I have received msges for renewal of phase 1 so, i have paid premium of rs. 17060- on 09.09.2016 from indian overseas bank [protected] to axis bank [protected] (Transaction tracking utr no ioban[protected]) for renewal of phase i of jio sa id 056573 but still i have not received any confirmation of premium paid or renewal of policy, then i have mailed to jio and got respond that i need to claim for refund of fund as they informed that i have transferred in wrong account, and i have tried so many times to get my refund of premium paid but no one is responding me.
I have transferred premium in their account only but as account is different for phase 2, so they mailed me to claim for refund but they do not respond me properly.
