We request you send a technician to our residence as we have a issue with health faucet. We have complained to your technician, calling him since last 15 days every time he promises to visit our residence but in vain. Hence i request you to immediately send a technician to attend the issue. Moreover we have the same issue with both the health faucets. An early action shall be highly appreciated.

    Dear sir/mam,

    I have 3 flush tanks in my 3 washrooms... But all the tanks are blocked... I registered my complaint on jaquar toll free number (06/07/2019)... But no one visit my home... Today is 12/07/2019... Today i called chandigarh center jaquar number... The number is [protected] (Mr. Varinder). He said i'll call phool singh ([protected]) and he'll vist in next one hour... And now phool singh don't gave any response on my cal... Such a bad company jaquar... Please help us

    I have filled a complaint regarding enclosure on 2july2019. I waited for 2 days for them to revert. After that I have been calling them daily because none of them bother to resolve my problem. Everytime they transfer my call to their senior officials they all are also useless.
    Totally pissed now. Will not recommend this brand to anyone.
    One of the geyser in our house is having a water leak problem. This is a new geyser which was installed few weeks back. We called the costumer care and filed a compliant. Compliant number 00654341. A technician came and tried to fix it but it did not get fixed.
    When trying to call the toll free number again it’s not getting connected.

      It is leaking and the local plumber refused to touch it. The local jaguar representative came to attend the same and qouted ₹ 1800 for the component after examining it and promised to attend it the next day. We are still waiting for him to come.         Jaquar service person attended leakage in my bathroom and kitchen tap during jan 2019. He replaced spindle and other accessories. Within 5 months, the same taps are started leaking. All the past 3 services were not upto the mark.

        Today (10.07.19) i again registered complaint with jaquar for attending leakage issue where i conveyed my concern to the customer care person. He did not listened to me and forced me to note down the complaint number. When i again explained my concern he simply kept the phone off. Very rude behaviour of customer care person.

        Mere baar baar complain kerne per bhi aapka plumber mere sink mixture ka leg change nahi ker raha hai. Bola ki ye humara kaam nahi hai. I hate Jaguar fittings.

        I purchased Body shower, head shower and Diverter and all complete setup of bathroom and Toilet from jaguar and logged a complain 28/06/2019, Complaint No 00089281, for testing and guidance of setting of diverter and today is 08/07/2019 but no one came to attend the call.

        This is non sense service provided by Jaguar .

          I am having wc flush valve problem for the 3 rd time. Last 2 time i had registred same complain and jaquar service person attended the problem and replaced some unit inside... At that time it works but same problem starts again in 2 days only after attended by jaquar service person.
          The complete bathroom solution installation dosent even complete one year and i am having problem in wc flush valve reapeatedly 3 times which is not resolved by jaquar service person. Plz resolve my issue at its urgent most as water flow dosent stop once it started and it create water shortage..

          Kitchen tap leaking, although complaint 00633235 was attended but service was done irresponsibly.and it again started leaking l personaly inform him .but .now he is deliberately not responding . He charged us 250 rs. Also.please check it.my reg nos. Is [protected].

            Few month ago (1/2/2019) i have complained against leakage problem in piller cock... And service provider mahipal choudhary ([protected]) come to for reparing... And he changed a part... I have payed for 360 rupees.. And now also start this prpblem again so i have compained aginst to customare care... And service provider say its part a local and he is to prefer to repair and changable... So pls its a humble request please to take a action immediately... Thank you..

              I have given complaint about jaquar pipes which have been bought from lifestyle galleria (Varsiddhi enterpises pvt. Ltd.), annanagar, chennai, tamil nadu. Technician named sathesh visited on 20.04.2019 and took photos for the material damage and informed that damaged jaquar pipes will be replaced. He discussed with sales executive ragul ghose of lifestyle galleria (Varsiddhi enterpises pvt. Ltd.), annanagar, chennai, tamil nadu and informed him that email will be sent to lifestyle galleria (Varsiddhi enterpises pvt. Ltd.), annanagar, chennai, tamil nadu so that new pipes will be replaced by them. Till today i have not received new pipes. I contacted several times and made complaint. My complaint reference number is 00385389 dated 20.4.2019. My address is mrs. U. Nithya lakshmi, no.35, 36, baba foundation, gurusamy road, nolambur, chennai-95, tamil nadu.

                I am residing at rmk chola gardens, thiruverkadu, chennai (Gated community developed by rmk construction & housing, anna nagar, chennai) and having rusting issue with jaquar bath fittings.

