I have purchased jaquar bathroom fittings for my apartment no 1103, supertech 34 pavilion, sector 34, noida on 26.10.2012, and the plating and finish of the fittings has worn out completely for all the fittings. So, i complained of the same to jaquar customer care vide complaint ref no 569569 and mr santos from jaquar visited my apartment on 06.09.2016 and advised me to get the same cleaned by jaquar authorised service centre. Accordingly on 10.09.2016, jaquar service centre's cleaning team visited for cleaning of the same and informed me that as the plating of the fittings is lost so cant be cleaned. As the product is in warranty so the same will be replaced. But since then i didnot receive any communication from jaquar service centre or customer care. I have contacted jaquar customer care many times vide complaint no 592135 and 598085 and also its service centre and have been given many false assurances of replacement, but till date has not been replaced.

    I am to state that i have purchased sensor tap at sri Ram Sanitary. ballal bagh mangaluru pn 3-8-2015 by that time they told your service is good & the complaint attend immedianteley. the tap fixed by the expert & tap not worked properly. so i contancted to your customer care & 2days later my complaint on[protected] with complaint N.o.537599. The same was attended on[protected]
    & the next day onwards it is again out of order. so i complaint on 5-9-2016 with complaint N.o.71447. Again the tap removed & taken for service & promised to fix in the evening. but i didnt recived the tap & we are facing much problem. so i telephoned to given n.o.[protected] they told to fix the tap next day. but i didnt recive any message so i again called to sustomer care on[protected]. they verified the complaint & without any message call ended. Still now not repaired.
    sir/madam i am facing much problem in this tap. if it is cheaper one it will be reapired within 5 minutes.
    BY PURCHASING SENSOR TAP (ESPECIALLY YOUR COMPANY) I MISTAKEN I AM NOT STATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE.

      I have registered at Jaguar service call center, for a service visit to repair a metro pole and a health fosset, dispite of informing than, that we have an immergency to get repaired these thing all because we have a patient at home, no response regarding the service after requesting 2times...

      Folse commitments from Jaguar, no response at all after 10 days.

        We called the helpline number of jaguar[protected] for service request for the jaguar fitting toilet seat problem since 2013 and the details are along with the complaint number(12th Feb[protected], 5th April[protected], 17th Jan[protected], 13th May[protected], 19th May[protected], 14th Nov[protected], 30th Aug[protected] and the service desk told us it will be rectified by 24 hours.
        Even after 48 hour's nobody turned up.
        And today again I have raised a request and customer care employee told me that u will get a call from top manager at 10:30 AM today, if I will not get the call seriously I will definitely some action against your company also posting the complaints on every social media site, because you guys are not understanding our problem we are facing since very long and we got fed up your service, I will suggest every person that don't go for Jaguar products as it will be a big big problem for you in the future.

          Newly purchased wash basin tap, 38005B (S/L, T/B B/M with extension body and 600 mm long braided hoses) is leaking internally.
          Jaquar technician checked and told me that it should be replaced. I reported this on 18th August and has been following up. Service manager promised me to get new piece in two days. But has not delivered so far.
          Jaquar is not ready to replace the new product. It is now two months passed. I didn't get replacement.

          Water is not coming when we flush the toilet ...it seems like water is not getting stored in the tank and so water is not supplied when we flush it..please solve the problem as soon as posible...

            Good day,
            My name is rajkumar and i am staying in cochin, kerala. I work in the merchant navy as chief engineer.

            Please note that i had purchased about rs. 200, 000/- (2 lakhs) rupees worth of jaquar products including a jacuzzi and 4 showers/fittings last year.

            I had a leakage in the pipe leading to the overhead shower in one of the bathrooms in november 2015. I had called customer care and a service technician visited my house to check. It was found that a plastic bush in the pipe joint was broken causing the leak. This broken plastic bush was taken by the technician as reference to order for a new bush.

            Nothing was done after that to remedy the situation. I called up the technician umpteen times but was told that the spare part is not easily available and that the problem would be fixed as soon as the spare bush is received. I was also told that there would be a charge levied for the spare part to which i agreed as i wanted the shower to be operational asap.

            I joined a ship in january 2016 and came back home this month.In this five months, nothing was done by jaquar to remedy the situation.

            I gave another call to customer care this month and got a complaint number 416522. Service technician again visited my house and gave me an assurance that the matter would be solved. A day later, i received a message that my complaint has been resolved successfully.

            I called up customer care again and this time received a new complaint number 447726. No service technician has visited yet and the problem still remains unresolved. This shower has not been in use now or more than 8 months and i am not sure whether it could ever be used again given the casual attitude of jaquar service technicians in cochin.

            I request you to kindly consider this matter on an urgent basis and take some action so that this problem with my bathroom shower is remedied at the earliest.

