I ordered Samsung Galaxy Grand Max SM-G7202 Battery
Model: EB-BG720CBE Battery on 30/09/2018 but still the item was not shipped. Also unable to track or cancel the order. I paid charges extra for express delivery too.

Customer care numbers and emails are non-responsive. Already sent emails and complaints many times to cancel the order but no response.

This is my first experience with Jaxtacart and worst online shopping website I've faced. Going to lodge complaint against the website if no response received within few days.

Already bought the Battery in direct store. So I want refund only not the product anymore. By reading the reviews of your websites it seems fake product website.

Hello, I placed order # 358747 on 23/09/2018 for a Micromax Q417 removable battery. Though their policy says ships within 3 business days it was shipped on 29/09/2018. I made number of calls on their help desk# +[protected]. But none to answer. Tried to reach thru facebook.. but no answer. If we send any mail we get only automated response. After All these struggle i get product delivered on 5/10/18. it took almost 10 working days. Now the issue that this battery doesnt work. As no option to complain apart from mail, still no response to my mails.

My order id was #359934.

I ordered a mobile battery of samsung galaxy on5 pro on 27th of sep'18 and the same was delivered to my address on 03rd of oct'18.

The battery i received does not suit to my mobile. It is a smaller size battery i received. After receiving the wrong product, i lodged a complaint to "jaxtakart support team" on 04th of october. But, till now i did not get any response from them. I also tried to call them several times on "+[protected]", but the no. Always busy.

I would request jaxtakart to response to my complaint and take necessary action. If you can't provide the right product please refund the money back to my bank account.

We trust you and that is the only reason we ordered through your website. Please don't break this trust.

Sir, I have online shopping (order ID 355753) with jaxtakart a data cable of lenovo company, but they have sent a ordinary product .in this regard I have inform to them and sent a mail to their customers support, after that no response my mail and I contact many times jaxtakart customer service contact number [protected], but all time it seems busy.

श्रीमान मैने 26/09/2018 jaxtakart.com से micromax canvas evok e483 मोबाइल की removable bettery मगवाई थीं जिसका order id 359762 है जो अभी तक मुझे नही दी गई है phone करने पर order cancal बताया गया! जिसकी कीमत549 हैं मेरे द्वारा पेमेंट sbi bank online किया गया और पेमेंट वापिस नही होना बताया गया इसके बाद में डैबिट कॉर्ड से पेमेंट वापिस देने का कह कर मूर्ख बनाया जा रहा है cvv नम्बर भी मागे जा रहे है अतः आप से निवेदन है कि मेरा पेमेंट वापस दिलवाने का कष्ट करावे!

Jaxtakart — my order not yet ready to shipped after 9 days

On date 19.09.18 i have placed the order from jaxtakat.com order no. #357621. Still its not dispatched and even there is no option for cancel and even lots of try to customer care its always busy
From. 9 days.
I. Having waiting for tracking number but its still not showing the tracking number.
So now i don't need this i want my money back
If they dont have stocks kindly refund my money..
If you not give reply and you not shipped my order and you will not be refund my money i will be give a review..

I placed my order 4 days back via order no - 359167. Since then i received only 1 message of order confirmation. I have no idea when will i receive the product as customer care is always busy and they didn't even respond on mail. On their site it is mentioned that order will be dispatched within 3 days but till now no confirmation.
It seems like all their contacts and e-mail id are fake. No other contactable number. Fake site, that's the reason they don't have option of cod.

I have booked my order on 23rd of september 2018. But uptill now their is absolutely no response from the source. Tried customer care number which keeps ringing or busy at all the times. No replies on the email. Strongly feel some sort of mess is lying at the other end. I can't even able to cancel my order. I guess it's all about conning the people.

Had ordered cell phone battery on 11th September, Since then the order is not processed at all.
When we try reaching the support number it is always busy and no one responds.

Now that they delivered the order they have sent the wrong product. Had ordered battery for Motorola x play which is FL40 and these guys have sent EX34 battery.

Neither can I use it nor can I throw it. Waste of money, and time.
These guys are useless. We should file a complaint against these guys for fooling public.

I order a mobile battery with extra charge of express delivery, its been 5 days my order is still not shipped, no one received call in customer care, no one replying on my mail, money already deducted.I need my battery as soon as possible and also return me my express delivery charge because express delivery means received order in a day. If you don't have the product which i order then they refund me my money with compensation.

Bolne pr debit card no. Aur otp maang rahe h. Aur bol rahe jis debit card me paise ho uska detail do aur otp batao. Aur bolne pr gali de rahe. Bol rahe h complain kr do.

Company send the battery which is mismatced with the orderd one and also different from their cash memo
Size of battery larger compared to my orderd battery.
I am hereby attached the invoice/ cashmemo copy send by the company and copy of the battery they havr send which is larger of my exixting battery I ordered.

Hi this is shakil i have order micromax q417 battery on 12 sept and my order has confirmed. My order i'd is 355489. When i try to track my order it is showing that no shipping information found related to your order, please check again later. Even i have to contact many on given customer care no but no one is responding no is always showing forward and busy so i can't contact. I[censored] guys can not deliver my product then r u not returning my money back which i have paid for my product. I don't know what the wrong is going on with u guys. It is really looking fake site bcz no one is taking this much time to deliver any product.

I have ordered a mobile phone battery on 1.09.2018 from jaxtakart. Amount ₹was paid through atm. Order id is #351740 . Order status is confirmed but not shipped or delivered till now. Current status is still showing "item not shipped" coustmer service is also not giving any response. I mailed on jaxtakart's site many time but nothing was done by them.

After complaining on this site i called to coustmer care service of jaxtakart and that person was saying that order is cancelled and amount will refund.there is no responsible mails or any contact from the jaxtakart seeking about the complaint. What kind of service they are providing. Please refunded my money through the way you received it. I don't want any product from your site any more.

Order no. #351113 booked on[protected] with 100% paid but today is 12-09-18 i have not received my order. Also i have not received any communication from jaxatkart.

On[protected] i booked one mobile battrry for xolo one model. The cost was rs 332 and paid 100% through debit card. At same time i received order conformation, it was #351113. Till this time (12 sep.) have not received my order. Also i have tried to call his customer care no +[protected], but i have not any response from this number it shows always busy. I also email to his [protected]@jaxtakart.com. I have not received any proper information and now they are not answering my email. I know that purchasing price is not very much as a customer i fulfilled all norms. So please your need to take action against this company.

I have ordered a battery for a yu phone on 4th September 2018. I ordered from your site only because it stated that delivers in 3 days, since I wanted it as soon as possible I ordered and even paid express delivery charges so that I can receive it sooner. However, the next morning they called and I was informed that its out of stock (they informed this after I made the payments) and asked to send another with a greater value but I wasn't asked to pay for it.
I was informed few days later that I will receive the product before or on 11th Sept 2018. Today is 11th Sept and I haven't received anything and they are still showing that it's forwarded to Kolkata hub. My order no. 351161, no one responds to the calls made to the customer service or its either always busy. I have waited enough for an order that I needed urgently. I expect a refund as soon as possible. I am really not impressed with the pathetic service. Kindly look into this matter and send it as soon as possible.