                Previously your personnel visited us twice - once more than an year back and 2nd time during december last year. As part of the first visit, we were given ill-advice by your technicians to clean the filter using 'harpic' which proved detrimental to the filters and since then water is flowing in various directions and this is a big nuisance esp. With health faucets. Hope you can understand and agree your technicians have provided "ill-advice".

                During the december visit, we were promised of replacement of all the rusted faucets and valves, but jaquar is yet to honour the promise. We are accusing jaquar chennai of supplying us of qc failed/ not qc passed/ inferior products to rmk construction & housing which is ultimately affecting us.

                See pictures of rusted faucets, valves emailed twice to [protected]@jaquar.com, [protected]@jaquar.com which cannot be obviously cleaned by scale cleaner (As insisted by your visiting jaquar representative). Jaquar did not bother to address my concerns emailed during 28th jan'19.

                  Kindly come and cheque all accessories of jaquar products of bathroom as well as kitchen tap. There are some problems in fittings and leakages. It is very difficult to take a bath in bathroom, some issues are also related to fittings though the product is in warranty period you should take care of it. And repair the products as early as.

                    Sir, i have purchased a heat pump (Jaguar product) from matha sanitary alappuzha disyrict, kerala last month. We have already fitted the same, but nobody come from the company to show how to wirk this product. Sothat we cannot work the same. Hence i lodged a complaint to yhe customer service of the jaguar and they said to me that service petson eill attend my complaint. After four days a person calledme from [protected] and introduce himself thay he is the service person and he will come to attend my complaint within seven days. He also said to me that somany complaints are still outstanding. Hence he cannot say a exact date to attend the complaint. Today (03/07/2019) again he called me over the same phone and said that he cannot attend the complaint because of time delay. Sir, what to do for solving my complaint.

                      I have make a complain on dated 28th June 2019 vide complain number 00630599 regarding water leakage in two of WC fitted in my flat but no one visited yet. Previously same problem arise, person came repair in just five minutes and gone and same problem arise after few days and i am waiting for the person to come. Call your customer care many a times but not get any positive response. Is this the service provided by you to your customers, i[censored]nable to resolve the problem due to workload then please tell we arrange other alternate methods. Why i am waiting from the five days, person to come. Expecting positive response.

                        We purchased jaquar toilet on february 2018. After installation of the system we found the flush system is not working well and not removing waste even after 3 or 4 flushes. So much water is wasting. We complained many times the technician came and inspected and told installation is correct. But no further action to resolve the problem was taken. Complained again by the customer care toll free but no response or action to correct the flush is not taken till now.

                          My bathroom shower head broke 3 months back, they removed it saying it would be replaced but nothing so far. I've tried calling all the numbers available but still nothing. I sent mails and messages, they say it'll be done but 3 months and so not resolved. All my bathrooms have jaquar fittings. It's only 3 years old and now my next shower head is broken. I don't know what to do.

                            This is with reference to purchase of whole range of Jaquar sanitaryware products for our bathroom in the month of May-2019.
                            Considering the floor level at which my flat was located the dealer suggested that I should try I-Flush system. The brand Jaquar and my good experience with Jaquar over the years as well as the product being water saver I agreed to purchase the same. At the behest of the dealer a call was registered with Jaquar for a demo as well as checking feasibility of fitting the product. Two Jaquar technicians visited our flat and checked the water inlet and approved the purchase.
                            Once the product was fitted and before the tiles were fixed over them, our plumber suggested that we get the fittings checked by the Jaquar support personnel. After considerable follow ups and escalation the technicians arrived and checked the fittings as well as the pressure and said we can proceed.
                            But after fixing the WC we found the water being flushed by the system was not much better than a trickle. A complaint was registered again with Jaquar and two technicians visited the flat (one of the person being the one who had visited the first time) and checked and replied the equipment was working fine. In addition I could hear some ridiculous comments from them like “this is a water saver”, “only this much water will come”. With very little effort being put even to check if there were any other issues in a matter of minutes they informed me that the issue would be escalated and walked off. They refused to give any written report. Are they accountable? When a complaint or service request is raised why are the technicians not having a document confirming the visit to the client and duly acknowledged by the customer.
                            After 2 days one more technician dropped in and I was informed that with the diameter of the pipe carrying water into the flat the product I-flush would not work at all and left the place promising to revert back after discussing with his seniors. I have been forced to break the tiles and replace the system with a tank and front panel.
                            Awaiting feedback from Jaquar as I am sure the last technician would only have reported about the width of the pipe but not of two visits by the technicians confirming that the system would work.
                            At the end while Jaquar, the dealer and the contractor has sold a product I the customer is feeling like being fleeced. Surely this experience will make me think twice before buying or recommending Jaquar products.

