      flush button of toilet have a problem of same nature

      Hello,

      I have been using jaquar products for quite sometime now.
      The problem that i have is with the flush tank button, in every couple of months there will be some or the problem with that system and because of that a lot of water is drained.
      Although there after sales service is commendable but due to covid 19 even they wont be able provide the services
      As i have 4 washroom and in a months span one...

      The cover of wall mounted wc is coming out even after fixing the nut etc. The plumber has now refused to fix it and complaining that it is a defective piece. It was purchased in dec 19 and installed in jan 20. Due to this problem the new wc is not used.
      So i request to fix the problem
      Model drs wht 37953.
      At the time of first visit the model shown was 37951 but supplied the above model. I was told that it was same. So please solve the issue.

              I have bought jaguar wall mounted water closet and many fittings for all 3 bathrooms. After a year and half while using wc it cracked arround one of the mounting bolt. I told the dealer, he said to call customer care. I called and register complaint. But not attended within 72 hours as they said on call. After that period, i called again in front of the dealer to the customer center then service engineer called me to send the photos. I told to visit my home but he said i will close complaint sooner if you provide photos on whatsap. After sending photograph i called the number at jaipur service center. He told me it can not be changed as bolt doesnt showing rubber washer in photos and it may be installation problem and broken part not in warranty. I told him that it cracked half centimeter away from bolt and washer also there but not visible in photo and why dont you send service engineer when product is installing, now they are telling you have to call while installing. But no one told me so, not even the dealer. I tried many time to convince that it is genuine problem and manufacturing defect in the part and got cracked when using it. Then i called several times. But same answer. Very low quality products. 10 years warranty wasted. I want to dismantle all my fittings worth of lakhs. But jaguar dont care about this when i told them to file report on consumer form.

                The jaguar bathroom fittings company took back the product which was in warranty since oct 7th 2019, receipt number 1793 from our ahmedabad house.
                After so much of complaints and calling there is no satisfactory reply from the company.
                We kept on calling there customer service centre [protected] but though they tried to talk with jaguar ahmedabad office main branch no one answered properly and gave us wrong answers stating they tried to send it to gurgoan head office but nothing can be done.
                No emails or valid answers from the jaguar company to us.
                They have kept the product with them.

                The jaguar complaint is been sent to consumer complaints since 9.3.2020
                No strict actions taken against the jaguar bathroom fitting company.
                Then what's the point.
                Jaguar bathroom fitting have took back the items and though it was in warranty period they did not replaced. Infact have kept the items with them at their ahmedabad office without any further process.
                We have the invoice and receipt too. The receipt we have already attached in our complaint.
                Consumer complaints forum should take strict actions.
                Bath room flush switch is not working.
                Leakage in the joint of kitchen mixer tap
                its not under warranty so kindly send someone

                  I'm writing on behalf of my brother who runs a spa in bogmalo, goa. He had installed a steam room by jaquar but the steam was running cool instead of hot, so not doing what it was meant to. Called jaquar out in september 2018 to have a 4kv steamer fitted but they recommended a 6kv (When it wasn't necessary but still, they're the experts right?!) that cost some rs76, 000. 2 engineers came out and fitting charges were around rs3, 500. After15 days, it stopped working so 2 more came out. Another rs3500 for that call-out charge. Then 2 months later, again, it stopped working. The engineers that came out then said that the pipe wasn't fitted properly and so they did that. That cost rs4500. Stopped working. They came out again and this time, they said the room was too big (!!!) so i had the room divided which cost close to rs20, 000. Again, stopped working and this time the pipe should have been metal not plastic so they changed that. Rs4500. Then oh, it stopped working again... Patience running extremely low, it's the temperature gauge that needs changing this time. It was at this point that the engineers and jaquar were asked to get their act together and get lost until they do. The engineers that were extremely rude and made so much stuf[censored]p were called prashant and sachin. Only one guy was helpful - sudhir and i have no complaints against him. All in all, getting the steam room fixed has so far cost me well over 1.5lakhs and it's still not in working condition. I never expected this from such a huge company.

                    We have purchased bathroom fittings for 5 Bathrooms during November 2016. Within a short span of time all the bathroom fittings are looking very bad due to Rust.
                    It is a bathroom product and it should be with rust proof. But to our surprise it become rusty.

                    I have registered complaint so many times. But there is No proper Response from the Chennai Jaquar office. I could not talk to the Service Head. Each and every time they will inform he is in the meeting. Whenever I am contacting the toll free number they used to make to wait for more than 25 minutes and finally connect me to the Chennai Office.
                    But finally No Solution is given by Jaquar. Very Bad Quality Product.
                    Proper Service Not Provided.

