I purchased a Mediclaim policy (Gold Plan) under "Shravak Arogyam Phase-6 Group Mediclaim policy" by paying 15, 572 Rs on 21st May 2016, assigned JIO ID - [protected], but haven't received any receipt or documents or even insurance card. tried contacting customer care and even dropped serveral emails to [protected]@jio.net.in, But no response, This is fraud

    My name is Sunil surana. I sent policy renewal form on 22/10/16 along with DD rs 13107 at jio Mumbai office.Till today I have no mail of renewal health card.jac no.changing two times.my father severely diseased but no help without health card.jio don't receive calls at Mumbai office. Jio never replied of renewal.Initially jio given me jac id no. JJA[protected]. Two n half months passed yet no mail of renewal.nothing in website clear to generate or to see where u can get updated health card ready.

      I have an hni policy i am a cancer patient policy clearly mentions all desieas are covered from day one, but they are rejecting on basis of this reasons. For with we visited there office in sion. But no use they also fell helpless in front of brokers made many mails to them but no reply.

      My only thing to say is pls dont fool people if you cant give what u promised dont use the platform of jain.in name o[censored]nity of jains

        Hi,

        I have taken their mediclaim policy for my parents and grand father from
        thru Broker : Prudent & TPA: VipulMedcorp
        Insurance company : National insurance

        We have just received the JIo jac card and policy card from Vipulmedcorp.
        Paid premium of 13026 rs thru MC to prudent broker in first week of september in lower parel office.

        I have been chasing Prudent for invoice of the premium paid but they are just saying that they are coordinating with national insurance and they will provide once they get from them,
        But i feel its their duty as broker to get things moving and provide required details to customer.

        Mr Suri is asistant manager in Prudent lower parel office who is good for nothing.

        I am looking for invoice so that I can submit the same to get income tax rebate u/s 80D.
        Since they are not providing the same I am loosing on time to submit the same and I will have to pay the tax.

        Kindly get this issue highlighted and help in resolving the same.

        Its been almost 6 months now and what we are hearing is that insurance company has not accepted the mediclaim policy and they will be again coming up with new terms and condition with new policy.
        that means for that long enough my parents were not covered under mediclaim policy.
        Fraud ppl including the Jain sant who inititated this program.
        I want these guys behind bars for playing with ppl who follow them so religiously.

          I am a Health Insurance Policy holder under Shravak Arogyam Phase-2 and my JIO ID is [protected]. I have paid the renewal premium in the month of March, 2016 but till now I have not received Policy Number and therefore could not submit my claim for reimbursement of medical expenses. I am a kidney patient and under dialysis thrice a week. I have sent so many email but none of the same were replied. I have also made so many calls but no proper reply was given. I am in dark and do not know the reason of your silence on the matter. You are working for the health of all Jain's and this is the moto of JIO. I therefore, request you to send me the policy particulars immediately so that I can submit my claim for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by me.

            I have made payment on 23 rd october 2016 i have receipt but still i have not got the policy number.

            They change the rules and regulation as per their convience .

            I have re embursement to be calimed but still i cant claim since i have not received the policy number.

            The number of this are few number i have

            but its one month since know not even once have they attended the call.

            I have visited the office even after that there is no response .

            I have send many mail jio but dr.Jain just type one word and forward the message .

            I have even send a courier a written letter is left at the office .

            Even inspite of all the effort i still am without the right which i am suppose to get.

              I have paid an amount of Rs.3305.00 as premium towards my policy of Rs 2.0 Lac with JIO SA ID 045028 and the JACID is [protected]

              The UTR No for NEFT was N[protected] and payment date was 29-oct-2015.The payment was made from HDFC bank Ac No - [protected]

              I just heard that as my age is 64 I need to enroll for family floater of Rs 5.0 Lac and not continue with Individual Plan.

              Can you please guide me how to pay the rest of the premium and upgrade to family floater plan.

