Flushing tap having issue since last four years, complain-ted many times to customer care but the work done by the technician is not permanent as i am facing the same issue again and again and no satisfactory result came till now.

Flushing tap do not return back to its position back once its pressed and due to witch water continuously getting wasted, kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

I bought 4 toilet seat out of which 2 are defective. Bills are misplaced what should I do. As per discussion they will not repair/replace without bill.

    Sir... I was complaining since 15 days but no accelation has been taken yet. Its really disappointing that we are facing no water supply in flush tank just because of neither working of buttons. Calling again and again to customer care is of no use as they only follow their pitch. U guys are not worth. Would like to talk to senior executive bt they put call on hold for 10 min. And disconnected. What the hell is this!!. This is my last attempt to aware u guys.. Lets see what happens now. My complaint nos. Are 00938454, 00970435, 00985020

    The knob to operate the shower and the handle of the flu has has become very tight to operate. They need a service, cleaning .its not practically possible to operate them.Children can’t use it

      My flush tap is damaged completely from inside this product is in warranty so help me out in fixing this issue!         We bought jacuzzi from jaquar on 2nd of march. And it has not worked even once since the time we bought it. Have raised various complaints regarding this but the issue has still not been resolved. Every time a service man will come and would say that a replacement of some internal part has to be done. And that replacement itself would take many months. This is the worst customer care that i have ever seen.

        I regret for buying from jaquar and would like to get a full refund for the product. I am ready to return the product and get my money back.

          I have 3 jaquar geysers in my house and need to have them serviced as am not getting enough hot water. Also there seems to be smell when it is not used for a while. I would also like the mixer in the shower to be changed. It has been giving trouble for a long time. They have repaired it in the past but doesn't last very long i have to keep it pressed in order for the water to come out of the shower

            I hv purchased all bathroom & other fittings of my new constructed house frm jaguar... Jaguar claiming abt 10 years warranty is completely fake & misleading for marketing his product. I hv always paid for each parts replacement in each complaints. Also now my wc has been crack within 4 years of purchase and they said its not under warranty bcs we hv not use some name called (Visher) in fitting. Said fittings are fit by skilled technicians and they knw abt ths still to avoid replacements they r simply talk our fault and tell us technical words to avoid for replacement... If same wld not replace than will have to forcefully do consumers complaints for same.

              I am using three jaquar elena prime 25 ltr storage water heater since dec 2018.
              There is problem with one water heater. I have already raise the complaint with customer care along with mail id. There is no solution as of now.

              See the below response from so called jaquar company

              "this facia not cover under warranty as per image attached of the same. Our sp visited at your site and checked. He has found geyser is working properly."

              Can you please let us know weather the unit will be replaced or not?

                Dear sirs,

                We have made a complaint no 95091/5 via phone number [protected].

                The service executive came and said the cartraige is not working properly and he needs to replace the same. Hand he took 690 rs and gave no invice but we asked him to rite the amount on the service job card.

                The person told the warranty is only for the service and parts will be chargable.

                We took a new commode rimless wall hung wc with uf soft on 14.09.2019 and fixed it. But the thing after fixing it we are not at all able to use it as water is coming out from the bracket. We faced a lot of problem and the plumber also couldn't solve it. So request you to please send the service person and resolve the issue.
                There is a leakage in taps not working properly
                I already complained about my concealed flush(4 nos) several times. out of these 1 no still not working. other three are working properly. so pls rectify this isuue as early as possible

                    Jet spray started leaking within few months o[censored]sage. It's under warranty. Water is leaking drop by drop due to which whole bathroom gets wet and we are not able to use toilet. We are facing issues with that as water keeps on leaking whole day. It becomes risky to use the bathroom. Please change or solve the problem. It's been a long time we are facing this problem and its been hardly few months since v started using this.

                      At my address i bought shower mixer before around 3 to 4 year ago. But now that shower mixer not working properly.
                      Company’s 10 year warranty. But before 10 year mixer not working properly. The centre portion of mixer is moving round like 360 degrees. So please solve complain as soon as possible. Because my bathroom is in working condition. I suffer a lot. Hope you attain shortly

                        We had purchased a toilet seat model wall h-wc wth uf fns wht 4095 (Hsn 6910) from m/s luxmi hardware, sri ganganagar, invoice no 0000304 dated 05/08/2019 (Invoice attached).