                      Worst service by jaquar.. Haven't thought they could be such worst at it service. My geysar is not working properly... It's new.. Within 5 6 days its sensor is not working... They are not providing service from last ten days.. Telling that material comes from delhi it takes time.. Like seriously 10 -15 days to deliver a material from delhi to pune? Worst plz dnt go over jaquar coz u will not get the service properly even i[censored] buy there expensive product.. Highly disappointed.. After 5 days a man came for checking he was unskilled he called some one and was asking how to open geysar how to check and all after 1hr he tld sensor is not working then told 2 3 days mai material ayega.. It's been 10days now and no response and they telling u can complain on our page no problem this kind of attitude they have... Plz check the people u are hiring for ur service... Very bad experience

                        My bathroom faucet pipe has become faulty within 2 years and it's in warranty period and jaquar is refusing to replace it citing some vague reasons as water pressure. My contention is that if water pressure is more for my building then all pipes must get damaged why only 1or 2 this shows its manufacturing defect

                        This is the message of my complaint.
                        Thanks for choosing jaquar, a complete bathing solution company. The registered service call reference no. Is 00239450.

                        I talked twice to customer care and one regional manager mr. Kanade/ranade... And he flatly refused to help and asked me to go ahead with my complaint.
                        Such attitude by a branded house like jaquar is never expected.

                        Customers should not suffer vector faulty accessories..

                            Horrible horrible complaint redressal system, my artize basin tap worth 28000 is not working since last 3 months, complaint logged in on 26 th december (By the name of varun grover, registered number - [protected]) a part needs to be changed as per the person who visited but no follow up taken till date i. E. 15 th february 2020. Have been calling the customer care every week since last three months and every time the same reply of complaint to be solved by next week. As per the latest call the part was suppose to replaced by 14 th february for sure but again no call no person visiting and today on calling the person concerned is not even aware of what has to be done. How is this justified for a premium customer buying your premium collection. I really hope some concrete steps are taken at least now else it doesnt take long to spread a bad word of mouth especially when it is for the most expensive collection.

                              I registered my complaint several time through this forum. I have reported about rusted and bubbled jaquar fittings and taps. No response from the jaquar service team's. I have e-mailed my address and details of problem several time to their e-mail address. Till now they have not replaced the rusted jaquar taps & bubbled fittings. Now ten months over from the date of complaint to them. Kindly do the needful.

                                Jaquar has closed my complain no 00062891dated 16th jan regarding shower panel repairing. I m frequently calling every 2 days... Regional head mr dhruvraj and customer care sen. Officer just giving answer that complain will be solved today... But no one has responded till date. I have earlier experienced this type of behavior of jaquar company... Regional head always telling that i will reply u within an hour but never called back

                                  Bought this model (Photo) attached along with bill... Has faulty suction siphon system for the flush and keeps the bathroom stinky always, had registered multiple complaints with the toll free no. Local service provider at elamakkara (Mr praveen - asm) - inspected and confirmed it to be faulty on 2 occasions (27th dec and 13th january). No more follow ups after that... Still keeping the bathroom door of the master bed room tightly closed to avoid smell... Absolutely pathetic design and post sales service# kerala team

                                    I purchased jaguar bath and geysers last month. From an authorised showroom in gzb. As my plumber was unable to resolve the overflow of the cisterns, he asked me to call the jaguar customer care to get this looked into. I placed the complaint and waited for 72 hours (Time given for the service call to be executed). I then saw that they had sent me a sms a few ours prior stating that the complaint was resolved! So, i called their customer care and their service engineer (If i can call him that) showed up after another 3 days!! 6 days!!!
                                    When i told the service engineer that i was also having issues with the jaguar geysers i had purchased, he said that there is a separate team looking into that and that i will have to place another complaint call. As it was already late saturday evening, i had to wait for monday (As the call center is shut on sundays!!) to place the complaint. I reminded them that i do not want to wait another 72 hours for this to be resolved! So, i get a call the same day from some service center asking for what the problem was. After explaining, he tells me that he will have this transferred to the geyser team. I again request him for an early resolution and he says he will. The next day, i again receive a similar call an i again explain the issue to him on the phone. And again no one showed up. So, when i call after their promised 72 hours of being provided service is over, i am told that they will send someone the next day. When i call late afternoon yesterday (4th day) to inquire, i am taken on a concall with the area service center incharge who tells me that the concerned technician was off and hence my complaint could not be attended. However he said he will have it looked into today (5th day) before 12 noon. So, at 3.30 pm today, when i again called the call center to inquire, i received the same standardized and unrepentful "sorry sir. I will have this escalated and you will get the service on priority". Still waiting for their call or their technician to show up! Jaguar does not care... Appalling and terrible service standards. Shame on the company and the people running this premium brand!!!
