Dear sirs,

We have made a complaint no 95091/5 via phone number [protected].

The service executive came and said the cartraige is not working properly and he needs to replace the same. Hand he took 690 rs and gave no invice but we asked him to rite the amount on the service job card.

The person told the warranty is only for the service and parts will be chargable....

We had purchased jaquar bathing cubical in 2015 and our bathing cubical wheels needs replacement and we had complaint on customer card on 27th july 2019 and no one has come from jaquar team has visited our place for the service and repair.
And spoken to the dealer also regarding the same but they also give no response.

Jet spray started leaking within few months o[censored]sage. It's under warranty. Water is leaking drop by drop due to which whole bathroom gets wet and we are not able to use toilet. We are facing issues with that as water keeps on leaking whole day. It becomes risky to use the bathroom. Please change or solve the problem. It's been a long time we are facing this problem and its been hardly few months since v started using this....

At my address i bought shower mixer before around 3 to 4 year ago. But now that shower mixer not working properly.

We had purchased a toilet seat model wall h-wc wth uf fns wht 4095 (Hsn 6910) from m/s luxmi hardware, sri ganganagar, invoice no 0000304 dated 05/08/2019 (Invoice attached).

I have purchased one 3 kw 3 ltr instant water heater from build promysore. Karnataka.
Just after installing it was getting tripped frequently. Called cc jaquar and registered complaint. After 3 days they replaced thermostat of the equipment. Now i just want to know is your product genuine or not? If it is genuine (Not at all used for single moment) then why new equipment thermostat replaced, or your quality level and qc...

The tap fixture comes out when we try using it.please send someone to fix the tap..It has been purchased less than year.please send someone to rectify it.
This was a similar problem with another tap of Jaguar...The tap does not fit correctly.The moment we open it, the fixture comes in our hands.It is difficult to put it back and stop the water flow.We are not able to fix it properly.Request you to send someone expert in fixing this......

Fittings to our bathroom. The flush has not been working properly ever since. These days the water from the flush keeps on flowing even when not in use. The wall mount flush buttons are not working in the way they are supposed to. The plumber was called and he told us to tell this to jaquar company. I have bought jaquar taps and bath room fittings from life style galleria, anna nagar on 09.09.18. Few taps got wrested and bubbles formed in the month of april 2019. I gave complaint through jaquar customer care immediately. Some technician attended and said that it will be replaced. He took photos of the pipes and fittings. Our company had purchased a sensor automatic faucet for wash basin on dated 20/04/2019 and it never works from the day it was installed. Contacted so many times to your customer care and local chandigarh office representative mr. Varinder, mr. Ravinder and mr. Rajiv but no one is interested to sort out the problem. It has been really very annoying experience for us regarding the flush tank of jaquar as it takes around 3-4 hours and sometimes more than 24 hours to refill after one flush. I have purchased bibcock 5047 on 8/5/17 vide bill no. 57355 From Patel trading corporation, Kranti chowk, Aurangabad @ rs 1100/ per unit. I had a problem with abovesaid product so I had lodged complain having service call reference no. 00609684 on 13 July 2018. Mr Aamir attended call immediately. And he told me that this faulty piece will be replaced by new one. As soon as I will receive the piece from company I will come and replace it....

We regret to inform you that ever since we have occupied the flat, we have been facing the problem of above sanitary items and we are spending lot of money for its repair every now and then.

Please send your technician to set right the default thoroughly, so that the problem should not be aroused again and again.

Its been more than a year we are struggling wuth the jacuzzi. No proper response! And yet their is no presence of the customer care services.
The whole system of bath tub needs to be checked and repaired. As we try to connect through calls they just talk about doing soon. But now that its high time. I went on writing the complaint in hope that the services come as soon as possible or within the next day!
