I have order a micromax Q352 back cover since 03rd sep 2018, at the time of order message is showing that order will be delivered by 08th sep 18.

m trying to connect to your customer care but it always engage.
i put 2 emails but no one reponding.

I have placed order bearing order no.333839 dated 10/07/2018 of 03 nos mobile flip cover of samsung on6 amounting to Rs.807/- and received same after 20th of july 2018. On checking of said cover it is found that size of mobile cover is too large and not fitted in mobile handset, thereafter i have requested to jaxtakart either change the cover or refund the amount in my source account. Battery look like same as original but its a fake one... As it gets discharged in a minutes yes...
In a minutes it gets discharge!!! I have complaint on the site... But yet no call mail regarding the same... I need replacement or my money back

I have ordered battery 5 days back order number 351923 i did not receive any update and trued to call to customer care but no response and sent email as well no response from them.

No one is responding from customer care end and no response from the management as well.

There is no option to cancelled the order as well this seems they are looting the customers, because there is no cash on delivery option available...

This company is a fraud company i ordered my karboon k9 viraat flip cover by this fraud company on 22 july 2018 but till today as of 22 august 2018 i did not got my parcel and they first let them pay by your debit or credit card then they will place your order... It is fake app...i order a battery and paid 610 rs but after 10 days when it shows oder isnt dispatch .i cancell my order and they can not refund my money .so add my money ..my order no is 342107...customer care is not response to any of my email or call, shows only like 24 to 48 hours you will get response but after it no response so it is my request that refund my money and block such type of apps who make customers fool...
