I have purchased a wash basin jaguvar counter sunk kubix model from a major dealer in chennai on 26.10.2019 which was supplied on 28.10.2019. I have made cut opening of my plywood table top as well granite on 28.10.2019. While placing on top, the surface unevenness was noticed. Even upside down uneven surface was noticed. I made my complaint on tollfree number and my no is 00147399. Service rep called on 29th and asked for photos which i sent. Then he gave a reference of jaguvar chennai manager number and asked me to call. After speaking to him, i have sent all photos of new wash basin showing unevenness on 01.11.2019. Then on installments i was asked to furnished bill copy and bar code fixed on my delivery pack. I have sent one after the other and finished by sharing of all details by 2.11.2019. Then onwards my follow up started.in between i got an sms stating that my complaint call is successfully closed but without any resolving. After my regular follow up it was informed by manager, jaguvar that he got approval to replacement on 4th nov 2019. I was told by the same gentleman to contact the supplier to get replacement on 5th nov. But till today, 8th nov 2019 at 1100 pm no information.
Is that wrong to go for a big brand like jaguvar wash basin and face tension agony and disappointment. Is this way you as big brand in india do and react for customer and care. Total disappointment. I already made cutting on plywood table top and granite by taking dimensions otherwise i would have to other brand. What is your response for thus. I can forward all messages which i was following with your chennai manager. I want a get away from this situation. I do not know to whome i need to represent. A delay response and action is as good as denied response.

I have complain about my jaguar tap, flush tank, and wall mixture does't properly work so please give me your engineers and solve this problem.
I have registered my complaint on 28 September regarding electric geyser.
SERVICE PERSON IS NOT TECHNICAL.HE CAME TO MY HOUSE AROUND 10 TIMES AND NOT ABLE TO SLOVE ISSUE.
PERSON WHO IS AREA IN CHARGE IS NOT EVEN RESPONSIBLE.
THIS HAPPENED 2 ND TIME WITH ME .

    We bought a 3 litre water heater. After a year it started leaking lightly. We thought it was fixing problem and as we need it we ignored it.

    Later it was leaking very badly. We called the plumber and he informed us the inner heater is leaking. We called customer service and booked a for service. The service technician arrived and trickily got the satisfaction code sent by jaguar and he took the heater to repair it in his workshop at a charge. Even after 40 days he did not fix and return the heater. We don't know what happened to the heater. Calls to them are almost never answered. Very poor after sales service.

    Hot water is coming in both pipe also pipe leaking, Water temperature is hot as what is required.
    Last 7 years we buy a jaguar product in our house still 3 the bathroom shower not working so pls I have Complaint already but not take any action about this issue
    Concealed flush tank leakage problem water drops leaking twenty four hours.

      Hi, i have purchased a steamer from jaquar, since it’s been installed it hasn’t worked properly. Many techs came but all in vain. I have spoken to different people and various levels. But all in vain. A month ago a tech came and took a part out of the steamer and never came back or contacted me. The person who was in touch, stopped responding. Pls help.

          I registered my complaint last month through this forum. I have reported about rusted and bubbled Jaquar fittings and taps. I have noted the Jaquar service team's response in this site. I have e-mailed my address and details of problem once again to their e-mail address. Till now they have not replaced the rusted jaquar taps & bubbled fittings. Now six months over from the date of complaint to them. Kindly do the needful.

          No response till now from Jaquar service team even after sending the address and mobile number through email to their email address. I reported in this forum twice in this six months but there is no proper answer or action from them. Kindly advice me how to proceed further against their poor service.

            Hello team,

            I have two very serious complains regarding two of jaquar products and i am unable to get a satisfactory solution.

            1) i have purchased 4 jaquar health faucets nearly 3 years back and since then after every 2-3 months the lever goes loose and the water pressure is very slow. I have already placed a complain multiple times and every time the service guy visits and services it and again it goes loose. Lastly the service guy said that "this product of jaquar is faulty and the problem will keep on coming". Is this true? And what is the permanent resolution for this issue?

            2) i have a leakage in a sink faucet also bought 3 years back and is under warrenty. The service guy inspected it and told us that part needs to be replaced and it will be chargable. But as per jaquar warranty terms and conditions the same will be replaced free of cost. Please provide your comments on this.

            3) i have a shower panel also bought 3 years back. I am experiencing some leakage from the side of the shower panel. Please include this problem also under the below complain number.
            I have already registered a complain for the above issues. I expect a prompt and permanent resolution for the above as these small things are tarnishing the reputations of jaquar brand.

              Actually i made a complaint first about the wall mixer has rust they gave a liquid and they charged around 250 for the liquid then why should you say its free service for 8 years and even after using the liquid again it has rust with black dots again i made a complaint the service guy came and he asked 500 rs for sending the tap for lab test and we refused to pay that instead we asked for the address and we told we will send it he refused to give that address and he gave area manager number and finally they didnt send for the test and they told if it went to test also we cant do anything it will be returnes as same then is this the way how they treat customer i have purchased many taps in jaquar only the wall mixer has this problem but the service is not proper why shoul i pay more and get irritated by the service guys its free service for 8 years then why should i pay for the service there is none other than shifting the brand

                The tap installed in our kitchen leaks and we get a slight shock every time we touch it. We contacted our local plumber but they suggested as it’s a Jaquar you probably need to file a complaint to their customer service. If you could please look into it since it’s been newly installed. Every time while we turn on the tap it generates a vibration with a sound too loud. There’s no wire nearby that could have caused it. We’ve checked that already.