              I have already sent ample of emails, but havent got my refund yet. Had got a confirmation email once, that my refund is in process, but havent received it yet. The email details from JIO team is as follows

                  I have received msges for renewal of phase 1 so, i have paid premium of rs. 17060- on 09.09.2016 from indian overseas bank [protected] to axis bank [protected] (Transaction tracking utr no ioban[protected]) for renewal of phase i of jio sa id 056573 but still i have not received any confirmation of premium paid or renewal of policy, then i have mailed to jio and got respond that i need to claim for refund of fund as they informed that i have transferred in wrong account, and i have tried so many times to get my refund of premium paid but no one is responding me.

                  I have transferred premium in their account only but as account is different for phase 2, so they mailed me to claim for refund but they do not respond me properly.

                    Why have claims of Shravak Arogyam phase 7 gold plan kept on hold, we had invested our money having good faith in JIO but now at our times of need we have been in this trouble and we are also trying to reach out anyone over calls or mails for getting our issue resolved but there is no response at all!! Hopefully this message to you will help us out!

                      Policyholder is under thrice humidialysis in a week our problem is more bigger than yours so please look into the matter and arrange to send the card. The patient is quite serious because of not getting the health card and the family is suffering from financial crisis as whole family depends on the policy money and rest the company will be responsible for the condition of patient in future

                        I have renewed shravak arogyam group mediclaim policy in october 2016. But it has not been renewed and there is no communication from them. Flood of sms came from jio before renewal but there is no any communication from them. Nobody picks up the above mentioned landline. Daily i try around 10 times but it either not answered or found surprisingly busy. Feeling helpless.

                          Since the time we have taken the Medicaim policy of jio we haven't received any information or documents regarding the same. We cannot get thru their contact no.s. Highly ridiculous and irresponsible behaviour of their is very disppointing. Being a senior citizen it's getting very difficult to deal with such people . This kind of pathetic and horrible attitude was never expected from such renowed institution.

                                I registered for jio-phase7-part2-gold medical insurance scheme and made payment online on 21st october. Corresponding payment id is id[protected]

                                Even after one month and sending so many reminder mails, i have not received any policy documents and nor mediclaim cards. Even i didn't get any response back. My jac-id number is [protected]. No body picks up the call if we try to call on mentioned mobile number.

                                  Dear sir, i had purchase two mediclaim policy from jio on dt. 21/10/2016 but till dt. 18/11/2016 we didn't get any hard copy or soft copy of the mediclaim policy. And nobody pickup call[protected] since month i tried, sometime it got busy but when ringing nobody pickup intensely., email continuously bounce from "[protected]@jio.net.in", no any contact details are available.
                                  If jio give worst service at the beginning like this than what will happen if any policy member required any help on claim???
                                  I really feeling shame about jio because being a jain i didn't aspect this type of worst management of jain international organisation.

                                    I have done the online renewal of family mediclaim policy 18th oct, 2016 for which i have received only one sms stating due to diwali. I have still not received policy and have not given the claim registration details of my policy. My wife has admited in hospital on 05/11/2016 and operated on 06/11/2016 for which i can't registered claim due to non availability of policy details. I have checked with last year company for renewal and claim registration on my policy, they have told that the policy was not renewed with them. Now i have no other option then make complain as i have not received any reply of the complain made on their site.

                                    Pl guide me what should i do.

                                    you should file police complaint against JIO for fraud.
                                    its really pathetic when a company promotes with religion and are less professional while giving services. they have taken premium in the month of october '2016, and its almost five months now and no answers, no claims, no resposibity by any of the senior member of the committee.

                                    they dont even realize there are few poor people also who have somehow managed to pay premium with only hopes if any emergency arises atleast they can admitt their relatives in hospital and dont have to worry for expenses which will occur because of that.

                                      I am writing this to express my disappointment towards your unfaithful services. My 1st transaction was done by NEFT which form was cancelled lately and 2nd transaction is done by DD. I have already sent mail regarding this issue.i would like to know where i hve to mail my account no. To get my money back which was transacted by NEFT.
                                      Kindly look forward to this issue.

                                      Other issue with JIO is i have applied for phase one policy but i have not yet received any receipt regarding it . I hope you look forwad to this issue too.
