I have placed order bearing order no.333839 dated 10/07/2018 of 03 nos mobile flip cover of samsung on6 amounting to Rs.807/- and received same after 20th of july 2018. On checking of said cover it is found that size of mobile cover is too large and not fitted in mobile handset, thereafter i have requested to jaxtakart either change the cover or refund the amount in my source account. As per their required screenshot of mobile handset and mobile handset cover already but they have not entertained my request. In this connection his customer care no. [protected] not contact with them and every time show said number is busy. Request look into the matter personally and refund the amount in my source account.

Order no. #351113 booked on[protected] with 100% paid but today is 30-08-18 i have not received my order. Also i have not received any communication from jaxatkart.

On[protected] i booked one mobile battrry for xolo one model. The cost was rs 332 and paid 100% through debit card. At same time i received order conformation, it was #351113. till this time (07 sep.) have not received my order. Also i have tried to call his customer care no +[protected], but i have not any response from this number it shows always busy. I also email to his [protected]@jaxtakart.com. I have not received any proper information and now they are not answering my email. I know that purchasing price is not very much as a customer i fulfilled all norms. So please your need to take action against this company.

My order number 345618... After ordering delivery received too late... And received a fake one with not properly packed (Packed in cardboard and polystyrene)

Battery look like same as original but its a fake one... As it gets discharged in a minutes yes...
In a minutes it gets discharge!!! I have complaint on the site... But yet no call mail regarding the same... I need replacement or my money back

I have ordered battery 5 days back order number 351923 i did not receive any update and trued to call to customer care but no response and sent email as well no response from them.

No one is responding from customer care end and no response from the management as well.

There is no option to cancelled the order as well this seems they are looting the customers, because there is no cash on delivery option available and no cancellation option available.

Please register a case against them and close the website and company as well.

Please take action to get my money back

I have mad a complaint to paytm as well since i have paid through paytm they registered a complaint with no. 84139845 and asked me to file an fir in police as this looks to be a fraud company.

Hello...i ordered a Panasonic t45 battery on 24 August 2018 and after this i talk to customer care of jaxtakart and he asked me to wait for 3 days and he asked that it is the policy of our company that every confirmed order is dispatched in 3 working days...but after 3rd day i called him again then he asked me that your shipment is out of stock and will take another day.This time i checked the same order again on jaxtakart app and there i saw product is in stock...then i called him next day and asked him for refund he said me your refund request is being forwarded and you will receive notification via sms or email till 5 pm on 4th day...but i received nothing and then he asked me that you have to wait again for 72 hours till your shipment will come in stock...So finally i request you kindly investigate it seriously and tell me the reason of my not dispatched shipment... kindly check if it is not really in stock then refund me ₹404 of my shipment with order id 349116...as i have made pre payment via debit card...plz help me as soon as possible...

-delivered on 16.08.2018 leb059with specification 3.7v and 2200 mah, battery,
Which is not fitting to my mobile.
-spoke to them on 16.08.2017 mobile number [protected] and also - mailed to them on [protected]@jaxtakart.com,
-as per their request to sent photograph my original mobile battery vis a vis their provided battery.
-got a reply that the model of the battery model is leb059, what you order for cant, t be replaced,
- on 18.08.2018 again i called them, requested for a replacement, but they told that the photograph you sent to us is not clarify about your complain,
So kindly sent us the video,
-i got a acknowledgement that we will get back to you 24-48 hours.
- but when i didn't received any action from them. Again i called them on 24.08.2018 but the csr is told me that we have not received any mail from you (Video). Not ready to listen.

I orderd lava p7 mobile battery they send me a damaged item which is not working when i insert in my mobile i want to replace the damaged battery with a new one the order took twenty days to reach me.after reached it is a damaged item really a horrible experience with this order id is#341432 dated 1/8/2018.

I think that it was my bad luck that i placed an order id #336987 dt[protected] to this irresponsible jaxtakart for buying a battery for my karbonn titanium mach five mobile phone. I paid re 485/ through my yes bank debit card. I received a fake battery on[protected] through dtdc courier service tracking no k13771517. I reported this matter to the jaxtakart through their email id - [protected]@jaxtakart.com on 1-8-2018 after using the battery found that it was a forged battery that did not conform to the battery i ordered as seen on their site and the photos of the forged battery received and the battery shown by the jaxtakart on their site were quite different, this battery sent by them is a fake one, does not work now even for an hour. Sent two reminders for refund of money to the jaxtakart and tried to complain on their dead phone no[protected], but all the efforts failed. They are a cheat of highest order - for general public - discard jaxtakart-they have looted me for re 485/ and are irresponsible, as yet they have not replied me even, what to say of refund of my re 485/, in the complaint i have sent to them 4 photos of battery to corroborate the fact that the sent battery is not the original one as depicted by them on their site.

Sir, i have purchased a LAVA A71 3.8 V 2500mAh battery but received 3.7V 2200mAh battery.which is not fitting to my mobile .

MY ORDER ID IS#342724 AND MOBILE NUMBER [protected].

It is very difficult to contact the [protected] customer service number. after putting the mail on their e mail id [protected]@jextacart.com got reply that we are not concern about product specification, we look to model only. which is completely ridicules.

Request you to replace the right one or like to return his product and give the refund.