                  The tap knobs which are used to turn the taps on and off has come out and we are not able to use the taps completely the small nut which is inside is not there hence 3 taps has been spoiled ordinary plumber is not able to fix the problem. The taps has a warranty period of 7 years. We are using the taps only from past 1 year and it has many problems and no one is ready to attend the problem.
                  We opted for it since its a good brand but no use

                  Our Jaguar flush cock was repaired earlier 3-4 times but again the same complaint has occurred. Flush valve is not working.
                  The problem is occurring repeatedly. So please get it repaired properly or replace it.
                  Pl send technician for repair/ replace urgently.

                    Registered complaint on 12th oct.
                    No service agent assigned until 10 days.
                    Called customer care, they again made fake promise of sending someone same day.
                    Provide the service assured or don't sell your products by making fake promises.
                    This is very common with jaquar in our area. Have to keep calling them to resolve the issue. At times they close complaint without resolution or sometimes don't fix the problem properly.
                    Fraud company fake promises.

                      I have purchase jaquar basin mixer tap from bhutan sanitary stores, hadapsar, pune as jaquar is world class brand. After installation of product i noticed it is defective and i had registered complain to jaquar customer service on 14/10/2019. I am following with them since last 9 days and haven't received any resolution. Its really disappointing that we are facing no water supply in basin just because of defective product. Calling again and again to customer care is of no use as they only follow their pitch. Customer care connected to area branch manager many times and the area manager is just promising every day that our issue will resolve immediately. U guys are not worth. What the hell is this!!. I would refer to my friend that "do not buy jaquar brand product". It is not world class brand. After sales service is very pathetic. This is my last attempt to aware u guys..                       This request is not yet resolved. I received a call from Jaquar service person today and he confirmed that the required product is not available now and I want to wait until the required product available for replacement. They are ready to replace with old product but not new. The service person mentioned that we do not offer warranty. It means once you purchase the product there is no value of warranty certificate. It is just for making a customer fool. I am asking does this justifiable answer for world class brand?
                      Product are not good for long term use. After sales service is very pathetic. Don't buy this brand product.i am regretting that I bought Jaquar brand fittings for my house. This is the cheapest luxury brand in india.

                        My jaquar wc was broken with a broken toilet seat hinge. I logged a service request and the technician yakoob sharif said the part has to be replaced. But the spare parts department is refusing to replace it despite hundreds of reminders. There is this area service manager called avinash, who keeps giving fake commitments everyday, but does nothing about it. He then stops answering calls and i have to keep calling from new numbers. Everytime he answers the call from my new number, he stops answering calls from that number again. How many new numbers i have to get to catch this fellow on the phone?

                            Dear Team,

                            Builder have applied jaguar bathroom single lever kit at every flat. We have received also warranty certificate from him. Last two years back we purchased new flat and we are facing problem in faucet single kit in my both bathrooms. I am highly disappointed with the accessories which have builder purchased from you. The issue which i am facing is there are removing tap of kit due to lack of threats so facing water leakage and every time pushing the kit and closing the water. Please provide the solution at the earliest as it looks very bad

                              I have applied jaguar bathroom taps at my home just with the image or branding you are carrying across the globe but i am highly disappointed with the accessories which i have purchased from the local dealer. The issue which i am facing is there are n number of white spots developed on the every tap that is fitted at my home and they won't go even when they are washed properly. Please provide the solution at the earliest as it looks very bad when ever i open the tab and found white kind of spots present on the tap.

                                I have installed my 5 new bathroom with whole new fittings from jaguar only. One of the five concealed cistern is overflowing. My registered mobile no is [protected]. I have received complain no[protected] days before. But no one called me later. Then i registered the same complain to your toll free number. Please do the needful. And manage to check my whole fittings once.

                                  I have ordered almost everything from jaquar for my bathroom but they have been laying constantly about the bathtub. I have seen a specific tub from prahladnagar (Ahmedabad) jaquar display center which they claim not to have and out of their capacity to deliver as they checked entire india for that particular piece they still have on their display center. Even after asking and confirming multiple times for that particular bathtub, mr. Virendra (Claim to be a head of jaquar wellness) confirmed for the same bathtub. After just apologising they are trying to solve my losses. I had designed everything according to that and had many many problems with dealers (Gujarat tube & sanitary satellite, ahmedabad) and at display center people (Prahladnagar). They seems to have no solution and had not heard from him since 20 days. I feel they are running a scam as they constantly trying to sell different tubs but not answering why they still have the same bathtub which i selected from their display at their display center if they don’t have any other piece in entire india as they said. I have all the evidence to file a legal complaint. They must pay for their big mistakes.

                                    Flushing tap having issue since last four years, complain-ted many times to customer care but the work done by the technician is not permanent as i am facing the same issue again and again and no satisfactory result came till now.

                                    Flushing tap do not return back to its position back once its pressed and due to witch water continuously getting wasted, kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                                    I bought 4 toilet seat out of which 2 are defective. Bills are misplaced what should I do. As per discussion they will not repair/replace without bill.

                                      Sir... I was complaining since 15 days but no accelation has been taken yet. Its really disappointing that we are facing no water supply in flush tank just because of neither working of buttons. Calling again and again to customer care is of no use as they only follow their pitch. U guys are not worth. Would like to talk to senior executive bt they put call on hold for 10 min. And disconnected. What the hell is this!!. This is my last attempt to aware u guys.. Lets see what happens now. My complaint nos. Are 00938454, 00970435, 00985020

                                      The knob to operate the shower and the handle of the flu has has become very tight to operate. They need a service, cleaning .its not practically possible to operate them.Children can’t use it

                                        My flush tap is damaged completely from inside this product is in warranty so help me out in fixing this issue! The condition of tap is very bad the water is leaking from the tap therefore it cause lot of difficulty while using irt therefore it is my rwquest to solve the issue as soon as possible please this is my kind request tyou to pay attention to my issue