              Concealed flush valve (single button ) stuckup so that water draining continuously request for repair.previously your engineer came and repaired but not found a permanent solution for want of spare ports

                My self dr prashant kadhi from raipur chattisgarh i have recently built clinic with residence and opted for all bath fittings from jaguar comps only everything was ok before i got call from local jaguar service centre guy named ajay asked me that he could offer bath fixtures cleaning and all i have to pay is rs 150 per bathroom and have to purchase one solution called glitz @350 rs from him i agreed (My mistake) he send some guy named sevak after he has finished his job i noticed that 2of my taps showing black discolouration exactly like glitz solution i immediately called him and to my surprise he started blaming me for that discolouration and refusing to admit mistake by his staff
                Ian planning to put this complaint @ consumer forum but before that i just wanted to check whether this dispute can be solved by jaguar customer care directly

                    Two out of 4 concealed cisterns purchased by me as per invoice no.891 dated 25.4.2012 of m/s tara sanitarywares, trivandrum are not flushing properly for the last 2 weeks. There is some leakage in the third cistern also.
                    Kindly arrange to depute your sevice person to inspect the site at the above address and rectify the defects urgently

                    Since 4 days we are contacting the Pune service center since then we didn't received any response.They are just responding that they are sending some person for the issue and till date they are not available.There is wastage of water.I hope this issue will be solved as soon as possible.
                    I purchased jaguar fittings for my new place 2 years back but now i think my decision was wrong . Health faucets are leaking . Taps pressure is not gud at al . Wall diverter is jammed in my both bathrooms . Sometimes i think what the hell is goin on . Need ur attention as early as possible..
                    There are some problems in our urinal sensor & Washbasin mixture.

                      Taps have started leaking & they require immediate servicing/repairs/replacement. As we understand from the builder that these are sill in warranty period.

                        We have submitted a complaint for leakages of water from the water mixture tap on dated 11/5/ 2016 complaint no 290201 . One representative came and repaired but he could not . Again complaint lodged on 13/5/2016 complaint registration no 295858 again repair failed than again complaint lodged on 18:5/16 but the history repeated again and again . We have lodged complaint on 19/5/16 But all our efforts are in vain . The representative of the company are found incompetent to resolve the problem faced by us and lot of water is wasted.

                          I purchased this tap before two years. there is a water leakage problem from the day one, but i thought it as from sink. 2 months back my plumber identified that the leakage is from the hose of the tap, fitted.
                          because of this leakage the food stuff which i stored in the racks was useless... and i had a loss of around 3000 Rs., because I purchased a costlier tap from Jaquar.
                          i infromed this to the service center and iam waiting for past 1 month to get the problem solved...
                          and the service center are not responding now..
                          what should i do?

                            Hydraulic of the commode cover not working for the last three months. We bought it in October 2015. We have registered complaints many times, but there is no satisfactory response. The technicians make vague arguments and refuse to change the defective hydraulic. The tecnician, MD Ali who visited us on 29th April, replaced both the hydraulics with defective ones and put scratches on the commode cover. He constantly argued and while leaving told us that the services will not be free anymore and will be on payment basis in future. Also, our complaint was closed even when we wrote "unsatisfied" on the Service Job Card.
                            We are wondering whether its the company which decides its policies or its technicians.
                            We are very very disappointed with the company's response and services.

                              I had ordered jaquar powder coated fittings at bath concepts, sector-9, noida on 19th april and gave them rs 10, 000 advance. After calling for 3-4 days continuously i got a call from bath concepts after a week only to know that the shower and bend wall mixture will not come in powder coating. I personally like your powder coated products as bathroom fittings without coating get rust and are not successful in noida due to high moisture and dust in noida. I took the contact number of your company executive mayank from them. I spoke to mayank and explained him the careless attitude of bath concepts, noida and he told me that he will speak in the company about the issue and if he can get the products powder coated for us and revert to me in 5-10 minutes. But he never called me back. After calling him for 2 days and he not picking my calls, i got a message from him that he is busy in some conference with other staff and he neither any one else can talk to me right now. Also asked me which color shade and product code i want powder coated. But after that he never replied to my texts. I never expected this type of casual and careless attitude atleast from your company's executive. We earlier have bought your company's products and never expected this from your company. I would be nice if you could resolve my issue at the earliest as our bathroom is ready and need the fittings to be installed as early as possible. Regards gaurika

                                We called the helpline number of jaquar[protected] for service request for the jaquar fitting dispenser problem as on 2-apr and the service desk told us it will be rectified by 24 hours.
                                Even after 48 hours nobody turned up and finally a service person called me for the address and location was provided to him
                                The service person never turned up and after a week a customer executive calls me asking about the service done by the service engineer and it seems the ticket was closed because the customer was not available.
                                Again, i raised a new request # 245037 on april 19th and yet to see a service person resolving the issue.

                                Jaquar — Poor quality of products

                                I have installed Jaquar accessories in my bathrooms and i have been using them for the last 3 years.But unfortunately, even after continous servicing, the knob of the diverter comes out and even the cistern tanks have started to leak.I am not at all satisfied with the company and would not recommend it to anybody.

                                  I've buy a Jaquar bath fitting i.e. Shower Panel but still the date no body response me and assist me how to use or operational. In this regards I'm asking several's time help from their costumer care helpline, but till the date no one visited or call me to solve my matter.
                                  Also their authorized dealer did not responding me as well since after sales service not provide by them. Also they stated now am not his customers, hence it's not his responsibility to fix the prob.

                                  Seeks your urgent intervene to help me for overcome this nominal issue. Actually after spending too much money am not using the product and all valuable things waist now.

                                    The service after sale provided by your company is very disappointing.I indrapal Singh from Varanasi purchased a kitchen tap of your company and there is some problem with its use. On calling up at the Varanasi showroom they sent a repairer . Who just didn't repair it and went away by saying that he will be back in half an hour but sadly there is no response yet. It's just very much disappointing to know that. I regret buying the product of your company .please try and improve on your services and hope there will be an action taken soon.
