Rs.28, 565.00, for JIO Policy Phase 3, through SBI (Walkeshwar Mumbai branch) DD number 652920 as on 10dec2015 in favour of JIO - Shravak Arogyam, for Phase 3 Medicaid Policy (Family Floater) of Rs.10 lacs. The same was carried out through Alliance Insurance Brokers based out of 102, 1st floor, Ranee Villa, 10th road, JVPD Scheme, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai 400 049.

      My JIO ID has been - [protected].

      Despite rigorously followed up with them for last few months (more than a year), neither we have received the policy document nor amount has been refunded back.

      May we request you to take this official complaint and provide us with complaint number and get my money back with interest, ASAP.

        3rd ye renewal premium send, but no acknowledgement and policy is not renewed. premium paid on 21/10/2016 by SBI DD No.920634 for Rs.21594/- Now company keep phone unanswered and email s are not not replied. If our Gurumaharaj and the team feels unfit for the job then they should not go for such enterpranership.. There are so many complaints, My Jio SA ID 027328. SMS are very irregular.           I have taken mediclaim policy in phase I.SirI lodged a claim which has been rejected due to i have not given intimation with in 7 days.Sir as per policy terms & condition if intimation not given with in 7 days than claim would invite additional 10% co-payment over and above payable amount as per policy terms and conditions.i have been following since last 4 months but not getting any response .request to pls look the matter & resolve asap.

            Please let me know how can I renew my shravak arogyam phase-3 policy. The policy period is already over and no news for renewal..cant see any link or contact no where i can renew it plz help .my jio id :[protected] shreepal kothari ..i need to renew it urgent bcoz memeber of family already hospitalized coz of cardiac arrest my contact no-[protected]

            Plz look into d renewal procedure as soon as possible...no date ...no msg...no website ...no attending call...plz confirmm...as policies r already expired ..people who really need r suffering bcoz if inconvinence caused by service u r providing..time n money both r precious to us also..hope a positive response asap..
            My phase 3 mediclaim policy expired end of january 2017 and there is no renewal notification form jio mediclaim org for renewal of the policy.
            my policy has expire!!!
            If someone from jio can come to my rescue and advise me how to renew the existing phase 3 policy, i shall greatly appreciate.

              My Name is Praveen Chopra and I have taken one mediclaim policy from JIO with JIO SA ID : JIOGB0P8109. I have paid my renewal premium amounting to Rs.13352.69 as on 18.10.2016 through net banking as per procedure prescribed in the mail itself sent by JIO on my mail during Oct 2016. Since then, even after my repetitive reminder, no communication was from JIO about the status of my renewal, card etc.

              Unfortunately my father was admitted in the hospital due to some cardic problem and total expenditures w.r.t. this was around 3 lakhs. Now I am unable to understand how to lodge the claim because the tpa i.e. Vipul Medcorp Ltd found on the JIO site says that we don't have your policy no and all that so unable to process the same.

              Even I am confused where to lodge my claim. This is just a great cheating made by some people by using the name of Param Pujya Naypadmsagarji Maharajsaheb.

              Really shame on all these. Can anybody help me regarding this ?

              If no action will be taken by JIO I will definitely file a case through consumer court against JIO. I don't care about the reputation of Maraj Saheb which may kindly be noted. So treat it accordingly.

                1) Reason of late submission (As per JIO policy term & conditions:-ithin 45 days)
                2) ID proof.
                Sir, I have frequently submitted above queries through email. Till today I haven't got claim. I contacted many policy holders. Many of them are unsatisfied about JIO policy with Vipul medicorp.
                You are requested to look into the matter and resolve it.

                  My phase 3 mediclaim policy expires end of january 2017 and there is no renewal notification form jio mediclaim org for renewal of the policy.
                  If the renewal is not done on time ie before the end of january 2017, my policy will expire!!!
                  If someone from jio can come to my rescue and advise me how to renew the existing phase 3 policy, i shall greatly appreciate.

                    I Amol katariya have already done premium payment of phase 1 renewal online in October 16.But i have not received policy details.
                    Unfortunately I met with any accident on 06.01.17 and operated immediately.Total expenses is Rs 1.25 lakhs till date.
                    I have in follow up since then with JIO but every time either giving commitment of settlement of claim and most time no phone calls are received.K kindly do the needful but support in me financially.

                            First of all the name printed on card is wrong & no one bothered to reply with the status of the request made for the name change.

                            None of the numbers are working. No one responds.

                            Neither have an idea how to renew it nor any link or procedure is there. One the most pathetic service I have ever seen.

                            If they can see the complaint request them to call or share the number where we can connect with someone. My number is [protected]

                                JIO Phase III Group Medical Insurance policy - renewal premium

                                I have taken the above insurance policy for my family for a coverage of 5 Lac rupees. The policy expired yesterday and inspite of all the efforts to get the details of renewal and premium related queries, there is no reply from Jain international organization.

                                Also, upon contacting the insurer - ICICI Lombard General insurance company, they show their inability to help and simply directed me to the following contact no [protected]...

I wish to renew the policy but I have not received any renewal intimation and even I am not able to find any link for renewal of insurance. No support from JIO even after calling numerous times on customer care no answer at all.

                                  My Policy (JIO Phase 3) with ICICI Lombard was due to 31 Jan 2017. There was not a single email or message from the JIO side suggesting how to pay the renewal amount. I have tried calling them multiple times, but no response.

                                  The people at ICICI Lombard told me to connect with the JIO

                                      ONLY ONE DAY LEFT for phase 3 renewal. No msg for renewal etc. My jio no.[protected]. Also policy renewal guidline not direct yet & it is advisable to time to time update of policy. Actually policy end date remind by jio but unfortunately we have to remember otherwise out policy disclose. If you are unable to service bcz of more customer, totaly useless reason.
