I bought jquar bathroom fittings. But 2 items are not working properly.
Water flow from health faucet item is full of leak. Due to this issue we need more water. I believe jaquar is one of the best brand in this section. I also inform customer care and area head. No response. Next saturday my housewarming. Please do needful.

    We have registered a complaint almost 10 days back received no service initially one service engg came said will get it sorted out in 2 days then send engg came who said part not available will take 10 days this is really sad never expected from jaquar you are not doing justice to your brand pleass help urgently this has been a regular problem with jaquar service quality people either don't turn up or they come with no solution its really disturbing to see the service quality you pay premium to get better services and in turn you get poor quality and service

      Last i have complained in may 2017 their bogus plumber came on 22 may 2017 and taken a charge rs.1460/ within a week same leakage problem started but we were out of station.,
      Again i called up their toll free no sent their plumber charged an exorbitant amt rs.1850/- not satisfied.
      Remember never use jaquar fittings or any sanitary materials.
      Always use grohe a reputed reliabe german company
      One time investment pays u life time free service.

        One of our service person came to my home and check the problem and ask for this require some kind of metrial to fixed it, that he bring with him next day.

        But day after next day when i call the company it said you problems was solved according to service person.

        That why again i have to made a complain against my problem.

          Dear sir,

          I had complained earlier also but to no avail. I live at mysore and all fittings in my four bathrooms ar jaquar. They are seven years old and i get them serviced regularly. Two months back the servicing technician of jaquar came home and serviced two of the wall mounted flush systems and left. We later found that he had removed two links one each from each wc and left it behind. When contacted on telephone, he stated that it was not required. How come,? Jaquar has designed and fitted something and he says it can flush without that. Yes, it is flushing but with a great delay and hard push only towards the last mile of push. Hope i have been able to clear the doubt. We rang him twice in mysore but he did not come. I have attached a copy of the item qty two in number which he has removed

          Kindly address this issue at the earliest. We are not happy with his servicing

            Flow through commode shower has abruptly been reduced when the pushing handle in the backside had reached to its extreme position. It has got repaired almost a year ago. I think it requires replacement as it is getting out of order again and again within a very short period.
            Defects are observed in one out of two purchased at a time during the 2015.

            Till date no one contacted from Jaquar Customer Care Services against my Complaint ID 1657120 dt 09.08.2017.
            It is re-iterated that the flow has been diminished abruptly in the said Commode Shower.
            My toilet flush was leaking and was not cutting off. Service man did viait and charged a whoping 1758 INR for god knows what! But of nô use still the problem persists. I realy feel frustrated and betrayed.

              We purchased a geyser and safety valve was faulty. We raised a complaint and the company didnt replace the faulty part for 2 months. After 2 months the customer service person came and said that the part which he has received is wrong one and again the washroom is non usable as he has kept the geyser on floor.
              We have not used the geyser for single day and jaguar is not ale to resolve the issue in period of 2 months.

                      I have a 2 in 1 mix - florentine series and 2 angle cocks which i am not working

                      Product has 10 years of warranty, i have registered a complaint with your customer care and your turn around time is very high, i was told it will take 72 hours to service my complaint

                      This is not acceptable, you have to improve your service turn around time to 24 / 48 hours

                      Also for home products like yours, you need to have service available on saturdays and sundays as in large cities like mumbai, both husband and wife are working and will not be available during week days - monday to friday

                        We have purchased bath room fittings from lavish electricals & fittings thrissur 680001 and installed in our house located at poomala cottages at place poomala thrissur and presently it is not working.

                          We have taken jaquar overhead shower of rs. 5500 on june -2017 from ahmedabad.

                          Dealer - nice ceramics - gota - mr. Satish/mr. Hemant

                          We have used it for 2-3 days and complaint about shower as massage was not done as few wholes were not working. Service engineer came but unable to resolve and told us 15 days time for repair/replacement.

                          Today after 1 month they are again telling 1 month and not given satisfactory answer also headquarter complaint center - [protected] and they have passed query to ahmedabad.

                          Mr. Dilip joshi - service manager ahmedabad and mr. Harshal - arihant sg highway but both person not giving answer and telling 1 month again.

                          They are passing responsibility on each other and not providing solution.
                          They have not given even standby shower also.

                          Very worst and poor service.

