Dear sir,
It is very unfortunate, that from last 4 days, i am continuously approaching the bank branch main bandipora through mail to update my mobile number to my existing savings account as i have provided all the documents like my aadhaar, bank copy, & signature attached with the mail so that i can use the banking services normally, but no one among the whole staff is responding my mail, as iam much needful this time to get the banking service but i am feeling disgusting that what kind of management is there.

I have brought a new phone and I have downloaded JK Bank mpay app in it. When I try to open it, the app is showing 'Your last transaction has been timed out'. Plz help me to get out of this.

    Haven't received the refund initiated by AMAZON dated 23rd December 2019. The refund should have been reflected by 4 business days in the j&k bank account through which the amount was debited. Haven't received till 1st January 2020. I ordered the product on 23rd December 2019 at 9:25 am & cancelled it after an hour then I got the mail the refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days but till 1st January 2020, I haven't received the amount. Amazon mailed the reference number then I called jk bank customer care but they said u need to file dispute form, I have filed it but no result.

      On 19 december 2019, i pay 3500 rupees through phone pay to shopkeeper at the same time it shows transition successful on phone pay app but failed on shopkeepers pass machine after that he check the statement fund was not added to his account later i make 2nd transition which was successful on both side till now my fund was not refunded.. Transaction i'd is p1912191930516466713977 and i paid on this i'd hsbimopad. Br012743-[protected]@sbi.

        I have applied for refund of rs 3440 from amazon. The amount of rs 3440 has been initiated from the merchant on[protected] which should be reflected on[protected] in my account but the amount is not reflecting in my account number.
        Now neither the amazon nor the jk bank is providing me any solution to this problem. So please help me.

          I have requesting for this over two months. But the bank has not resolved it. I was requested to visit the branch but the person informed me that the amount has not yet been sent from the merchant site however the merchant site has clarified with the refund reference number 75503729258033166879765 that they refund has been made.

                I have used a current a/c no -[protected] / ms. National state / current a/c. Since 1 year old.

                Branch manager mr. Rajesh ji have denied to verified my bank signature in this a/c and mis behave. & regaurding this b/v harassment me many times running in branch. Not supported me. And saying i am a whole soal in charge. I will not verified. But i am saying i have given bank charge than verified.

                      I was trying activate my account I called several times to customer are they provide me email id and I mailed them they reply back and said provide the details of I'd proof and adress proof I have mailed the all details and I also send my brother to branch as well but there they are totally denied. I don't expect this kind of service such a advance time. I need an Complete action on this or else I will visit complain court

                      I have been charged INR 4900 on 26/09/2019PSTN POS RENT FROM AUG18-SEP19 I am not sure what is this amount charged against?? I have been chasing customer support team but no response from their end. I feel so helpless.

                        I made a payment through my debit card on sunday, 29 september 2019 for an amount of rs. 1749 in 19:09 evening. This payment got canceled because there was no slip out of the machine so the restaurant tried to do the payment again and it was successful.
                        The real issue here is that the first failed payment amount was debited but never credited.
                        I want this issue to be resolved by sending me a refund as soon as possible.

Despite getting a receipt of the same amount, the cash was not dispensed. So I request your good self to look into this matter at an earliest.

                          From my account 24000 rs has been detucted through withdrawal processes but dint get cash but money was deducted from my account. And from last 2 month i have been suffering my problem. Even branch manager wasn't help from the branchso please look forward to my complaint. On the 6 june 2019 my amount was detucted from my account.
                          And no one is looking to my complaint even i have give a physical application to my complaint on the same date.

So pease solve this issue so that i will continue to have blief in jammu and kashmir bank

                              I used my debit card to buy a product from paytm mall app on 12 july 2018.. But i had some issues with the product and i had to return it.. It was successfully returned and money refund was initiated.. I received a message day after returning that the money has been refunded into the account.. But i didn't get any refunds into my account till now.. Kindly resolve this issue so that the trust towards the jkband will be still there.. Thanks.. I will be sending a screenshot too..

                                Recently i was shocked to see an employee of jammu and kashmir bank branch moulvi stop lal bazar srinagar (Dilafroza jee) employee
                                Instead of listening to peoples problems she behaves like a governor satya pal..
                                Does she has a back ground linked with previous chairman. Who was sacked few weeks back..
                                Please notify her actions before it will be too late for her to understand what has happened.
                                I will not be surprised if someone like me very soon will grab her throat instead of being lady worker.
                                She few days back did same with my wife but unfortunately i was abroad couldn't give her the lesson myself..
                                My apologies for being rude. But sadly saying these things makes us think that these people doesent deserve to sit their.

                                On on 23 September 2019 I make a transaction of RS 500 and when it was time to collect the money it was shown as (time out) there and I didn't collect that amount and the amount of RS 500 was deducted.

                                  I have booked a ticket on irctc.com on 29 June 2019 at 10:09 AM worth Rs. 3730/-. The amount has been deducted but the ticket has not been confirmed. While contacting the irctc customer care, I have been asked to contact your branch as the amount has been credited to your bank. But from the bank end I didn't got any refund.
                                  Below text is the reply from irctc

                                  I haven't been able to receive my e statement of my credit card form last couple of months.My account number is sb [protected] jk Bank branch Main Bazaar sopore.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and get it resolved as soon as possible as it is causing a lot of inconvenience to me.

                                    My name is arif hussain khan! I have applied for refund of rs.574 from amazon. The amount of rs.574 has been initiated from the merchant on 3rd july 2019 which should be reflected on 08 july 2019 in my account but the amount is not reflecting in my account number.
                                    I called many a times in the jand k bank helpline no. But they are asking for utr no. Given by amazon company but the amazon company is not providing me the utr no. (As they are telling me that utr is generating at that time when the transfer of money is from one personal account to another personal account and they are excusing that it is their official account) so they are providing me the refrence no. Which the bank is not accepting... Now neither the amazon nor the jkbank is providing me any solution to this problem... So please help me

                                      I have taken a home loan of 15 lakh from j&k bank., loan no - ([protected]).
                                      I have called many times to branch manager (J&k naveen shadra branch, babarpur road), or visit the branch for this subsidy to be credited my account, but every time they promise to credit the subsidy amount, but till now nothing happened. I have written mails to the branch with several reminders, but no reply.
                                      Kindly resolve this issue & provide my pmay subsidy in my account.

                                        During money transfer from jk bank to icici through JK BANK BHIM UPI APP i put wrong ifsc code and during transaction i got error message for the same however money was withdrawn from my account and it didn’t got credited to the destination bank i.e icici.The account number i put was correct
