I've buy a Jaquar bath fitting i.e. Shower Panel but still the date no body response me and assist me how to use or operational. In this regards I'm asking several's time help from their costumer care helpline, but till the date no one visited or call me to solve my matter.
Also their authorized dealer did not responding me as well since after sales service not provide by them. Also they stated now am not his customers, hence it's not his responsibility to fix the prob.

Seeks your urgent intervene to help me for overcome this nominal issue. Actually after spending too much money am not using the product and all valuable things waist now.

Pls do the needful

    The service after sale provided by your company is very disappointing.I indrapal Singh from Varanasi purchased a kitchen tap of your company and there is some problem with its use. On calling up at the Varanasi showroom they sent a repairer . Who just didn't repair it and went away by saying that he will be back in half an hour but sadly there is no response yet. It's just very much disappointing to know that. I regret buying the product of your company .please try and improve on your services and hope there will be an action taken soon.

        I am a old customer of Jaquar having fittings of it in my entire home. I have lodged a complaint as on January 8th, 2016 vide complaint no. 01866. I am surprise to know that this complaint was closed without resolving the issue and without any communication to me. I have again lodged a complaint vide no 024912 dated January 11th, 2016 and it is still not attained. I am calling continuously to the no [protected] and all my efforts are in vain. No satisfactory reply was given to me. I have visited to the service center in Bhopal today and I am very sorry to state that the behavior of employees is pathetic and quarrelsome.

        Should I regret to choose jaquar and consider that investment made by me on jaquar from my hard earn money is all vested.

          I have installed concealed flush in my newbathroom a month ago. But when we started using it, we found its not stopping completely. So water does not stops completely. I called the distributor from where I bought that unit. He asked me to register a complaint on their toll free number[protected] . I called them and told them about the issue. They registered my complaint and my complaint number is 008303. After 1 day they sent a guy who tried to find the problem but was unable to solve it even after trying for 1 hour. He promised me to visit next day and now he is not answering my call. I have been waiting since morning leaving my work aside and that fellow is not answering my phone. I called Jaquar complaint number again and again but their phone is busy since morning. I am not a free guy who can wait a long day for these guys to come and solve my problem.

                Hello I complained many times in customer care but no response from two months. Nobody responsible in customer care.                   Hello I'm one of your customers. I complained many times in customer care but no response from two months. Nobody responsible in customer care.                     I am in the process of complaining since I have installed your divertor. First complaint no. 567866: Your engineer came and left without resolving. Second Complaint: 573689 Engineer and came on site and decided to break tiles to know the fault. Engineer Kanhaiya Lal confirmed the product is faulty and took for replacement. Third Complaint:594296 Made on request of Engineer Kanhiya Lal to replace the product Product(Divertor) found defective as per service call request 594296. Your Engineer confirmed and took the product for replacement. And now he is denying for any defect in his product. We had seen the actual product condition and it was badly blocked, not even a wire was passing through it. and your engineer made it clear at factory side by clearing it by any method. Please take this call and stop denying product error. Now we have broken all our tiles and fittings how can you change your statement.                       We have been rectify patiently waiting but no action to rectify the defects in your fitting has been done. We are dissatisfies by this behaviour of such a reputed company .

