I have placed a pre paid order for mobile battery on dated 9.5.2018. My ordered confirmation number is 318260.But still iam not able to track my order and also have no information about the shipment of my order. Inspire of repeated request through Email no proper response received . The phone number which they display for customer inquiry always remain out of reach.
So I request you take some necessary action against all this .so that customer may not suffered at all. As I have paid advance through card . So take some action to get me my order.

I Have ordered Micromax Canvas Nitro A310 Battery ON 24 april 2018 The battery has not arrived yet. Company is not contacting with us. the order was sent by DTDC courier. They were unsuccessful to deliver my order so they return the parcel to the origin. The battery is successfully delivered to the origin.The send me mail that they were unable to deliver my order due to wrong address annd said to send your address. I have send my address but no action is taken. They were not answering to my mails. customer care number is not contacting with them only message appears that user is busy everytime i have called. Please help me in refunding my money.

I tried customer care number several time but the number is always busy

It is a duplicate product, I inserted the battery in My mobile and charged, with in 45 mts it's charged fully and at the same time it's got drained by 7 hours (without seeing any video or chatting or playing games)

Kindly arrange to refund my cash or ask them to send the original battery.

Dear forum, i had ordered online the swipe battery on 28th april'18. They didn't deliver it and not even allowed me to track the parcel. When i called them upfrontly then they said it's not in our stock so how can we dispatch. Later on they were pushing to buy a headphone forcibly instead of that, wherein i said that i already have a sony bluetooth headphone and i don't need to buy it. So i asked for refund over the phone. They agreed to that and after a day again their mail came to buy headphone instead of refund.

Now their customer care phone isnt getting connected through and there are no replies of e-mail.

I have ordered an intex aqua 5.5vr battery on date 09/04/2018 with an id309295, for which i paid online amount of rs.399. But to my utter shock and dismay i found karbonn battery, it is not suitable product which i have ordered, kindly replace the battery with the one which i have ordered or refund the amount to my account immediately, i had to undergo lot of pressure and inconvenience for the delay in delivery and also the wrong product delivered, i hope you would look into the grievance immediately, waiting for an early reply.

First of all, i would suggest to all that never purchase anything through this website.

I have been following up for a very long time via mail and call (Every time same response, busy busy busy.)

On mail, they had confirmed that it is out of stock and you can take any other product against this amount.

After this confirmation, i haven't received any response from that side.

So, i request you to take a immediate action against this website and stop all transaction for this company.

I have not received any satisfactory response from customer support regarding the complaint submitted 2 days ago. Tried calling customer support but nobody picks up the call. This is terrible service. I want my refund for the product i didn't receive it and now you say it's out of order. Why was the order accepted if it was out of stock??
It seems like nobody at the company is bothered about customer care at all. Worst mistake to ever order from this site and even worse that i paid already.