                            I am Purchased from Siliguri, Dealer Gananayak Sales. I am calling them repeatedly but they do't response for help to fitting to my plumber.
                            For the past few months my bathroom
                            (toilet) sanitary wares are not funtioning properly. It seems like some problem with water leakage. I have bought few similar products from jaqaur, but all products have the same problem.i have already paid huge rate to the local workers who came for the repairing. so, i hope u will sort out this issue.

                              The item cannot be used as it starts leaking from the sides once the water source is opened. when the tap is in closed position. As such the water source requires to be closed by closing the angle cock both cold and hot source.                                 We're an Architectural and Interior design company based in Agra and operating pan India since 1996. We're one of your delighted promoters for a very long period of time.
                                Unfortunately not anymore for now!!!
                                This is just because of your service agents who had failed to serve time and again. Your service personels are not keen to work upto the reputation of your brand name!

                                This is in respect to the above mentioned subject.
                                Please note your service agent has failed to serve our own premises on a service call registered wide complain number[protected] dated 30th May 2019 (Screenshots of which are attached for your kind persuation) since today, when called upon to inquire they didn't responded professionally. On 31st of May 2019 a complain was made on customer care number about service personel quality. We we're assured to be contacted by your state service coordinator soon enough and the matter will be taken with utmost priority, but of late 72 hours of the turn up time of service has gone passed and neither of the personel has felt any responsibility as of since today.

                                We hereby feel like taking upto other brand in business for promotion. And for sure we'll be going around with negative feedback as concerned with your services.

                                I purchased your high quality JAQUAR hand shower assembly for Rs.900.00 from M/s Bath Palace, Rash Behari Avenue, Kolkata on 28.02.2018.This morning while using its pressing lever tore apart along a sharp interface.
                                I request you to guide me to get this changed from the same shop.

                                  I have made several complaints since the installation date but no one responds yet. I have invested almost 1 lac on jaguar bath solutions. I am totally disappointed with your service and i also called toll free service representative and they said that will be sending technician but nobody came to my home.
                                  I have waited for days leaving my work and no body showed up.

                                  Finally one technician from jaquar who installed my toilet seat came now he says this is the major problem, you have to reinstall the concealed flush tank and re mount the wall hanging pot. I asked him that your pot and cistern are defective, they denied to replace it.

                                  This is the worst response from jaguar. If this is going to be continued, then i will go to consumer court for the same. Please don't go with jaguar products.

                                  I have purchased from shree swastic granite and marble store lucknow and fiteed on 23may2019
                                  Res sir, our toilet sheet not clean .and flush not working.pls check and solve our problem.water not flush we have 10 bathroom sheet 2112 no wall hanging sheet. Same same 😂

                                  I had steam generator of Jaquar artize from last 10 mnths in this 10 mnths 5-6 times m facing problems and the main thing is Jaquar team cant solve my problem before 1 mnth please help me out for this now also my complaint is still open from last 1 mnth till now not resolved
                                  I am not satisfied ur service. 4to5 times ur service has been provided his service but this product not working well plz solve this problem

                                    I have made complaint on 16th may 2019 and complaint no. Is 00477741. But no one responded yet. I have invested almost 1.5 lac on jaguar bath solutions. I am totally disappointed with your service and i also called chennai service representative ms. Mahalakshmi on 22nd may and she said that will be sending technician on 24th may (Friday) but nobody came to my home. Very worst response from jaguar. If this is going to be continued, then i will go to consumer court for the same. Please don't go with jaguar products.

                                    Sir we have using th sebsir taps and there was a problem and weh had approcehed tou no responce so please come and check
                                    Water is coming in full swing without any flushing

                                      Goutam here from hotel grand amba, bilaspur c. G., there is a wash besin pipe having leakage, water falling continuously, several time we complaint to the toll free no, the technicians visit n goes back without resolving the problem, please send someone who can resolve the same

                                      Overflow through cistern doesn't stop when concealed cistern is full of water.continously flow of water without pushing buttons.concealed cistern bought on 17-4-19.without pushing button water is coming out in wall hanging sheet. Contact no-[protected].bought two concealed cistern, both having same problem

                                        I registered complaint on toll free regarding shower enclosure door, calle 4 times every time put off with lame excuses and fake promise to attend me in next few hours. Unfortunately, no one ever called or showed up for any kind of service. The area manager cooks up stories to save his skin on every call...
                                        I think jaquar should be concerned about a quality service and it should have a way to make sure the customer is attended and service is provided...
