The problems were, 1- one tape leaking. Company service man advised change of spindle, covered under free service.
2 One angle valve leaking. Company service man advised change of disc, covered under free service.
3. One flush valve, insufficient flushing. Company service man advised change of some parts, covered under free service.

In the third week of September, 2021, company service personnel visited our place, changed spindle of the tape. On trying to open Flush Valve, could not open it but damaged it by inflicting very deep scratches on the knobs. One of our angle valve leaking.
Contacted Your Service Center Chandigarh in charge Sh. Verinder on his mobile, intimating damage caused by the Company service personnel and shared snap shots of damaged Flush valve.
Since then running from pillar to post to get the damaged flush valve knobs replaced and rectify defects of inadequate Flushing and repair leakage of angle valve.
Tried to lodge complaint on your toll free number, but no response. Even
Your Service Center Chandigarh in charge Sh. Verinder has blocked my mobile no. on his phone.
e mails were sent to, grecemma, support and verinder, on their respective mail addresses on 2nd, September; 9th September;17th September; 10th November;22nd November and 17th December, 2021. In these mails details of my complaints, snap shots of damaged Flush Valve and copy of relevant purchase invoice were sent.
But I am sorry to say no response till date.
It is requested to replace the damaged knobs of Flush Valve, damaged by company service man, with new ones, make the valve fully functional and repair leakage of Angle Valve.

Purchased one diverter at Hyderabad store. After six months the diverter handle screw was removed. Frequently the handle of diverter automatically opened.

We purchased a jaguar concealed flush tank. It worked well for a day or two and then stopped working. The water tank didn't use to fill, it kept on leaking. We tried connecting to their customer support but each time we did the line was dead. Somehow we managed to connect with them and they sent us a technician. Wen v open tap...water starts flowing from both Tap n shower as well..
N now wen v close it water flowing doesn't stop immediately...water runs for a long tym from both Tap n shower

There is some water leakage in my toilet seat and once the toilet seat gets filled up, the leakage starts and very small amount of water keeps coming out.

I purchased Jaquar’s bathroom fittings from ‘Sigma’, Thalasserry, Kerala in September/October, which included two faucets. One faucet is slightly leaking. The problem has been there right from day one. Your technician came and changed some washer. The problem looked solved. Actually it has not been solved. Still slight leaking is there.

My washrooms flush is not working properly which needs to be fixed.

Two of my cocealed cisterns are leaking after flushing operation.So I have to keep the inlet shut after every lushing.Sometimes leakage starts even before the cistern is full.
Kindly depute some competant plumber to rectify the defects urgently

I fed-up with the services of jaquar. I tried a lot to call customer care support but it was always busy or not reachable. Also i continuously called to local jaquar service provider but they have been making us fool and never give proper service in time.
i installed all accessories of jaquar in my six bathrooms and washing areas like i-flush, wall hung, shower, diverters etc. but after some days few accessories not working properly. jaquar representative comes and gives temporary solution. i request to the respective, kindly take up this matter and resolve as soon as possible.

Whenever I open tap for bottom supply, waters starts leaking from top shower, even without pressing knob of shower

I lodged a complaint through customer care that i am facing problem in my toilet system. Plumber come and check and said system part is not working properly. Now 2 month ago no part is changed in my toilet system kindly resolve this issue on priority.

It has been more than a week since I complained about the flush no proper response regarding when the part will be replaced
You people don't understand what is a urgent issue and what can be delayed
What do you expect me to go a public washroom there is a limit of ignoring a urgent problem
What is the benefit of purchasing a branded product when you can't even provide me the proper redressal Just think about the situation when the washroom is not working for more than a month
Provide me the proper solution of my issue as soon as possible