                        After using toilet seat for hardly a month, it got cracked all of a sudden while it was in use by one of our family members (Picture of crack in the wc attached). We informed local dealer and customer care of the incident, but the customer care service refused to replaced despite our desperate efforts to explain them that this has occurred due to some issue with the product itself.

                        The crack appears to be due to some manufacturing issue with this specific unit.

                        This experience with jaquar product and customer service has caused a huge disappointment among us and our relatives/friends alike who have been using jaquar products and/or are planning to be consumers of jaquar products in future.

                        May i please request you to look into the matter and help get the item replaced sooner or suggest on what can we do to get this replaced.

                          I have purchased one jaquar rimless, blind installation wall hung wc. We have installed it properly, but after some time (1 month) we are observing cracks on the top of the seat. We have called customer care & registered the complaint on 13/09/2019, next day service man visited but not solved the issue of cracks & was hyper of getting the security code. I asked him what's the matter, than he was saying please clean it 2-3 days. & this is not crack, but again after cleaning it no cracks gone. Also, there was no response from customer care 4-5 days. I again called on 18/09/2019, to jaquar team & they transferred my call to branch office on gms road, dehradun, there i had a talk with mr. Deepak. & he was saying that he is checking it, but again there was no response. Today on[protected], again someone called me in morning & was trying to give me assurance that he will check it again. Due to this problem, i have put my another complete bathroom on hold, for such bad kind of facility.

                          Now i just want to know that if you are solving my problem, than its better otherwise take it back.

                          Also i want to know that is your product genuine or not? If it is genuine then is your quality team is working properly or not.

                            Just after installing it was getting tripped frequently. Called cc jaquar and registered complaint. After 3 days they replaced thermostat of the equipment. Now i just want to know is your product genuine or not? If it is genuine (Not at all used for single moment) then why new equipment thermostat replaced, or your quality level and qc department working properly?

                              The tap fixture comes out when we try using it.please send someone to fix the tap..It has been purchased less than year.please send someone to rectify it.
                              This was a similar problem with another tap of Jaguar...The tap does not fit correctly.The moment we open it, the fixture comes in our hands.It is difficult to put it back and stop the water flow.We are not able to fix it properly.Request you to send someone expert in fixing this...

                              Water leakage and water heater not working
                              I have purchased jaquar seat 5days before and water tank don't get filled properly..
                              After complaining on toll free number...
                              The technician visited said that it will get filled this much only..Cannot expect this from a reputed brand like jaquar..
                              Toilet seat push button cannot hold water in concealed tank and all water overflows. Plumber visit to correct it. New installation was done last week only. Since it's installation the defect is there. Water continually leaks from the water tank into the toilet seat.

                                    I have bought jaquar taps and bath room fittings from life style galleria, anna nagar on 09.09.18. Few taps got wrested and bubbles formed in the month of april 2019. I gave complaint through jaquar customer care immediately. Some technician attended and said that it will be replaced. He took photos of the pipes and fittings. For the past five months i am trying through customer care and all sources like calling again for the other technician but not replaced. They are not attending the phone calls or they say it is under process and ask us to send photos of damaged taps and bill copy. I have sent the same several times but not solved. Kindly take proper action and try to solve my problem.

                                      I purchased all bathroom fittinf including kitchen from swastik alam abgh lucknow in 2016. It might worth rs.156, 000/= for total fittings.
                                      One of cistern was not working properly as such i called mr. Suraj verma, an authorised technician, of jaguar. His cell number is [protected].
                                      He came about 15 days back and told me that syphon of the cistern is damaged. I told him to replace with jaguar company syphon. He told me that company has stopped making this model as such order has to be place which might take a month or so fro delivery of the required product. He then suggested me that he e is having a spare syphon of the same company which will cost rs.1280/=. I told him to replace the same and provide me proper receipt. He has neither provide me any receipt nor has returned damaged syphon.
                                      He has taken away the money and the damaged syphon. I am calling him again and again to get me the receipt of the item but he is not reponding to my call.
                                      I request jaguar management to take stern action against such defaulter technicians and retrench them from jaguar they are not assets rather they bi g liability on jaguar and bringing a bad name for the reputed company.

                                        issue with availing warranty

                                        Our kitchen tab has started leaking and it was a new one which we bought in july 2019. Previous one also was from jaquar. Now the person who came to fix the product said that we need warranty certificate to fix this and without that they will not fix it.