The plumber of the company checked it on Sunday 07/06/15 and told that a part needs replacement. The item is under warranty. I have the bill.After that a month has passed.                           This is for your kind information that we have purchased All bathroom fittings from M/S M.L.Shah and Ceramic Center, Kolkata on 09/10/2014. During this 8 months gap this is our 3rd complaint about our Wall Mounted Flash Systern. The problem is the water is does not stop it continue flowing. Today(22/06/2015) about 9.05 A.M, we have lodge the complaint with customer care with request that send the technacian at the earliest because the over head water tank get empty due to continue water flow. but they have not taken any action. In our last 2nd complaint in the same point the techanician visited 3rd day from the date of complaint. This is the essential commodity and we face the water shortage problem. In our openion this product have a manufacturing diffect and if so how it is despatched from the co's unit to the consumer market. Or / it seems that there is no quality assurance department. Where as you are giving the assurances about the quality in your advertisements. It shows these are all pictures there is no quality, Now it is our practile experiance which we we will sare with our all friends in Face Book and Whatsaap.                             I have purchased the Jaquar sensor tap/Faucet on 26 june 2008. Since last 2/3 years this tap is giving continues trouble.I have registered 7 to 10 complaints in last years at toll free number of Jaquar [protected]. Plumber comes and repair it but after few days the tap again stops working .The product is under warranty for 10 years and co. gaurantees for complete back up for spare parts Even today 8june 2015 also i have complained and registered service call reference no. is 319682. You are requested to please solve the matter. I have came to know that the company has changed sensor tap model in 2010. I have purchased the model in 2008. Mow the chip is not sensing. It means it is damaged and not working/dead. You are requested to please look into this matter so that jaquar Co.either replaces the sensor faucet or arrange for new chip.                               Respected Sir, It is intimated that my father in law has built a house at Phulkian Enclave, Patiala and the house no. is 46. He had purchased jaguar bath fittings from jaguar authorized dealer Bharat Trading Company, Hira Bagh, Rajpura Road, Patiala two months back. After one and half month, the colour of two no. taps fitted on sinks got dis-coloured giving shabby look. I talked to the dealer and he straightway told me that I should complaint on jaguar toll free no. [protected]. I have filed my complaint from telephone no.[protected] about 15-days back. After that one technician came to the house, clicking the photographs of the taps and go away. He even not talked to me besides request by my old mother at home present at that time. After that I again contacted twice on jaguar toll free number but no response received to me. You dealer at the time of selling of products told to my father in law that the warranty of the products are 10-years and it is very painful to say that after two months you are not serious about the service/ replacement of product. As I know Jaguar is a reputed company and it is very shameful on part of such company to redress the complaint merely of two taps after two months. Claim of company during selling of products are very big but service as per facts stated above is very poor. In view of above, I request to kindly look into the matter and replace the taps at the earliest so that faith of aam aadmi remains with the jaguar. Twice technician came, clicked the photographs and no response. i have been forced by the company to move to consumer court. This is my last request to ur company to replace the taps.

                                I bought a wash basin from jaguar outlet in which there are internal cracks, if we touch the surface it's smooth but cracks are visible. I made complaint at the customer care many times but no action is taken. First complaint was made on29/5/15 ...then again on 8/10/14 both time a person came and said that there will be a senior visit but no such was done... It's been a year and no action is taken ...now can I expect a requisite action to be done as Asap.

                                  One of our WC knobs are rusted and company says it has to be replaced. But they could not replace for last two months. Horrible service. And over all we have to pay for rusted parts, I was ready to pay also but not yet replaced. Felt cheated.

                                    i have glass enclosure in my bathroom from jaquar.glass panel has lines engraved on it.but lines are inner part.The lines have got rust.they cannot be cleaned.this is a mistake done by your emplyees.lines should be on your outer part.plz help me as glass enclosure is looking very dirty.

                                      We purchased a Wall mixer From JAGUAR - ARC variant (High end Wall mixers).. The faulty valves refluxes cold water into Hot water and shower pipes.. We got the product on October 2014..the complaint was been regstered and processed for 3 months.. The technician was totally not having any idea of what he's dealing, that i had to spend 1000rs for calling plumber for all the three visits he did..He kept saying faulty line, faulty heater, faulty water...and finally in the end he admitted there was fault in the Wall mixer.. Note: The wall Mixer alone costs Rs. 7000 bucks..High end variant with such a worst quality.. Then he said the supervisor would come and deal.. Supervisor never even visited once and he called once to get photos of the mixer and bill through wattsapp (His duty was to collect those in person - Lazy enough to do his Job).. Its almost been 1month since i sent those, , no calls, co assurance that it'll be fixed..Not the technician and supervisor never picks my calls.. Went in person to Chennai Jaguar centre, Nungambakkam..their response was that my complaint is on the go and to contact further from SUPERVISOR DINESH - [protected] (who'll never pick calls).. I'M REALLY TIRED OF YOU JAGUAR PEOPLE..YOU DONT GIVE QUALITY and YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE .. I'm not gonna proceed further with your craps, , gonna change to Kohler and throw the wall mixer..Never gonna buy any Jaguar products nor their SUPER PISSING ARC variant.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO to your credit.. Pls don't buy these craps..get to kohler, Hindware or anything..assured customer care atleast in them..!! VIKRAM [protected] V P ASOKAN [protected]
