We purchased jaquar toilet on february 2018. After installation of the system we found the flush system is not working well and not removing waste even after 3 or 4 flushes. So much water is wasting. We complained many times the technician came and inspected and told installation is correct. But no further action to resolve the problem was taken. Complained again by the customer care toll free but no response or action to correct the flush...

My bathroom shower head broke 3 months back, they removed it saying it would be replaced but nothing so far. I've tried calling all the numbers available but still nothing. I sent mails and messages, they say it'll be done but 3 months and so not resolved. All my bathrooms have jaquar fittings. It's only 3 years old and now my next shower head is broken. The item cannot be used as it starts leaking from the sides once the water source is opened. when the tap is in closed position. As such the water source requires to be closed by closing the angle cock both cold and hot source. I registered complaint on toll free regarding shower enclosure door, calle 4 times every time put off with lame excuses and fake promise to attend me in next few hours. Unfortunately, no one ever called or showed up for any kind of service. The area manager cooks up stories to save his skin on every call...
I think jaquar should be concerned about a quality service and it should have a way to make sure the customer is attended and...

Your techn has been arrived 3 days before here time merely to 6 o clock and suddenly done something. But after he gone same things again happend - overflow. So pls help me to solve this issue

I have purchased fitting approx rs.75, 000/- in may 2015 from your authorised dealers in thane maharashtra.

My flush service kit stopper bush is not working last few days. I have lodged complaint no. 00449682 on 09.05.2019. Technician attended today and asked to pay rs. 1645/- for part replacement.

I request jaquar to replace it is free of cost because either faulty fitting supplied to me or wrongly informed...

So i had ordered for jaquar shower enclosure through de ceramica in sushant lok and mr pankaj who is a marketing guy for jaquar. Advance payment was done on 24april and invoice for raised on 20april. We ordered the cubicle on one condition that it needs to be installed before 10may as itsmy daughters bday and it needs to be done before that for her bathroom. My car has 79k miles. The oil pump went out. The oi pump should be more reliable than 79k miles in the first place. I had bought entire fittings for 2 bathrooms from Associated Marbles in Palam, New Delhi. The seat cover of WC was not fitting properly and when the Jaquar plumber (Mr Ajay) visited me he informed me that the seat cover has to be replaced and he is marking my complaint as pending. Jaquar is just the name of the brand. There service is very poor and they do not satisfy their customers. When you buy there products then they promise you to provide warranty for the products but later on they do not satisfy there customers. Only it’s a brand name nothing else. The main thing without resolving the complaint they send messages that your complaint is resolved....

As i puchased toilet full set of jaguar company before 4 to 5 year but thats creating problem as water is leaking all the time from toilet as flush saction is not working properly .Many times we checked it through local person but they try to solve the problem but after 2 to 3 days its start like same they all are unable to recognize the main problem and they told us contact to jaguar person only .