                              I am unhappy with the quality of a tap and i am writing to seek a replacement. The tap do not open and shut properly because of break a handle.

                              The tap is not of acceptable quality that i was shown in jaguar products. I would like you to replace it with one of the same quality and finish as the sample and arrange for return of the faulty tap at no cost.

                              I would like to have this problem fixed quickly please. If i do not hear from you within 10 days, i will lodge a formal complaint with consumer affairs in my state.

                                I purchased new bathroom fittings of jaquar from gupta sanitary and hardware store, hauz khas new delhi.The bottom spout of the same set was broken from inside.It took 3 days for a technician just to visit the site.He came and took it away and reference number was provided 506772.He promised to return within a week.It has been 10 days and am yet to hear from jaquar.I have sent numerous mails at support @jaquar.com and [protected]@jaquar.com to know the progress.They have not replied even once.
                                When i call on the centralised no they take the branch into conference and they promise to call me back..which they never do.What do u expect i will keep running after the company for 1 tap??Why dint the company perform quality checks before supplying to dealers??Its a new unused product.I really don't know whether jaquar will return it or not??

                                Please do the needful to replace.

                                  I invite your attention to the poor service attention provided to the two nos. Of wall hung cistern fixed at my home. The water does not flow in one of the cistern after flushing resulting in the cistern become reduntant.in the other cistern, the water keeps seeping through the exit continuosly forcing me to keep the inlet valve closed to avoid wastage of water.

                                  Initially i called your toll free no. On 14th july and registered a complaint seeking service attention to my bathroom fittings. I was happy about getting a response the same day evening at around 5 pm where your technician vistied my home and performed the basic services. He took rs 200 from my home for performing the task. To my surprise, after returning from office late evening, i found the complaints in both the cistern unresolved. I am unsure what work the technician had perfomed and also pocketed the money. I called the technician (His mobile no. [protected]) the next day i. E.15th july. After listening to my woes he assured to be coming home before 12 noon. Later he called again and said to be comining by 2 pm. Time surpassed 2 pm and the technician did not turn up. It was around 4 pm and i called the toll free no. Once again referring the complaint no. 524329. I was connected to the jacquar chennai regional office no. Where a lady, after listening to the agony i have undergone, assured of arranging to send somebody to my home before end of the day. Nobody turned up nor there was a call. To my surprise i received a message from jaquar at 8.20 pm stating that the concern has been resolved. I wonder how can someone close a concern when it is still pending to be resolved.
                                  I have many jaquar products at my home and have experienced service complaints attended on time with perfection, without repeat repair. The technician who came is an deceitful guy incompetent to handle even the basic works. Two of thhe wash rooms at my home remains unutilised and we have difficulty in moving here and there. Can i expect a timely attention to my concern or regret for having purchased jaquar products.

                                    I have purchased one commode latrine (Floor mountable) with model no. Lys-wht-38851s from your recognised dealer kiran sanitation, link road cuttack, odisha. After mounting the same the water leakages from bottom part while using the flush. Due to this it is now unserviceable causing a lot of problem.in this regard vide the registered service call reference number 501882 dated 7 july 2017.                                       I complained on 28 th jun 2017, compliant number 495663. Service person just visit home and he told me another higher team will visit and solve your problem next day. But till today they not solved my problem.

                                      Once again i registered today on 11-07-17 and he told me your old complaint cancelled by service team...!!!

                                        Hi,

                                        I had purchased a 3 litre jaquar geyser some months back. It has some issues and for last 4 weeks i am trying to get the customer service to help me out. One person turns up and he tries to fix it but doesn't manage to do so. He made the problem worse and now we have to disconnect the power supply to the bathroom.
                                        Post that i have raised 2 more complaints and each time someone informs he would be here but doesn't turn up.
                                        Instead of solving the issue they just keep auto closing the service request because of sla and then raise a new request. The support person keeps on giving time and doesn't turn up

                                        One of the most pathetic companies and service is even worst service. This is the last product i am buying from this company and will never recommend this to anyone

                                        Shower panel hot and cold water not mixing, I mean hot water not come through tap.when I turned tap only cold water came out.i cheked gizer and connection of pipeline everything is OK.this problem from 10th of June, and I complaint dealer and customers care, but still problem is not solve.
